This is my third stay at this hotel. It is located 50 meters from the Thai consulate, which is very convenient when submitting documents. They checked me in at 8 am, for which I am very grateful, then they offered to go to breakfast. Everyone is polite and professional. Breakfast is a buffet. Thoughts, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives - you will not go hungry)) They helped with printing out my passport. The room is standard, but everything you need is there. There is a gym for fitness! I recommend!

If you choose Holiday Inn , you’ll most likely get a good service! The location of this hotel is really good: it’s a walking distance from a metro station and the old city from where you can climb to Ankara Castle - a must visit landmark. The check in was smooth and the staff were most welcoming and supportive . If you want to treat yourself to a local meal, there’s a superb kebab place right across from the hotel . The prices are great and the place is super popular among local people which means it’s amazing!

Everything is clean, location is excellent, hotel level is good. There are lots of towels, tea, coffee, water. Breakfast Swedish table is diverse enough.

I can not add my booking to my accor account. I have said to workers at reception. I have already stayed at the hotel about 5 times in six months but in their own agency, I can not add the stays. Cleanliness was ok. Location is good. Breakfast was tidy and enough.

The service of the Turkish hotel is not to say, it is very good. The food in this hotel's restaurant is also delicious, and there is also a 24-hour room service. There is also a gym, fully equipped for fitness. Non-smoking rooms are also very comfortable,

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, even though the hotel is centrally located. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the highlights. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from local Turkish dishes to international favorites. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There is a relatively large urban complex around it, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities. Although it is not very large overall, it feels very good. The front desk guys are also very enthusiastic. The gym is in the SPA center on the -2 floor of the hotel, and the facilities are also complete! The restaurant is on the -1 floor of the hotel, and the breakfast variety is extremely rich and worthy of praise,,, I will continue to stay here next time I come to Ankara, it's pretty good!

The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 306 that day. Hotel location: The transportation in Ankara is relatively convenient. It rained and snowed during the 2 days in Ankara, so I didn’t go out much. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. Disposable slippers are provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. The water pressure is very high, but the drainage is not very good and cannot keep up with the water pressure. Breakfast: It’s self-service to look at the pictures, so you can eat enough. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

The standards room are not so nice. The room had a strong smell. I almost checked out. But I was offered executive room and which was much better. Although the bathroom floor was leaking and the furnitures in the sitting room are old. But the executive room was much cleaner and comfortable.

The hallway is lighted off and the room is dark. Breakfast is not a Viking, only something you can't eat. Anyway, it was a ketchy hotel impression.
