The location is very convenient for getting around, and parking is easy. The staff are all very friendly and clearly well-trained. On our first night, our side-sea view room was a connecting room, and the soundproofing wasn't great. However, the lobby manager handled it wonderfully for us, which we really appreciated. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the view from the window is lovely. The only downside is that the pool isn't heated. There's a restaurant in the adjacent business building with amazing roasted goose. It's also very convenient to go to Wanyuexuan for dim sum. Oh, and the outside windows could use a cleaning – it's affecting my photos, haha.

The hotel facilities are also top-notch, with all stone surfaces being marble, giving it a very luxurious feel. The amenities provided are great, and the shower pressure is fantastic, making for a very comfortable experience. The views, in particular, are stunning! As the tallest hotel in Shenzhen, you get a panoramic view of the entire city, which is absolutely mesmerizing. The scenery is different day and night, offering endless beauty. The service is exceptional; everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeepers is friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. When I asked for directions on the first floor, they even personally escorted me out and pointed the way, making sure I wouldn't get lost.
