This hotel was a fantastic find for my trip! The cleanliness was impeccable; everything in the room was spotless, not a spec of dust anywhere, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities – a washing machine, a fridge, and even a huge projector screen with a Tencent membership, so no more squinting at my phone to watch shows at night! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; seeing me with my child and luggage, they immediately offered help and even gave my kid a small toy, which completely calmed him down after a long journey. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the surrounding area isn't noisy at all. It was such a comfortable stay, definitely a five-star experience!

This was my second time staying here. The location is incredibly convenient, right above Fuhuali, which has all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also very close to the border crossing. The value for money is excellent, it's comfortable to stay in, and the facilities are comprehensive. The kids especially loved it. I'll definitely be back next time!

The room offers a scan-to-order meal service, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are exceptionally welcoming and always smiling, making our stay very pleasant. We had a fantastic experience at the Spaceship Hotel this time and would definitely choose it again if we have the chance. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to various parks, making getting around a breeze. Checking in at the self-service kiosk took only 3 minutes, and for check-out, you just drop your room card into the submarine-themed check-out box – perfect for families with kids who need to stick to a tight schedule. No worries about luggage either; you can store it and enjoy the parks hands-free. Overall, everything was excellent, and the package deal offered superb value for money. The room was very clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The hotel environment was also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The ball pit is great for kids, and the breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of choices. It’s also very easy to get to the restaurant from the hotel. Here, you not only enjoy comfortable accommodation but also get to experience the charm of Chimelong up close. You can quickly reach the Spaceship Park entrance by elevator, which is super convenient. Plus, the park atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are enthusiastic, and there are shuttle buses to all the different parks. The planning is well-thought-out, the facilities are excellent, and both the service and entertainment are top-notch – absolutely great value!

The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor. The front desk was great; I could directly message them on WeChat with any questions. They gave me a free room upgrade and a complimentary fruit platter. When I ordered takeout at night, the staff even helped arrange for a robot to deliver it to my door. It was a really excellent experience! 👍

I chose Wyndham again this year because of my pleasant stay during New Year's Day last year. However, the service this time, at the same time of year, was vastly different. First, the front desk handling check-in clearly ignored my special requests. As a result, when I got to the room, I found that the room I booked was the exact opposite of what I requested. Furthermore, the so-called 'lake view' room only offered a view of large trees (Picture 1). If the hotel didn't have the requested room, shouldn't the front desk have informed the guest? Secondly, I don't think Wyndham accurately estimated the number of guests for breakfast. The entire breakfast restaurant was incredibly noisy, no different from a wet market. I can understand this, as it's a holiday and there are many people. But while people were eating, those coming in would just stand next to others' tables, which I imagine was frustrating for both those trying to eat and those looking for a table. The restaurant staff's instructions for seating guests were also unclear (Picture 3). This is because there were actually dining areas on the other side of the restaurant, but they were in a sunken area and hard for guests to notice. As for the auntie at the rice noodle roll station, I wonder if she wasn't getting paid or wasn't trained, because she wore an unpleasant expression for all to see. If you can't give an extra portion according to policy, you can explain it nicely, because guests might not have seen the notice. But being confrontational with guests only causes anger, especially when the dining atmosphere is already so frustrating! In other hotels, staff are attentive to special families and even offer assistance, but despite Wyndham's high room rates, the service falls short. The breakfast selection was very ordinary, very ordinary, and with so many people, the queues for the limited made-to-order stations were incredibly long. The experience was very poor, and I didn't end up eating much anyway. Thirdly, the five-star Wyndham clearly has very poor preparedness for its guest traffic during holidays. As the weather turned cold that evening, and the forecast had warned of it, which everyone knew, many families with children needed extra blankets. However, the blanket I requested half an hour ago wasn't delivered. Finally, after I called to follow up, they said there were no blankets, and it took another hour for the requested items and a bedsheet (which was better than nothing) to arrive. In short, this stay was very unpleasant. A big-brand hotel is still inferior to a guesthouse!

We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room.
The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter.
In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone.
Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli.
Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter.
There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park.
The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.
This stay exceeded my expectations! Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, the room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. All the bathroom amenities were well-stocked. The room had great natural light and ventilation, making for a very pleasant stay. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, including the air conditioning and hot water, and the screen mirroring feature was a nice touch. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommend!
My family and I, with our 2-year-old, extended our stay by an extra day because we had such a great experience. The hotel's surroundings offer convenient and quick access to dining, shopping, and children's play facilities. The room was very clean, all the toiletries were from MUJI, and they even provided MUJI snacks and drinks. Anything else we needed, we could easily buy directly from the MUJI store and restaurant on the first floor.

