There were Japanese staff members, so even if you're not familiar with English, you could stay here with peace of mind. The bathroom facilities in the guest rooms were old and the toilets didn't have washlets, but it was a very good value hotel, close to Waikiki Beach.

The room is clean and relatively new compares to other hotels newby. Just that the hotel seems to be under construction during our stay with some noise in the afternoon, night time were fine thou.

I booked this hotel three times between Ctrip and Qunar, because the price dropped the closer I got. The location of the hotel is indeed good, the room is large, the balcony has a good view, and it is very comfortable to use. Although the hotel is large, the elevator is very fast, and getting in and out is not as troublesome as some reviews said. The only inconvenience was that I checked out of the room that day, stored my luggage and went shopping. When I came back, I found that on the check-in floor on the second floor, all toilets required swiping a room card to enter, OMG. Later, I went to the change room where the third-floor swimming pool is located. There is no need to swipe the room card there. It’s very close to Marugame Udon, a popular udon restaurant. The “Mai*” matcha ice cream next to it is also good. You can try the purple potato balls in Duke Lane. The local poke bowl is worth a try.

It was my first time in Hawaii (the last time was 25 years ago), so I was a bit worried, but it was the best choice. Good points 1. Free breakfast and evening cocktail service 2. Location: Although it's not oceanfront, it's close to the beach. The trolley, which you can ride for free with a JCB card, and the Rakuten Lounge are within walking distance. The location is much better than I expected 3. Separate living room and bedroom, which is great for families with children Nothing disappointing The price itself is certainly not cheap, but with prices in Waikiki rising as a whole, it is relatively inexpensive and has high added value. The facilities and cleanliness are also up to personal perception...Before COVID-19, I went on road trips to the US, and after COVID-19, I mainly traveled to Southeast Asia, so I was very satisfied with it. I would like to stay again.

It's nothing fancy, but for the price, it offers excellent value. Cleanliness was average, with several missed spots and a noticeably dirty wardrobe (I wouldn't advise hanging clothes in it). Housekeeping is every other day, but fresh bath towels are available daily. The location is great, just one street back from the main road.

Great location and very close to amenities and shopping street. Staff were super friendly and efficient , with early check in extended. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Nice gesture of giving out 2 free BPA free bottles! No restaurant on site but that’s not an issue as there are plenty of breakfast places located within minutes on foot. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to any place in WAIKIKI. It is very close to the lake, so you can walk or run. The hotel has a small swimming pool, a small gym, and a lobby to receive guests. There is also a place to work. It is relatively quiet. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and upgraded our room for free. The room was originally on the 3rd floor, but it was upgraded to the 8th floor with a view of the lake. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, as well as plates and cutlery.

As the hotel is located in the Kahala district away from Waikiki Beach, the surroundings are very quiet and there are almost no people around other than hotel guests. As a result, the beach in front of the hotel is calm and very safe. When I entered the lobby, I was instantly drawn in by the wonderful scent. There are dolphins in the hotel lagoon, and just looking at them is soothing. The facility itself feels old, but the hospitality of the staff makes up for it.

The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort is an old hotel located in Lahaina. Its hardware facilities are of medium level and slightly old. The hotel has its own beach, swimming pool, children's pool and hot tub. The hotel is characterized by a Chinese-style courtyard, a suspension bridge, and a variety of animals such as parrots, penguins, swans, ducks, carp, etc., which are suitable for children. The price is above average.
