Pet Friendly Hotels in Delhi, India

Clean, comfortable and well located in Aerocity. Of course it’s not as fancy as the more expensive options in aerocity, but the service was friendly, room was clean and acceptable, and breakfast was delicious with lots of good (and some healthy) options.

Service was stellar. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. Our checkin staff recommended we visit Dilli Haat as we only had 1 day in Delhi and it was a perfect recommendation. They also provided us with a very generous take away breakfast for our early morning departure. Everything in the room was immaculate.

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.

I had a terrible experience at the front desk at few different times.   1. My friend was visiting me at the hotel for about 15 minutes and they got us back out of the elevator to the front desk just so they can see or register her ID only for 15 minutes.  2. They were asking that they’re going to charge me more just because my friend was visiting me after 10 PM only for 15 minutes they were trying to charge.  3. I stood at the lobby at the front desk for 18 minutes just so I can check out they were so busy doing other things.  So I just left my keys and I just took off because I had to catch a flight   I probably won’t be going back to Novotel  anymore

Just an amazing experience. Especially the staff, who took great care of my family, just showcasing exceptional hospitality. They had a warm welcoming environment and I enjoyed my stay with all its amenities specially the view from the room and the Pool. They performed way beyond my expectations.

The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

The room was Spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. AC, TV and Wi-Fi working with respective remote provided. Breakfast was Good (2 Mix Parathas + curd +Tea) . The people at the reception were helpful with smooth Check-in and checkout, also helping with local sight seeing. The location is great- very near to IGI Airport. I would recommend to friends

The overall feeling is average. I originally booked the park hotel in the city center, but recently the Indian home is not peaceful, so I chose the five-star hotel closest to my friend's house, which is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport. The hotel equipment is relatively outdated, the service is not very strong, toothbrushes are not standard, and you can ask the front desk if you need it. The picture is the large lawn of the hotel. There was a wedding of a wealthy family that night, which was still very shocking.

A very comfortable Room... for a solo traveller... hot water available... washroom was clean... location is very close 1km from new delhi Railway and metro station. many food options are available outside hotel on main road. only disadvantage was you have to buy drinking water bottle. they don't serve regular water they charge extra for that. otherise quite a comfortable stay.
