Perfectly positioned just a short 100 meters from Roma Termini station, the hotel offers unbeatable convenience for both train travelers and those exploring Rome. Multiple metro lines, buses, and direct airport trains are within easy reach. You can drop your bags and head out immediately to the city's iconic sights. UNA Deco Roma delivers a warm, attentive atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in elegant Art-Deco style, complete with a comfy bed, desk, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. While the beds and overall comfort were a highlight, I did notice some minor maintenance issues—like erratic bathroom supply replenishment and average sound insulation in a few rooms. Still, these were manageable and didn't detract from the overall pleasant experience.
The accommodations were great! The location was far from the main city centers of Rome, but there was a shuttle bus to and from. However, my group usually wanted to stay longer than when the bus would leave. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel is a little old but clean. The location is excellent. Close to roma termini train station and metro. Quite a number of eateries nearby. The hotel provides water dispenser within its property, since it does not provide bottled water. Very environmental friendly.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, buffet style, great choices and we loved the coffee. We really liked the location. Literally less than a 10 minute walk to the bus and train stations.

Very nice hotel, location is also nice and a lot of pizza restaurants and halal food around, 5 minutes walking from the Termini train station. Not the perfect time to go out from 11 pm

Very recommended place, clean, very secured, the host is so friendly and the place next to central station, supermarkets, cafe, bakery, resturants and city center
Very nice private terrace and other shared terrace. We went there on December/January me and my husband and we liked the place so much everything you need for nice trip in Rome but there was some noise from the street but it went out after 12
This hotel is simply a treasure on the journey! Hidden on the hill, sitting on the beautiful scenery, like a quiet paradise isolated from the world. The room design is super distinctive, the rich European manor style cleverly integrates the simple and elegant Oriental elements, the all-wood furniture is simple and atmospheric, the hygiene is spotless, and the living is super comfortable!
The dining experience is also impeccable! In addition to exquisite ready-made pastries, breakfast can also be customized for exclusive meals, chefs make on-site, fresh and delicious; dinner can be booked in advance, the price is conscience, the price is full! The most surprising thing is that there is a group of cute cats in the yard, walking leisurely, and they will gather obediently to take out food. They are full of cuteness, and they are simply a paradise for cat lovers! I highly recommend self-driving friends to come here, and they will definitely reap an unforgettable and pleasant journey!
A very ”tired of life” hotel. In fact, this is the only hotel located in close proximity to Fiumicino airport ”Leonardo da Vinci”. For passengers who want to get a good night's sleep before an early flight, this is the only option. Also, airline employees, pilots and flight attendants stay at the hotel. There are a lot of people, but the hotel staff is unhurried - they talk to each other nicely, with smiles, when guests are waiting in line to check in. We could not find free Wi-Fi, even in the hotel lobby. Despite the fact that we paid more than 250 euros per night, they took a deposit of 75 euros from us. It seemed that the hotel was firmly stuck in the past. It urgently needs renovation and good management. The hotel has its advantages, too. The main one is its proximity to the airport (you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes, following the signs, directly from the arrivals area, without even going outside). They also offer a good breakfast with a large selection of food, both hot and cold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, we managed to get a good night's sleep between two long flights.

