Choosing the Hilton was a good choice. The Hilton brand truly guarantees quality, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is located in downtown Portland, close to the subway and a 10-minute walk from a large shopping center, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast room is quite large, costing $23, and the food is quite varied, with patient service. A nearby bus takes you to the city's main waterway.
The room is cozy, the bathroom is newly renovated, it comes with a bathtub, and it’s very clean which is important to a clean freak like me 😂 bed is comfy! Love the AC, definitely help a lot in summer.
Great location! Right in the heart of Portland, lots of restaurants nearby, very convenient.
The location of the hotel is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the coffee is delicious. When we left, we dropped our mobile phone. Fortunately, the hotel called in time to inform us. I will choose this one next time I come to Portland.
I was disappointed that they gave only 2 bottles of water daily even though there were 3 of us. The room also does not have a fridge and had a safe which did not work.
In addition, there was no self service laundrette where we could wash our laundry.
The cleaner who did our room did not do a good job with the toilet - I kept seeing the same cotton bud on the floor next to the bin for the whole time that I was there.
Also the room size is rather small for what should be able to accommodate 4 persons.
The hotel is very clean, large in size and beautiful in scenery. You can see the lake by opening the window. The room is fully equipped to cook, breakfast is at your own expense, and there is free parking.
Great location, very convenient to everywhere!
The hotel environment is good, not noisy, and the sound insulation is OK!
The hot water supply is stable and the toilet has no odor!
The only problem is that breakfast is made to order, and when a large number of business travelers check in, breakfast is often not available in time!
The location is good, the parking lot is expensive, and there is a tip for the car boy. The hotel rooms are very artistic, the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are small.
We got there super late coming in from delayed flight from JFK one night! We’d been cruising Mediterranean for 15 days and had already flown for 17 hours. I had a late check-in Standard room booked for my Sister and I who badly overpacked and had 5 heavy suitcases of various sizes. I chose Holiday Inn @ PDX as it was close by the Airport AND offered shuttle service! With the help of the Shuttle driver we managed to load everything but our carry-on luggage on the cart. Checked in and were given the key to our room on the 2nd Floor. Laboriously we made our way up to 2, managed to get our suitcases outta the elevator with the fast closing door and made it to our assigned room only to discover that the “key” didn’t work—no amount of re-insertion would convince it to, either; so my Sis went back down to the check-in desk and was given a key to a Suite on the 3rd Floor!
We made our way up to that suite of rooms and were greeted with an exquisitely dark & dreary mostly dark brown but well appointed two room Suite. The rooms were clean, but the Holiday Inn in th location if VERY OLD, and they’ve done y their best to offer amenities to accommodate and make up for the aged old place. The Coffee Maker didn’t work, but everything else seemed to. The King Bed was super comfortable but the carpeting is old and unraveling and the living-room wall heater burned its way through a travel bag that help my brand new never worn Natica Puffy Jacket and the carrying bag! Didn’t know it was even on. Good place to crash for a night or two, but no longer. Bed was super!!
KKevin AdarrAs always motel 6 welcome me with smiles and a great vibe. The room was nice and clean hot shower towels and all the bells and whistles were available in the room TV works fine I was a little early and they were able to go ahead and check me in which is a very big plus for me. I recommend that other people that are on a budget or just want to quick get away they might think of the motel 6 on Hawthorne in Salem Oregon. And the coffee was nice and hot in the morning and not watered down gave me the kick I needed to get started.
HHelly WilsonGreat location, very easy to find. Check in was smooth & quick. Room was at the back down a driveway facing the water, bridge & Riverwalk. Nice bonus to be away from street noise! Room was small but very clean & satisfactory. Mexican restaurant across the street, great place to eat, open late. Great place for a morning walk with your coffee & chance to get amazing photos on the Riverwalk. Never got a chance to check out the pool cuz of late arrival.Would definitely stay again! Better than I expected!
GGuest UserThe staff does a lot of work to ensure all travelers are accommodated. It can be a tricky location but I’ve seen a lot of improvement with well executed rules that will hopefully keep it safe for everyone. Had a room swap done to help me due to forgetting to ask for a bottom floor. They made it right and I appreciated them
GGuest UserWas fine with the hotel except for the price. Booked thr room for 80.23 then got to the hotel and they said the total was 104 and some change questioned the total and they said they didn't know to call customer service then on my bank statement it said 109.and some change. Not happy about it at all.
NNatalieMy visit this time was tad different. The heater didn't warm the room all the way, but I understand they had a slight power outage, with storm. I love how clean and lots of wash clothes were available to use! Thank you so much for your kindness and having a last minute room open. God bless
JJIENo breakfast, there is a low price of coffee, the conditions are relatively simple. The location is very convenient, not far from shopping distance, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite, there is a buffet not far away
日日內瓦公約The location of the hotel is quite moderate, worthy of his price/performance ratio, and there is a fast food restaurant and a gas station nearby, but the hotel does not provide breakfast , it will be recommended to go to the nearby store to eat breakfast restaurant service staff is very kind, and very enthusiastic service.
JJIEAs an ordinary motel, the price of the hotel is a bit high. No breakfast, the location is very convenient, there is a thrift store next to it, the Chinese restaurant not far away is highly rated, tastes good, the price is not high
GGuest UserWas a welcome relief after our drive from Mt Rainier and a stop in Portland. My husband had a swim in the pool & we enjoyed sitting around the pool until closing time. There is a grocery store & other shops within walking distance.
