Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

My stay was pleasant, small decent boutique hotel. I like the location which is close to Wen Ming street with all the eateries cater for local which is more close to the local people. As for tourist you can go Beijing Street. MRT need to have a little walk but it was OK. Room was clean, I was assign at 6 floor which is very close to the Reception, Cafe and Washing Machine. Guest can use the washing machine for free, 2 in 1 (Wash + Dry) 60mins. Very convenient, throw the clothes to wash walk back to room shower blablabla then can collect the clothes already. So happy. They do provide free bottle water 500ml near the lift, just take if u need more. They do serve simple breakfast and supper, good enough.

Hengqin Bay Hotel Changlong is the first choice A very good accommodation experience❤️👍🏻 Whether it is facilities or accommodation conditions, scenery, sea view and garden scenery, they all have their own characteristics. Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc. Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant. Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children. There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient. The hotel butler is very considerate. Overall praise from the commentator👍🏻❤️

I went there for the second time because of the good experience I had the first time months ago. This time the parking lot was full, it took me 20 minutes to get a parking space, later there was a long line for a bus excursion visitors, they do not have another representative for regular travelers, which was annoying and disappointing. Later they assigned me a family room, far from my expectations, with toys and camping tend in the room. After my complaint, they changed the room far, far away, just in the corner of the hotel with terrible view and not good moon of the employee. The room looks old and smell to humidity as well that you can see some scratches in the wall and furniture. It was dissapointed experience, they do not have a constant level of service, next time I will look for another option in the area.

The kids enjoy the hotel internal mini zoo. I can see the hotel operator is trying very hard to make it like a world class resort just like Disney but somehow it appeared very ”localize” kids friendly hotel. The room is quite smelly with smoke even thought we specially requested for non smoking room. Location wise is fantastic if you looking for easy accessibility for the zoo, theme park and circus.

This is our first time to Zhuhai and we have a wonderful family trip ! The room is very spacious and great sea view , with great location to the city centre . Loved the kids play room here . Will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you the staff Allen and Suki for their hospitality

Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a ”520 Confession Set Dinner” which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

Hotel is so big and clean. It has separate the toilet ahd the bathroom. I love them very much. Staffs are so cute and service-minded. Location is near border, eazy to transportation. Near the hotel has more food, shop, salon, etc. We come from Thailand and go to China at the first time. We love this place so much.

I loved the location convenient not far away from Gongbei gate easy to find taxi or even bus stationfront of the building 2 floor has massage shop , 1 floor also hot pot restaurant nearby the special thanks for staffs, all of them so helpful and active, I will be back to stay here . This hotel will be in my top 5 choice to come back to Zhuhai to stay over.✨️👌❤️

Room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to Ocean Kingdom. Bought with breakfast & dinner and entrance to Ocean Kingdom. Dinner has good spread and yummy food. Ocean Kingdom is a great place for kids and adults with interesting n exciting rides. Love the shark aquarium, penguin, sea lions/walrus and also all the shows. The best is the Fireworks Ocean Symphony at the end of the day. Really spectacular performance. Had a great time here.

great customer service. they let me check in early 12 noon and check out late 2pm. convenient location with lots of shopping nearby. clean amd quiet inside room. nice projector TV. big bathroom with full size mirror. would stay here again.

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Amazing, I have been in China for one month and stayed on different hotels in different cities, this is by far the best in Guangzhou in terms of value for money. You are close to everything, the New Asia Market is 15 minutes away using the metro and the Metro station it self is very close. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. This will be my go to hotel in Guangzhou for future travels Highly recommended.

Pros: 1) Breakfast was decent given at its price. Small but sufficient spread with fruits, bread and a mixture of snacks. 2) Supper of instant noodles and some bread 3) Convenient location, very near male clothes street and shangxiajiu pedestrian street although it was old 4) Decent room size Cons: 1) Cracked tile at the entrance of our room which was quite dangerous. 2) Creaky bed which made every movement very loud, even tossing and turning Rating:7/10. I will probably book another hotel as the creaking sounds bothered us quite abit.

Its is very good location. Walking to Beijing Street only take 1 minutes. Get out from the lift turn right pass thru the mall and u are at Beijing Street. A lot of shopping and restaurant and street food around. Metro Station are nearby. Check-in counter at Level 15 . Check the lift , some stop at odd floor. A lot Malaysian is staying at this hotel also. This building is commercial and the lift are share by the mall and some business premises , so peak hours the lift will be a bit slow, for me is acceptable as long as you know the timing. To contact the reception , u need use wechat and very responsive. Will share the QR . Convenient Store Meiyijia and 7-eleven. Very important to get wechat and alipay , register with full details and bind your creditcard. All using electronic payment. Overall the room is good , clean and convenient . Dont expect for 5star hotel with that amount money you pay. Happy travel and happy stay to all.

This hotel is amazing. There are butler service is amazing and very quick, the young staff have very good manners and are attentive. The view of hotel is breathe taking. My stay at the Dameisha Intercontinental Hotel was nothing short of magical! 🌊✨ From the moment we arrived for our two-night beach getaway, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly situated, just steps away from the soft sandy beach, where we spent our days soaking up the sun and listening to the gentle waves lapping at the shore. The ocean views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream! The amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool area where we could relax after our swims in the sea. We also indulged in some delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurants, each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

excellent location and view, staff is very friendly. One downside in service is that there is no restaurant after 4 pm , so you have to order food from outside. However staff (邓鄧) helped me to order from outside. Rooms are specious and the surrounding is great. However it needs a renovation very badly as the carpets are really innbad shape as well the facilities are dated.

We stayed here for a big Thanksgiving party. The space was even perfect for 20 people cooking and having a good time. The price is amazing for the type of apartment. Well worth the stay. Outside the area there are many restaurants and food, but it also comes with a full kitchen so we cooked and brought our own food. The staff is very friendly to foreigners and make it a point to communicate with foreign guest. I will definitely stay here again.

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

The room is spacious and clean. The view from room is nice, having a 180 degree view of the sea/lake, the breakfast area is average as they are renovating and hotel guests have to use a temporary space for having breakfast, but the handmade noodles were awesome

I recently stayed in a hotel very close to the high-speed railway station with all the necessary facilities. They arranged a courier for us when we forgot to take things when we checked out. We can also add extra beds and quilts. Check-out is delayed until 2 o'clock, which is very humane Disadvantages: The opening of the trash can is too small, it is not easy to throw garbage, and it is full after a few throws The bathroom toilet is transparent glass, which should be a design error. However, you can hang a curtain, but the toilet and bathroom can also see each other from the inside. It is recommended to put Frosted stickers Breakfast is not self-service, it is a designated food. This experience was like returning to the house. The only drawback was that I should have informed you early in the morning that I needed a password to enter the house. I wasted an hour looking for help. There were no movies, but I could only watch TV series for free. The water in the bathtub was not hot enough. The air conditioner has no heating, so I feel a bit cold. This is suitable for young people.
