Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

they have 2 establishments. We went to the one in the map and ended up having to walk back to near the train station. The place doesnt have elvator but luckily the room is only one floor up. Good for the price.

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

Go to Cinque Terre, the hotel that needs to be booked according to the itinerary. This is close to the train station. After parking the car, go to Cinque Terre. You can also walk back to the hotel. But the strange thing is that the train station parking lot is super small, there is no place to stop at all, and the village that finally drives by car has lost the meaning of this hotel. The location of the hotel itself is very difficult to find, not too convenient

The hotel is in a strategic location next to a shopping center and the beach is very close. It's a 15-minute walk from the station and there's also a McDonald's. All the staff at reception were very kind and we had a great time. The breakfast was very rich and varied. Highly recommended 🤗 Thanks to your website we found a great deal.

Not bad at this price point. But there are rooms without elevators and the hotel should’ve informed travellers about that. Amenities are lacking, no dental kits, no one-time slippers.

A good chain hotel. Its very big plus is the location, ten minutes to the Genova Brignole train station, three minutes to the main shopping street of the city, three blocks to Carrefour, in general, very convenient. The only difficulty is that if you walk from the station, you can miss and not notice the entrance to the hotel, and there are several of them, below and above. Reception is on the 5th floor, yes. Our room was on the 4th, the window overlooks the courtyard. Quite quiet, only the birds sing loudly. The room is standard, quite comfortable. By the way, instead of keys - a digital combination lock. Convenient. The closet is tiny, but there is a mini-fridge. Toilet, shower, everything is as usual here. The room lacks glasses and a kettle, it would be great to have at least a couple of teaspoons. Wi-Fi is fast. Breakfasts are simple, but there is a minimum set of omelette-sausages, cold cuts, tomatoes, yogurt and sweets, the coffee machine is decent, the coffee itself is excellent. The staff is friendly and caring. So we liked everything.
