Except that it took 7 or 8 minutes to get to the hotel by taking a detour according to Google Maps because I was not familiar with the road when I got off the bus (because I brought a 28-inch + 15-inch suitcase, there were many ups and downs along the way, and it was still quite dangerous and laborious to walk on the road. I suggest that the business put up a guide sign near the get-off point, so that it is safer and faster to take the small road to the hotel), everything else was perfect: the room was super big! The sleep was very comfortable! The hotel is very close to the ski area (the bus station is actually here). The waiter introduced us to a safe and fast route (less than 3 minutes). In addition, the hotel also provides cable car tickets for the ski resort, which is very considerate. I will bring my child here next time!

The hotel is a bit overrated. The location of the hotel is more suitable for friends who drive themselves. There are restaurants and shops around the hotel, but they are not as attractive as recommended online. The hotel's hot spring is not a natural hot spring, but it is enough to relieve fatigue. The hotel's design and rooms are beautiful, and the service staff are polite. All in all, it's worth a try, but I won't come back again.

It was nice to have a quiet time in the room, but there was no TV, which was a little lonely.

It was my first time staying at a private lodging so I was a bit worried, but they were so kind and helpful that I was able to stay with peace of mind.

We were met with such excellent hospitality with Rina and the New Hamaguchi-ya staff. They were thoughtful with their service, the meals provided were definitely prepared with love and great care. Despite the language barriers, we were treated very well and we would definitely come back and stay again!
