Hotel was good. Loved the shuttle from the airport. Before booking I called and asked if they had cribs available and they said yes. I booked the hotel well in advance, few weeks out. I asked to make sure I get one for our 15 month old. While booking the hotel I also requested a crib but when we arrived, after traveling for 18 hours, we were told no cribs were available. Very disappointed by that. Everything else was great.
Chicago is an unforgettable place. This hotel is in the suburbs, far from the downtown area, behind the road, the hotel lobby is very big, there are many tables and chairs. To register, you can get a free breakfast. When we stayed at this hotel, the black brother at the front desk was very cute and a good child. There was a sofa in the room, but the quilt was yellow and made people tremble.
Checked in on a cold winter day. The air conditioner was noisy. The air conditioner was used for heating. It roared intermittently and was very dry. The Hilton Pittsburgh, the Westin Boston, and the Hilton Chicago Avens are all like this. It's equivalent to the chain hotels in the mainland, but the Westin is slightly better. Disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided by most hotels in the United States, but slippers appear in hotels that cost more than 6,000 per night, such as the Park Hyatt New York.
The location is convenient. There is a public library outside the window. Turn right and you will reach the town center, where there is a supermarket. For breakfast, you can order food at a restaurant on one side of the hotel lobby. One portion costs about 10-20, plus tax and tip. It's an American breakfast on a plate. The portion is large, and two portions for three people are OK. Girls, ha. It's convenient for Northwestern University to do things. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk there.
This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!
Except for expensive, others are quite good. Breakfast is average, but this Western-style hotel, we are not used to eating is also normal. When I first arrived, I went to the restaurant in the hotel's atrium and ate a lunch. I didn't expect it to be quite pleasant. The price was real, the service attitude was good, and the taste was not bad. The only drawback is that I don't think there are a few chairs in the hotel entrance. It is not convenient to stand at the door when waiting for the car.

YYoyoonthegoFeel thankful getting the room arrangement checking call. It’s a traveler friendly place tea at the front desk, gas and bus stop is walk-achievable distance with affordable price. Would be nicer if the sink didn’t stuck.
GGuest UserHotel was easy to get in touch with before the trip, check-in (and check-out) was easy and accommodating, the rooms were clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely toiletries and robes too. Couldn't have been happier.
GGuest UserThe only thing I don't like is that you can only stay 21 days the hotel should allow for people to stay longer some people are looking for houses or apartments and have to keep moving from place to place until they get a place to stay that is my problem I like to stay in one place cuz I like this hotel a lot but I have to move every 21 days for 7 days I can't see how you can consider it and squatting when people are trying to find housing that's the only regret I have other than that the hotel is fine the people are wonderful that's all I got to say
JJianruClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
FFan DingI would definitely recommend this place to my friends n family who want to visit Chicago. Great location and the facility is very well maintained and quite valuable for what I’m paying for. Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.
Nnabiki2The location near the airport and affordability were the pluses. On the surface the room appeared mostly clean but there are cockroaches running around in the evening. To stay for the one night when I had an early flight it was okay, but maybe I’d check out other locations nearby next time.
MMARC BURKSDon't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff. They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe
AAndriy LishchynskyyVery nice and friendly hotel. Beatiful views and convenient location. Within 5-10 minutes from mane attractions.
No hot meals for breakfast, just toasted bagels. Also, fruits, juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, tea, coffee.
GGuest UserSurprisingly clean amd comfortable. Very few amenities but also half the price of the neighboring hotel. If you just need a clean place to sleep, inexpensivly, it works