“The best hotel in Zhanjiang”
My room is sea view suite 1316 with club accessed pass where you can enjoy free dinner and drink 18.00-20.00 and I stayed here for 5 days for work.
The location is great just next to the beach and there is shopping mall where you can find something to eat and it takes only 7 mins by walk.
The room is very spacious and provide everything you need during your stay, fridge, big bathtub with sea view, robes, comb, dryer, salt bath, mouthwash, etc
Breakfast is also a competitive advantage as it offers a variety of choice (most of them are Chinese food) since early morning until 10.30.
Staff is very helpful and the front desk can speak English.
The lobby is always crowded and busy because there’s seminar / wedding event hosted here almost everyday.
Facilities of the hotel are great especially gyms and children’s room.
The only negative side is cleanliness. My shower room still got some hairfall on the ground after cleaning but the overall is ok.
I would recommend this hotel and will visit them again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hengqin Bay this time. The parking lot was spacious and well-lit, with dedicated staff managing it, making parking and retrieval super convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its openness, with high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent natural light. The modern minimalist decor looked clean and sophisticated. Check-in at the front desk was quick and professional, with friendly staff, making the whole process very smooth. The internet in the room was an even bigger surprise; the signal was full and very stable, perfect for streaming videos or gaming without any lag. During the day, the guest room was brightly lit and felt spacious, with cozy decor. The floors were so clean you could walk barefoot. The mattress had just the right firmness for me, and the pillows were fluffy yet supportive, ensuring two nights of truly restful sleep. The bathroom was the highlight of this experience. The towels and bath sheets were thick, soft, and highly absorbent. The shampoo cleaned effectively without leaving my hair dry. Thoughtfully, bath salts were provided, and a soak in the tub relieved more than half of my fatigue. The toiletries were clean, and the toothbrush bristles were just the right softness. The faucet had a smooth and gentle flow, and the bathtub was pristine. The shower experience was particularly excellent: hot water came out instantly, and the water pressure was strong and stable, making it incredibly refreshing. The bathroom also had effective wet/dry separation and felt spacious, not cramped. From check-in to check-out, every aspect felt effortless and thoughtful. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Qq5859****I originally meant to book the Meilihao near Aoyuan, but accidentally booked the wrong place. This hotel is excellent – quiet and comfortable, with a rich breakfast and attentive service. A special shout-out to Tangtang 👍. There's always someone at the entrance to open car doors and help with luggage.

MM629197****1. The InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha is absolutely incredible! It boasts a stunning beachfront location with a private beach. Our sea-view room offered incredibly soothing ocean vistas right from the window, and the service was attentive with every detail meticulously covered. The hotel's photography service was a delightful surprise; the photographer was professional and knew all the best angles. The infinity pool and beach boardwalk provided fantastic backdrops for epic shots, perfect for sharing on social media straight from the camera. A top choice for a getaway!
2. I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. You step right onto the beach, the pool views are magnificent, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I especially want to commend the photography service; they chose excellent spots and captured moments perfectly. They covered everything from sunset by the sea to the hotel's most Instagrammable spots. The final photos were high-end and flawless, making the whole experience hassle-free and yielding amazing results. Definitely a must-revisit!
3. Don't hesitate to book the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha! The sea views are unparalleled, the dining is excellent, and the service is exceptional, creating a truly immersive vacation vibe. The photography service was outstanding – no need to worry about finding the right angles yourself. With professional guidance and stunning backdrops, it was easy to capture beautiful seaside memories. My posts were flooded with compliments. It truly offers both great value and an amazing experience!

Lleohan1986Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts excellent service and top-notch amenities. It's incredibly comfortable, and the air quality is superb – you can smell the forest as soon as you open the window, truly a high concentration of negative ions.
Hygiene: Impeccable, absolutely spotless.
Environment: The surrounding area has all the facilities you need, making dining, entertainment, and shopping very convenient. However, for out-of-town guests, I'd recommend renting a car as the park area is quite large, and having a car makes getting around much easier.
Service: They were always responsive to requests and answered all my questions.

