This hotel is conveniently located to the airport and you can find restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room and bathroom are small but clean. The mattress is too soft and uncomfortable to sleep. I hope the management can look into this.

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

Great location! Somewhat affordable price. Reception staff were somewhat rude, not every welcoming - you would need to make yourself known to them as you approach the reception area - even if there were many reception staff. Arrived - and straight away they were upselling their rooms, quite embarrassing when you paid so much money for your room and it was not ready during checkin time and they said you can either pay for a room upgrade to get your room or wait for an hour. As a well known hotel brand and a member of the Accor group - worst customer experience I have experienced upon checkin. However overall stay was good.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

The room was Spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. AC, TV and Wi-Fi working with respective remote provided. Breakfast was Good (2 Mix Parathas + curd +Tea) . The people at the reception were helpful with smooth Check-in and checkout, also helping with local sight seeing. The location is great- very near to IGI Airport. I would recommend to friends

Room was big and clean. Bed and pillows nice. Staff was so nice and helpful. I needed the Rooms just to Freshen up after the Flight before attending meeting. Room was big and clean. Bed and pillows nice. Staff was so nice and helpful for arranging all before my arrival, also helped me with local information and travel. Special mention to hotel management for creating Night Stay Room with Discounted Price. Recommended

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed.
Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered.
We would stay again!

GGuest UserThe room was large, extremely comfortable and filled with all the amenities one might expect from an elegant 3 star in delhi. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast lovely especially early in the morning when very few people were there. Good for business travelers looking for a comfortable night or two.

GGuest Userthe hotel location is pathetic, they don't have any good condition rooms, I had to change 3 rooms n then settle in 4th one on top of that they charged me for early check in and played around with all these poor services for 2 hrs. the only saving grace there was an attendance Nazia who got me a good room and took care of other things. they did not even provide drinking water for guests which is like basic normal courtesy. i will never recommend the hotel to anyone, Nazia if you are reading this find a good place to work you will go miles girl

I have never tried a hostel while travelling before and was a little concerned about what the hygiene would look like when sharing my space with 3 other people, but the room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and someone would pay a visit every few hours to ensure the dormitory and the washrooms were clean. The people running the place were great to talk to. I am a frequent traveller to Delhi and this place without a doubt will be my first choice from now on. I highly recommend this hostel for your next travel adventure.

GGuest UserThe furniture in the room is old and maintained. The shower booth drain was blocked and the water did not fall at all. Breakfast is 500 rs per person, but the price is not good. Other than that, it is a good hotel to stay. The owner was friendly and the Gyeongbya always smiled and greeted me.
