brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful
asked three questions.
a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help.
b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help.
c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help.
basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter.
behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

The first hotel on my first trip in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot to choose from. The room is clean. The reception staff is very nice. The bed is soft.

Rooms: Rooms were good. However few observations - floor wasn't completely mopped. We happened to use tissue on floor to wipe off something and the tissue was quiet dirty. Ac won't give complete cooling to the room in day time but at night it's fine as the temperature drops down.
We had booked a room with indyoor pool which wasn't dat clean it had a layer of dirt. The pool should hv indoor heating accessibility. We had to call reception to change the temp of pool. The shower in bathroom had less water force.
Nearby activities: They got common small pool
Safety: Construction (addition of new rooms) is gng so inside of the property could be risky book room which is near resturant/ reception area
Food and drinks: Good service could be bit fast. The staff is really friendly.
Restaurant can be upgraded.
The staff was kind enough to cook seperate meal for my baby as per my instructions
Noteworthy details: Friendly staff I think the property is short of staff

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The interior decoration is relatively new, the internet speed is fast, the work is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, and the cappuccino is especially good! The service attitude is also very good! It's close to the road outside, so it's a bit noisy!

GGuest UserAll the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.

OOtis00Most excellent. You will probably book this for the proximity to the airport rather than the area, and it is likely the best at this price point and probably better than more expensive options. Surprisingly quiet for the location. I am a very light sleeper and cannot sleep with any noise but had no problem getting a good night's sleep there. Great AC , good mattress, excellent toilet with wet room style shower.
Amazingly helpful staff, good drivers for airport transport. Highly recommended, already booked another stay for my flight out!

GGuest UserPlace is very very clean and well kept! nice options to keep for pure wedding photo shoot! very co-operative staff! nice gestures for all customers @ evening tea and snacks near river bank little less variety of food but can be managed ! carry your booze from wai it's self' other wise you will have to travel 18km back to purchase alcohol! overall perfect place with no fillers for major complaints! go with big groups of 20-25 people. Raindance and all arrangements are good !

GGuest Useroverall experience is good. found it safe place. area is excellent - posh area. cleanliness is average - bedsheet in dormitory they don't change daily they change once in a 3 days, blanket was not washed. but compared to the price overall it is a good experience.
My wallet was lost in a room but when I complained at reception very casual attitude of reception staff mentioning ”female room me CCTV nai hota kuch nai ho sakta.” ultimately I could found my wallet.

GGuest UserProperty location was a lil bit inside. It was a very beautiful and well maintained property. View was really nice. Restaurant was a bit let down. Taste is not good and many of the food items were not available in the menu.
