The hotel is right next to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and super close to the ferry terminal. You can walk to the ferry in just 10 minutes to go to Gulangyu Island, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout, proactively offering tips on local food and travel strategies, showing great attention to detail. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Here, you can experience both the historical charm of old Xiamen and enjoy a convenient and comfortable holiday. It's perfect for both family trips and solo travelers, especially with the great weather in Xiamen recently. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The room came with a projector, but the picture wasn't perfectly aligned with the screen. The bathroom was well-stocked with disposable amenities, including a disposable toilet seat cover and conditioner. The room was a bit smaller than expected, with a very narrow hallway. The bathroom's exhaust fan wasn't very powerful, leading to some humidity. Cleanliness: It was very clean, but for some reason, after the staff cleaned, the floor was always wet, especially in the bathroom. There's also a step in the bathroom, which is something to be aware of if you're traveling with seniors or children. Environment: The location is genuinely excellent. It's very close to the pedestrian street, making dining and drinks convenient. Food delivery can come directly to your room. Bus stops and ferry terminals are also within walking distance. Exiting the building, you're right on the main road, making it very easy to catch a taxi. Service: Very good. After check-out, the staff member even gave us a small gift. There was some renovation going on downstairs recently, but we left early enough that it didn't bother us, and the room also provided noise-canceling earplugs. Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from the experience. The price was great during the off-season, offering excellent value for money, so I'm giving it a good review!

The Hilton Sanya's facilities are great, but unfortunately, the staff's service quality is really lacking. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident, but later, a supervisor or manager from the hotel resolved it, and their attitude was excellent, which I appreciated. They even gave me a small gift. I forgot my ID in the key card holder of room 5132 when I switched rooms, and the hotel called me to arrange for it to be couriered to my next hotel, which I'm very grateful for. I hope my next trip goes smoothly!

The location is absolutely unbeatable. Right downstairs is the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The hotel's service details show a real warmth. When they found out I needed to print documents, they helped me out within 5 minutes – so convenient for someone rushing to an early morning meeting. The cleaning staff meticulously cleans every day; the sheets and duvet covers are pristine and odorless, there isn't a single water stain on the bathroom glass door, and even the tile grout is sparkling clean. I felt completely comfortable walking barefoot [__LINK_ICON__]. The room was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. There are charging ports by the bed and the desk, so no more fighting over outlets. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the hot water comes out quickly with just the right pressure.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location near 中山路, with lots of food! Our room was also big and comes with a refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave, which are very handy when travelling with a toddler. They also provide cot if needed. Our room keeper, 耿红艳 is very friendly and greets us everyday without fail. She also folds cute animals from towels which my kid loves, amazing service! One thing that I wish could be better is the fact that we have to go down to the lobby to collect our food delivery, wish there were robots to deliver up our room instead.

The room was tidy and clean overall. It's close to Zengcuo'an, so it's a little noisy, but it's very convenient for visiting the night market and going to the beach. The service from the young lady was incredibly good. She even took me to the taxi stand in her electric scooter when she saw me carrying such a big suitcase. In this respect, it far surpasses other accommodations in this area!

The room was very clean and spacious. I made a special request, and the owner was very responsive. The courtyard pool is also absolutely stunning, perfect for photos! It's conveniently located just a stone's throw from Zengcuo'an Night Market. You can easily catch a taxi right outside to explore local eateries, and the beach is just across the road! I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Service: The hotel staff all had professional smiles; some were genuine, while others felt more perfunctory, which guests could clearly notice. Environment: The highest hot spring pool hadn't been cleaned; there was moss growing on the bottom, making it slippery, which was a concern since we were with an elderly person. Facilities: Xiamen is still quite hot in December, so it's a bit hard to understand why the rooms don't uniformly provide air conditioning. Hygiene: At the buffet, I picked up a plate that had obvious dried-on food residue stuck to the bottom. Perhaps because it was a rare trip with an elderly person, my expectations were higher, but overall, it wasn't as good as my last experience here. I'd like to commend the staff member in the hot spring changing area at 3:30 PM on the 6th. As soon as I entered, they asked for my number tag and guided me, thoughtfully brought a waterproof phone pouch, and showed me the way to the hot spring area. Also, the security guard in the takeout area near the entrance at 7:50 AM on the 7th proactively helped hold the cabinet door when I had a lot of items to pick up. And the parking attendant or security uncle at the entrance at 1:00 PM on the 7th, when we were checking out, saw the elderly person walking and came over to help guide them, reminding them about the small steps. I only managed to get a photo of the hot spring staff's nametag, but I've provided the times for the other two staff members. I hope the hotel can convey my thanks to them. 🥹

Staying alone inside Yantai Mountain, I was lulled to sleep by the evening breeze from the Min River and woke up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning. No need to rush; I just leisurely strolled through the charming alleys, basked in the sun, and let my heart beat freely. This cozy nook in Yantai Mountain became my own private sanctuary, perfect for daydreaming or simply wandering around at ease. The hotel's location is wonderfully quiet yet centrally located, and the room is fully equipped with amenities, including a tea set. Brewing a pot of tea, I enjoyed a solo moment, contemplating the promising future ahead.

Enjoyed my stay in this charming Fuzhou ME Hotel and will definitely choose it again when in Fuzhou. Hotel was opened in early 2025 & the room layout was like a home. Room - There was a walkin closet and a very large bathroom👍🏻. Our 2 single beds can accommodate 4 persons(it can be a slight squeeze). It can accommodate two luggages comfortably. Amenities - innovative with cute descriptions. Their toothbrush is one of the better quality hotel toothbrushes. Bar - enjoyed the ambiance and good music, although drinks menu didn’t have wine by the glass but by the bottle. Location - a pretty central next to Shibu underground train stn exit D and bus stops close by. Good mom & pop 小吃 outside the hotel for breakfast. Luckin coffee & a bakery is within the block or two. There’s also a Walmart nearby for overseas visitors to do your bulk grocery shopping. Staff - very courteous and helpful, although some spoke very little English. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and a thumbs up. 👍🏻
