The level 1 common toilet had pee smell, pretty nasty.. the noise at night is very noisy and when people run across the hallway at night, can be heard clearly. Not very noise proof. but other than that, its a good location, Nyhavn & the shopping street is very nearby! Would recommend to stay here!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen. The staff were friendly and provided free water and some board games, which was a nice touch. The room was decent, though the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure could be better. It had heating but no AC, which was fine with the nice weather. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the pastries, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone visiting the city.

Very nice experience staying here. Only takes about 20 mins from the airport with Metro and train. Also within 30 mins Metro to the city center.

It is quite close to the airport, so if it is a late arrival schedule, it is recommended to stay here. And the rental car center shuttle bus station is also nearby, so it is very convenient.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We booked a meal at Sticks and sushi on the rooftop and had a beautiful meal for my hubby's birthday. In the room the toiletries in particular were very good quality and had a lovely perfume. The lifts were fast and efficient. There was always a cab in the forecourt if we needed one. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside every 25 mins if you have a Copenhagen Card. It is only a 15 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and the Central Station. The waterfront is only ＜5mins walk. There is a large out of town shopping centre about 10mins walk away.

Objectively speaking, for this price point, the hotel's overall condition is quite good. While the buffet wasn't my favorite, I couldn't find anything better in the area. As for roommates, that's purely down to personal luck and other factors and shouldn't be used as a basis for evaluation.

Overall is satisfied. The bed and pillow is comfortable, the room space is enough for us, the buffet breakfast is fantastic with so many choices and the food is tasty as well! Meanwhile, the location is prefect and convenient! A supermarket just downstairs for buying daily necessities and foods. Also, with some restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing which have to improve is the washroom, the small piece of glass is not big enough to prevent the water splitting out when taking bath inside the bathing tub. It is unavoidable making the floor wet.

We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel doors. Reception was extra flexible this time.

The hotel is right opposite the station, which is very convenient. The staff at the counter are professional and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.
