This hotel is right next to Silver Beach, and the location is fantastic. They even have a private access path directly to the beach. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; Ms. T, in particular, gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel's amenities and even helped me fix an unexpected issue with my phone. It was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast hours are also very accommodating, from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect for late risers. It truly lives up to Marriott's reputation. The balcony in our room offered stunning views of Beihai's Silver Beach. This place is definitely worth another visit.

Don't be misled by the word ”classic.” The Sheraton Guilin is far from being a mediocre hotel resting on its laurels. Instead, it's a powerhouse that crushes many trendy new establishments with its solid strengths. Opened in 1988 and renovated in 2021, this classic five-star hotel's core advantage has never been cheap gimmicks, but rather perfecting ”location, service, and quality” to the extreme. The location is arguably the best in Guilin, nestled against the Li River to the east and Elephant Trunk Hill to the south. It's a 5-minute walk to the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area and a 10-minute walk to East-West Alley. You don't need to wake up early to rush; you can simply relax in your room and watch the morning mist over the Li River and the silhouette of Elephant Trunk Hill. This kind of prime scenic view is something even trendy new hotels struggle to replicate, no matter how much money they throw at it. After the renovation, the rooms exude quality. There's no flamboyant decor, yet comfort is maximized: the bedding offers excellent support, so you won't get tired even after sitting for a long time; the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure is stable; river-view rooms offer unobstructed views, and the sunset painting the river in the evening creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The service is even more ”subtly considerate.” There's no awkward over-enthusiasm, but rather a precise ability to meet your needs: Cody at the front desk is efficient and prompt, the concierge proactively plans unique routes, the freshly cooked Guilin rice noodles at breakfast are authentic and delicious, and the executive lounge terrace offers a hidden, quiet spot to enjoy the night view of the Li River. It never labels itself with ”influencer tags,” but after nearly 40 years of heritage, it proves that a true five-star hotel doesn't rely on marketing hype. It stands firm solely on irreplaceable experiences. Staying here in Guilin is far more worthwhile than squeezing into a trendy, hyped-up spot.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I have to praise the breakfast rice noodles – freshly made to order, the noodles were smooth and springy, and the toppings were abundant. Starting the day with a hot, authentic bowl really set me up for a great day. The service was thoughtful, and it was great value for money. Highly recommended! It's also very close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, Three Lanes and Two Alleys, and more.

I arrived around 6 PM, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They proactively upgraded me to a large family suite, which was great since I was traveling alone. The hotel room offered fantastic views right from the window, and both the room and the rooftop terrace were perfect for taking photos. It's only a few minutes from Gongnong Bridge, making it super convenient for catching the sunset and taking bamboo raft rides. Breakfast was quite simple, but they had freshly made noodles. The afternoon tea included a biscuit that was a bit hard but very fragrant, and there were evening desserts too.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The owner upgraded us to a king-size bed room, which was incredibly clean and tidy, even providing disposable toilet seat covers. What surprised me even more was the food – breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all provided! Breakfast was super varied, including Guilin rice noodles, and the afternoon tea was also great. For a sweet treat in the evening, they had red bean soup. The view from the 8th floor was fantastic, with plenty of photo spots, offering a panoramic view of Yangshuo. Plus, we even got a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Yangshuo. Amazing!

I chose the BO·Huixi Street Li River hotel for a friend's birthday trip to Yangshuo, and my overall experience was really great! I mentioned it was my friend's birthday beforehand, and the staff thoughtfully helped with a simple room decoration, which created a wonderful atmosphere – very considerate. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable; I heard it's the same Serta mattress used in Hilton hotels. It was so relaxing to lie down on, and I slept soundly. The breakfast deserves a special mention! The local rice noodles were authentic and delicious. I especially want to praise the coffee at breakfast; the beans were high quality, with a fruity aroma, completely exceeding my expectations. It was much better than the typical bitter and burnt coffee you find in most hotels. The service details were also heartwarming; upon check-out, they even gave us a small, pretty comb as a souvenir, which was a lovely keepsake. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning vent was directly above the bed, making it a bit cool at night. It would be perfect if they could add a deflector. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the location is good. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yangshuo!

Staying at the Meijiao Hotel Wuxing Pedestrian Street Diwang Branch during our trip to Liuzhou with a friend was an excellent choice! [太阳][跳跳] The room was much more spacious than we expected; there was plenty of room for two of us to spread out our luggage and snacks without feeling cramped. The decor was simple, and the lighting was soft and pleasant, instantly washing away our travel fatigue the moment we set down our bags. The bedding was clean and soft, and the mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—so we slept incredibly soundly all night, completely forgetting we were in an unfamiliar city. [太阳][跳跳] The bathroom had excellent separation between the wet and dry areas, and the hot water was consistent and plentiful, making for a wonderfully comfortable shower. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Chinese porridge and buns, as well as Western bread and coffee, so even dining alone was very satisfying. The hotel's location is prime, just a short walk from Wuxing Street, where countless Liuzhou specialty snack shops are clustered. We could easily grab luosifen, sour snacks, and tofu pudding whenever we wanted, making it super convenient for two of us to wander around and find food. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and processed our check-in incredibly fast. They even thoughtfully recommended local luosifen shops and showed us how to pair the side dishes for an authentic taste. This hotel offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Liuzhou! [太阳][跳跳]

This place is probably as deep into Longji as you can get. We arrived on a rainy day, and the mountain paths were muddy and difficult to navigate. Luckily, the owner was incredibly helpful and even drove us up and down the steepest, most challenging part of the trail – really appreciate that! Our room had a tatami mat and floor-to-ceiling windows that looked directly onto the terraced fields. It was a shame it was so foggy and cloudy, I could only imagine the view.

My trip to Guilin was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with beautiful views, and within walking distance to Two Rivers and Four Lakes and Elephant Trunk Hill. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I could see the Guilin landscape right from my window. It was so pleasant to be in a quiet spot amidst the bustling city! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even kindly recommended sightseeing routes. Watching the river view in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. A perfect travel experience!

The hotel's location is truly convenient. Elephant Trunk Hill Park is right outside the door, and the Wenchang Bridge cruise terminal is next to it. Within a 3-10 minute walk, you'll find various popular restaurants, department stores, and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Jingjiang Prince City is also just a 20-25 minute walk away. A stroll around Shan Lake and Banyan Lake is also a great option. In short, the geographical location is excellent. The waitstaff at the breakfast restaurant were also very enthusiastic, constantly busy, and always ready to help. The front desk staff, travel department, and car fleet personnel were all very warm and professional, answering every question we had. The housekeeping staff were also very polite, and they quickly assisted us with our requests. Overall, we are very satisfied and will recommend it to friends and colleagues.