It's 5 minutes from Terumini Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you'll have to walk 15 minutes on a bumpy tiled road. Look for the exit at Via MARSALA. Also, the hotel that appears as Hotel Marisa on Google Maps and iPhone Maps is a completely different hotel on the other side of the station. I recommend typing in the address. (By the way, the correct hotel appears as ”Marisa” on iPhone Maps).
As I've written, the location, service, and cleanliness of the room were all very good. It faces the road and is not soundproof, so the horns and car sounds are quite loud at night, but I can sleep anywhere, so it wasn't a problem for me. Above all, Giorgio at the breakfast venue was very kind and I was able to have a very enjoyable breakfast. I would like to stay at this hotel again just to meet Giorgio lol
When I come to Rome again, I will stay here.
Overall very good, except your can hear noise from the room upstairs, and expect the breakfast waiter who showed disliking for our requests for a second cup of chocolate. He said “mama mia “ when we asked for one more cup of chocolate, and the cup of chocolate he brought to us was not as good taste as the first one, it was cold and taste like water.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the staff is excellent from the reception to the restaurant to the waiters, all kind and helpful. The services offered by the structure are of quality, breakfast in first place varied and abundant. The only flaw that I found in this trip was the fact that the room had problems in the evening when I arrived there was a structural problem that could happen to anyone that it was not possible to resolve it at the time because we had arrived at too late an hour and the fact that it was not possible to resolve it immediately made our stay of the first night not too comfortable. The next morning after evaluating that the problem could not be resolved promptly they changed our room to one equal to the one we had booked and the stay as always went very well. The only thing I would have expected was a refund even if only partial for the major inconvenience suffered but this was not done, it is true that on our part it was not requested, but it seemed right to me that it was done without asking. Therefore 10+ to the staff indeed if it were possible I would give 11 a little less to the management.
GGuest UserOverall, it's quite good. There is a shared kitchen and the shower and accommodation environment are both excellent. However, the order states that breakfast costs 5.9 euros, but I was actually charged 8.9 euros.
GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.
EEmana cozy and budget-friendly accommodation option. This bungalow seems to cater to travelers looking for simplicity and affordability. With basic amenities like two single beds, an electric heater, and essential supplies like blankets and toilet roll no towels, it provides a practical place to stay. The shared shower and bathroom might require some upkeep, but the staff's friendliness and willingness to help can make the experience more pleasant.
The navetta service £1 to the train station is a convenient feature, especially for those on a budget. The mention of needing a phone torch at night highlights the rustic charm of the location, while the 18-minute walk from the bus station adds a bit of adventure. Overall, it seems like a great option for humble travellers looking to save money and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style. You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰
GGuest UserI give 5 stars just for the perfect location!!! Train station is far but everywhere is walkable from this hotel! Buses are close by! I was with my folks for 4 days and we literally walked everywhere!! We took bus only once from Travestere to Borghese Garden as they were literally in opposite directions! Rooms are a but outdated and in need of refurbishment! The breakfast was alright, was buffet with both hot and cold options and also some pastries and bakery! The staff were nice and helpful except the receptionist guy R who did not seem too enthusiastic to even talk to the guests! Overall okay-ish experience! I would recommend staying a bit further from Pantheon to avoid soending too much on hotel just for the location! Because you could save a fortune by using local buses and still not losing time! Because the main attractions are pretty much close to one another! Just plan ahead and try to get organised! If you go to Vatican try to start your day early to make the most out of your time and do your research too! Also right at the entrance of the hotel, there are lots of nice restaurants I also did people watching from my hotel window! Was lovely and the next day went to eat there! A bit noisy because of its location! People were drinking and chatting u til late! Just had to close the window and use my earplugs which helped!
GGuest UserThe location was great, pretty central was able to walk around to get to many areas for shopping and touring.
The bus stops were close by metros are a little bit more of a walk lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, all close by around the corner close to ruins.
The apartment hotel was clean.
Staff check-in was friendly.
The room was very clean.
The towels and soap provided was good.
The room was cleaned daily. I had no issues with leaving my items out or anything. Nothing was touched.
The room is always fixed up for me when I got back at the end of the day.
There was an area for breakfast with small Items available to eat. It’s not meant for a big meal just a quick on the go kind of idea.
There was lots of water in the fridge to take at any time the lock doors to get into that area you can access at any time you had keys for the main door the door to the breakfast area And your apartment room key were all together.
It is an old building. The elevator lift is very old so don’t put too much weight in it when you use it. There are five floors, but the building was very clean, very well kept. The area around outside was very clean.
We had no issues.
GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.
