It was a wonderful stay! Great value for the price. Location was decent! Many restaurants etc nearby. Only negative would be the constant wait on the elevator, but that’s not saying much.
A very good hotel, highly recommended for a longer stay of more than two days, as the service and attention are excellent. The rooms are clean, but the only drawback is that depending on the room, the shower has varying water pressure, and in some cases, the water leaks. The rooms are spacious and cozy; you sleep well, and there's no noise from the amenities. The only improvement would be the TVs being smart TVs, so guests could access more entertainment options besides just broadcast TV, making for a truly excellent and complete in-room experience.
I checked in 2-3 days late due to emergency and they said all 4 nights bookings were cancelled, even I still have two more nights to stay. They refused to refund as well, so I just paid for an half day stay cause I was supposed to have a flight at night and they charged almost full, receptionist was never kind to tell me that difference is just little for an overnight stay. So decided to stay overnight cause I re-scheduled my flight the next day, cause I had a meeting and I won’t catch my flight, then when I returned back to the hotel, bought a water they asked for the room number and new receptionist told me that I should have checked out cause there’s a note that I can only stay until 6 or 7PM, I checked in at 2PM, lol. Paid almost 70USD for that, then I told them to extend until next day at 2:00PM, then they charged me for another almost 80USD. No consideration at all, will definitely ask the booking app to ask for the 4 nights stay refund that was unused that they refused to refund, they said it’s no show already even I showed up on the 3rd day. Lol. Kinda scam tactic. And I hate it. I just let it go.

The experience was very good. It was recommended by local customers. The area is relatively safe. The facilities and hygiene in the room are very good. I stayed there for another night. There is a Starbucks downstairs, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend staying here.
The room was small, the service was mediocre and very perfunctory, there were no toiletries, and the breakfast was terrible.
However, the location is good and convenient for getting around; almost everything is within walking distance of attractions. The price is on the expensive side and not very good value for money.
The hotel is located in a very central location, a few steps away is the central Alameda Bellas Artes, Madero, Reforma, Monumento a la Revolución. The hotel's remote transport service is varied, Metro, metro, public transport; although the area is not all the best, it has changed a lot. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. If you are in a room with view of the CD, the San Fernando park and temple is wonderful (now this area is recovered because there were many people in the streets before)

The location of the hotel is not suitable for independent travel, it is relatively remote, and with the traffic jams in Mexico, it is difficult to control time. It is very suitable for self-driving and has a relatively fashionable shopping mall. Breakfast was ok.
Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window).
Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me.
Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.

Amazing
KKaren MengThe room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very large and functional. I was touched both by kitchen inside, sofa, TV, etc. Also has a gym with a great view on the high floor.
My only recommendation is to improve the type of breakfast, it can be more varied or international style.
Thank you.