__WeChat270917****This hotel boasts an unbeatable location right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, with an exclusive path for direct access. There's also a free shuttle bus straight to the Spaceship Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. The checkout process is a breeze too – just drop your key card in the express box, no waiting in line. The parking lot is easy to navigate with plenty of spaces, and the staff's guidance is clear and precise, making the whole experience hassle-free. Upon entering, three adorable giant penguin sculptures immediately caught everyone's eye, and the kids were absolutely thrilled. The hotel has a relaxed and cheerful vibe, and the staff are enthusiastic throughout. Both check-in and check-out are quick and easy, with no unnecessary waiting. The front desk staff during check-in were warm, professional, and super efficient. The concierge even offers free luggage storage, which is a thoughtful touch. Our butler was exceptionally attentive, sending daily updates on park information and weather, which was practical and timely, making our trip planning much smoother. This made our entire trip worry-free and easy, truly feeling like a home away from home. I have to say, choosing the Chimelong Penguin Hotel in Zhuhai was truly the smartest decision for this trip!
MM449849****Facilities: I think everything was fine, after all, it's a sea-view room. Constant exposure to sea air will inevitably cause some wear and tear, but personally, I don't think it affected the living experience. There are several pools, and you can even enjoy hot springs at night. It's really good value for money.
Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a great job; the room was very clean, and they were efficient.
Environment: There are plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets around the hotel. There's even a McDonald's right outside on the street, which is super convenient. If you really don't feel like going out, you can always order delivery.
Service: I'm very grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. They were responsive, enthusiastic, and friendly throughout the service. The hot spring front desk staff were also very patient, advising guests to be careful when entering the pool to avoid slipping.
Summary: I came to this hotel with friends in mid-June, and this time I traveled alone, but it was definitely worth the trip! I loved sitting alone on the balcony at night, feeling the sea breeze, listening to the waves, eating barbecue, and drinking beer. It felt like I could forgive the world again, and my restless heart found some comfort. I was so lucky that the weather was great yesterday morning, and I got to see the entire sunrise over the sea! Oh, and when I went to the hot springs at the sister hotel next door, even though I was alone, the hotel provided a dedicated shuttle service, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic.
Finally, I sincerely wish the hotel a prosperous business and many more guests. ❤️
DD7671****We've been staying at Forest Sea since the pandemic, and the hotel has always been outstanding, both for kids' play experiences and family-friendly services. My children absolutely love it here.
However, over the past few years, the amusement rides in the beach area within the park have been removed, and some attractions in the Ancient Sea Forest have been temporarily closed a few times. These changes have diminished the overall variety of activities, making the experience not as good as before. I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future!

MM296805****I was totally swayed by the 5-star reviews on various platforms when planning my trip, and after staying here, I completely understand why this is the top family-friendly hotel in Chimelong! From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were warmly greeted by the concierge who took our luggage. The rainbow-domed lobby, filled with circus-themed decor, and the clown interactions plus magic shows instantly captivated my child. Every photo we took looked like it was straight out of a fairytale – no need to even search for special photo ops. Our Circus Family Room was an amazing surprise; the cartoon carriage children's bed was absolutely adorable! Kids' toiletries, a toilet seat adapter, and a small bathrobe were all provided, and even the showerhead height could be adjusted. The thoughtful details were truly touching. The hotel's location is absolutely prime, just a 5-minute walk to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. As guests, we got 1-hour early entry and fast-pass access, meaning we barely had to queue for popular attractions. After watching the evening fireworks, we were back in our room within 10 minutes – saving so much time and hassle. The dining experience also exceeded our expectations. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered over 100 dishes, with unlimited crayfish, freshly made pastries, and circus-themed desserts. During meals, clowns handed out balloons and magicians interacted with guests, making our child incredibly enthusiastic about eating. The hotel's free activities like the Explorer Land ball pit, magic dressing room, and pony interaction kept our little one entertained all day long, even on rainy days. Our personal butler was always available, helping us reserve a child safety rail in advance, and the WeChat butler responded to queries instantly. Check-out was as simple as dropping off our room card, no queuing needed, and even the birthday amenities were perfectly arranged. The hotel package also includes unlimited two-day park entry, offering fantastic value for money. No wonder everyone online raves about it; the facilities, service, and location are all impeccable. For a family trip, this is definitely the right choice – it's already on my list for a second visit!
11864724****Had a lovely trip to the cabins! The newly renovated rooms were clean and tidy, with lush greenery right outside – it felt like being embraced by nature. Waking up early, breathing in the mountain air, and feeling recharged by nature was wonderful. The cabins are right next to the scenic area, which is definitely a paradise for kids. After climbing and playing, they can even make a vase at the pottery studio. So enjoyable!
