Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.
I loved this hotel, friendly service, close to train / bus station… for about 83 usd per night with breakfast it was a lovely time in Rome! Will be back!

The room was clean with high ceilings, which made it feel spacious. For a hotel in the city center, a slightly smaller room is understandable. The location was convenient, and we could walk to the Colosseum in about 10 minutes.
This location is not in the Rome center but by using metro and bus is very convenient and cheap, there is big park opposite the road 5 mins away. The hotel is quite new
The bed was very comfortable but the room was dark, musty and smelled damp. Difficult to open the shutters which are high and very dirty to touch. Couldn't leave window open to air room as on ground floor. First impression of room was looking at threads hanging down from the stairs to the bedroom- looked like cobwebs at first - could be easily remedied. No explair in bathroom- not good.
The hotel is definitely worth recommending, perfectly located in the very center of historic Rome, which will be appreciated by both tourists and business guests. The quality of service is at the highest level. From the moment you enter, you get the impression that the staff cares about making your stay really comfortable. In doing so, staff make every effort to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the full occupancy, we not only managed to get a room earlier than the originally declared time, but also agreed (without additional fees) to leave it an hour later. As for the food, maybe the lack of a buffet is a bit inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it in the hotel restaurant, so the food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat as much as they want, and the selection of dishes is really satisfactory - each breakfast always includes one hot dish. The roof terrace is very atmospheric, where you can both eat and have a drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are completely sufficient. It is modern and clean.
Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the center of historic Rome, which tourists and business travelers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. Hello,
as your client who repeatedly orders rooms with you in the various cities around the world, I was expecting a different answer from you, I was expecting cooperation and help. In this case that I stayed at the hotel 2 nights after making a reservation made with you from 8th December to 10th December (booking number ****************), I wanted to stay in one of the rooms for another night from 10th December to 11th December, while I was typing the reservation the date jumped and I didn't notice and a reservation was made from 9th December to 10th December I don’t need as I was stayed at the hotel on that date. When I found out about the mistake within an hour of booking, I contacted the reception at the hotel and they told me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact you, and that's what I did. I am surprised and very disappointed with your answer, I was expecting cooperation and help.
Sincerely yours

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the Vatican, the metro, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket.
The bed was comfortable and the room was modern and clean. Took a while to work out the air conditioner as the room was hot for guests used to a colder climate! The small breakfast offered for delivery to the room for €5 was delicious and enough to fuel a morning of exploring.
The best part of the hotel though has to be the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and nice.
Definitely recommend and excellent value.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent from the reception to the restaurant to the waiters, all kind and helpful. The services offered by the structure are of quality, breakfast in first place varied and abundant. The only flaw that I found in this trip was the fact that the room had problems in the evening when I arrived there was a structural problem that could happen to anyone that it was not possible to resolve it at the time because we had arrived at too late an hour and the fact that it was not possible to resolve it immediately made our stay of the first night not too comfortable. The next morning after evaluating that the problem could not be resolved promptly they changed our room to one equal to the one we had booked and the stay as always went very well. The only thing I would have expected was a refund even if only partial for the major inconvenience suffered but this was not done, it is true that on our part it was not requested, but it seemed right to me that it was done without asking. Therefore 10+ to the staff indeed if it were possible I would give 11 a little less to the management.
RRenae SIt was a very European place that had a great funny staff that knew the drinks! I'm 6'2 and the beds were so comfy! It was down the street from the Colosseum. Great access to Rome.
GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.
GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!
CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style. You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰
GGuest UserFirst, the good things: I really liked the breakfast, a good selection of dishes, fruits, pastries. Kind administrators. There is a kettle in the room. Upon arrival, 2 bottles of water. Coffee and tea. Tea was replenished, coffee was not. Close to attractions (Pantheon, Trevi Fountain).
On the downsides: the room did not have the stated slippers and robe, but there were ants. Very small room. There is not a single hook for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Shower gel was not brought twice. The metro is far away.
GGuest UserThe staff are very friendly and the breakfast is not bad. It's very outskirts, so the train is cut off after 12 o'clock and you have to take a taxi. It's a perfect place to stay
The new metro line C is also available once to the Colosseum, and it takes 25 minutes without transfer.

GGuest UserThe location was great, pretty central was able to walk around to get to many areas for shopping and touring.
The bus stops were close by metros are a little bit more of a walk lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all close by around the corner close to ruins.
The apartment hotel was clean.
Staff check-in was friendly.
The room was very clean.
The towels and soap provided was good.
The room was cleaned daily. I had no issues with leaving my items out or anything. Nothing was touched.
The room is always fixed up for me when I got back at the end of the day.
There was an area for breakfast with small Items available to eat. It’s not meant for a big meal just a quick on the go kind of idea.
There was lots of water in the fridge to take at any time the lock doors to get into that area you can access at any time you had keys for the main door the door to the breakfast area And your apartment room key were all together.
It is an old building. The elevator lift is very old so don’t put too much weight in it when you use it. There are five floors, but the building was very clean, very well kept. The area around outside was very clean.
We had no issues.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
