Luggage storage is free. The staff can speak English and there is an elevator.

The stay was excellent! The hotel facilities are very modern, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully considered. The toiletries were high-quality, the bathroom was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water, making it very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying; the local specialties are delicious, and the service is attentive. The staff, in particular, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome. Номер маленький, но чистенький. В номере выбранной категории имеется душевая кабинка, санузел, полотенца, одноразовые шампуни, мыло. Также в номере есть чайник, телевизор, холодильник. Not a bad hotel in the city center. For exploring the city, it is located close to all key places, but close to a public transport stop, while the hotel is located on a fairly quiet street, we did not feel any noise from the street. At the reception, guests are offered a free glass of tincture. The hotel has a very good restaurant. The rooms and public areas are very clean and comfortable. The water pressure and temperature are perfect. There were no problems with the plumbing, everything works perfectly. However, the temperature in the rooms is not high enough; we were cool when it was -27 outside. The beds are wide, mattresses and linen are of high quality. The sleep was comfortable. The room is equipped with a tea station and bottles of water. The hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast at the hotel, although it does not have a wide range of options, is still basic. The stay at the hotel was comfortable.

Stop twice (06.10.2025 and 17.10.2025). Beautiful location - close to the airport and no noise from the road. Excellent, responsive staff - starting from the resepshne, ending delivery to the room from the restaurant. Breakfasts are great, in a cozy restaurant. Food in the restaurant of Hunters - a separate story! Huge portions, delicious food... and, for especially prudent, small guests will prepare both cash and purée with salad 🙏 Very grateful to the staff! Any request for a call to the receptor is executed instantly, without long expectations - and from the side of the waiter and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I will not look for other options anymore, we will stay only in the Star 🫶🏻

The hotel is situated on the shores of Lake Baikal, offering views of the lake right from the doorstep—a fantastic location. It's also not far from Ryukyu town, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, speaking English and even using her own phone number to connect us to the Wi-Fi. The hotel dinner was also excellent, and she was very patient during our communication. Highly recommended. The room was very clean, and included a kettle, hairdryer, and wardrobe—very welcoming for Chinese guests.
