One of the best thing about Chang Ping Inn is the staffs. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and helpful. They explained the while things to is; where to go and what to do around here. The staffs even assisted us to book a cab to Zhuangxiaogou and even drove us to the bus terminal to take us back to Chengdu. The room was fine, hot water was working well as well as floor heating system. I personally recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a heartwarming environment :)

Hotel location is near to Jiuzhai scenic area, convenient as hotel provides transport service between hotel to nearby location. If taking railway followed by bus services, bus services only stop at other hotels hence from bus final stop will have to walk a little else cab to hotel. Breakfast is ok, provides fruits & nice coffee. Only issue is the water pressure and hot water system for shower, will have to wait for long and water stops or turned cold at times,else all great. Service staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel was located in a very convenient location near taikoo lane and chunxi road. Room was clean and spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Service staff was also helpful and attentive.

The owner welcomed us with pleasure and he also upgraded our room. This inn made us feel cozy and comfortable like we were at home. They also provided the meal. (Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. The communication was so smooth although we used translate app. The location is also good because there is a cafe nearby.

Perfect place to stay at Bipenggou. 5 minutes walk to Bipenggou gate, ypu can leave your luggage at the hotel, very convenience. Plenty of restaurants surrounded. The room is spacious and clean. Service is super, all 3 reception are very professional. They coordinate The young lady even assist us to book bus tickets pick up from the hotel to Dujiangyan, and all of them kept checking with the driver after 3 hours late until the arrived. What a pleasant stay.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

First is the location, we took the bus from Huanglongjiuzhai station and dropped off at Pengfeng station, and the hotel is in opposite side so that we only need to cross the road. It is also not far from the scenic area, only about 10min of walking (we chose to walk because of the traffic jam near the entrance of the scenic area). There are a lot of restaurants and store nearby and on the other sides of the river. About the room, although it is a bit small but very smart and modern. The smart toilet with headed seat is a plus. The hotel is very clean and it has free laundry service and free milk tea. Not to mention the great attitude service of the front desk. They are very supportive and answer all my requests. We forgot the trolley on the bus and they even helped to call the driver to bring it back. Overall, 5/5 rating. Thank you very much.

Cross the road and walk 200 meters to the right. Enter the gate, and the hotel is in the third building on the left. - I would like to give 5 stars for the service and information guidance: the staff were always helpful, quick, and provided complete information. The prices were always cheaper than if I had bought them myself.

From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

There is a heater on the floor, warm blanket, no elevator. When checking in, the staff helped carry the bags. There is a cat in the accommodation. We arrived at the hotel late at night. At first, we couldn't find the hotel because the pin was in a different building. So we asked a Chinese person who happened to be walking by. He was very helpful. He took us to check in. He was cute. In the morning, we woke up and went down to check out. We were waiting for the car in front of the hotel. We met someone from last night and she greeted us in a very friendly manner. The people are really cute.

Fair price, good location, good view, warm enough to take bath at 1-3 degree. The location is like 5 mins walk to Changping Valley (Shuangqiao Valley is on the other side, which is 8km away). Not many restaurant to eat in walking radius but the hotel serve food as well, not bad. Menu in Chinese. Owner speak a bit English, not gonna be easy conversation if it is too complex. Room is in good condition, modern bathroom with auto toilet and bathroom come with heating, clothes drying, light, air, etc. Floor heating is warm. Acceptable cleanliness. Breakfast come with the room for me and the noodle was good.

This hotel made my trip to Siguniangshan extremely comfortable. I was so impressed! The owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. When I first arrived, I was confused and unsure of where to go, but after calling the hotel, they immediately came to pick me up and were incredibly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, with a Luckin Coffee shop right next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was very clean, with no trace of cigarette smell or any unpleasant odors. Snacks were provided, and the heating system was exceptional. Even though it was -10°C outside, the room remained warm and cozy at all times. On top of that, the hotel also offered a shuttle service in the morning to take me to the viewing point at Shuangqiao Valley, making my trip so much easier and more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to international travelers!

There are more and more hotels in Siguniang Town. From the roadside to the streamside, it is like a mountain city. Shilishanhe is on the steps closest to the streamside. Because houses are still being built around it, the roadside cars passing by will raise dust. There are several hotels in Shilishanhe, but the entrance and management of each one are independent. The hotel is by the stream. The view outside the window of the big bed room is very beautiful, but the sound of the stream is a bit loud because of this. When the window is closed, the sound is not loud, just a bit like the sound of the air conditioner. I can accept it as a light sleeper. The boss is serious about the business. The bathroom is all TOTO. The bedding is said to be specially selected by her husband. All bath towels are disposable. It is generally clean and simple in design (it feels that there is not enough space when there are many things). It feels good to watch videos on the projection. It is very comfortable to rest at night.

Walk to the entrance of Changpinggou not far, there are convenience stores and noodle shops near the hotel, and you can walk around the hotel, there are many restaurants. If you want to go to Shuangqiaogou, it is not difficult to find a taxi, hail it in front of the hotel. The room is very convenient, there is an oxygen machine on standby, but we did not use it. The hotel staff is very helpful, always reply to WeChat, ask the hotel to help find a car back to Chengdu, they are very helpful. The room has a floor heating system and a heating system for the bed.

In this hotel, the service is warm and thoughtful. The food in the restaurant is memorable. The hygiene is very good. The facilities are complete and comfortable. The exclusive free parking lot is convenient for self-driving trips like me. Afternoon tea has small cakes, special butter tea, and fresh fruits. The ******* clothing experience is unique, and there are many styles to choose from, which is prone to choice difficulties. The mahjong machine and charging piles are charged for use, which is very reasonable. The private bath room I booked is the highlight. The room is very large, the private bath is very comfortable, and the scenery is also very good. In short, very satisfied!

The original room given was terrible! First the key card didn’t open the room door - had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

Hotel located just a short walking distance to the entrance of the scenic area. It was also easy to find at night when our shuttle dropped us off. The room was comfortable and we really appreciate the electric blanket during the cold weather. The breakfast was okay, but could have been warmed. The restaurant was also unheated. There were other restaurants to choose from nearby. 

It is very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, about 12 minutes' walk away. It has a strong Japanese style. The B&B is newly opened, with brand new and clean decoration. The air-conditioner in the room is very warm, and disposable toilet covers and disposable towels are also provided. The back garden is very beautiful at night. There is a supermarket in front of the B&B that has everything for meals, which is super convenient. The breakfast shop is open at 6 o'clock, so you don't have to worry about being hungry. The boss is very warm and friendly. If you want to watch ******* or Eternal Love performances, you can ask the boss to book tickets, which is cheaper than buying them yourself, and the seat is also C position.

Hygiene: The surface is okay, but there are red marks on the towels. I don't know if they are blood or something. . Facilities: The water flow in the shower is too small, and the drainage outlet is not smooth. Environment: The sound insulation is very poor, the sounds in the corridor can be heard clearly Service: The boss is nice. He helps with luggage and delivers it to Mizoguchi in the morning. Forgot to take pictures There are many shortcomings mentioned, but I guess they are similar to those in the same price range. Overall, there is no problem for a one-night stay.

Malaysian, Visited on 17 till 19th NOV 24, total 3 days 2 night. 1) For young travelers looking for a homestay experience that feels less commercial but is friendly and unique, you can book this hotel, and you won't regret it! 2) As this is animal friendly homestay, my initial concerns about hygiene and cleanliness were eliminated immediately upon entering the lobby. There were no strange odors indoors or in the surrounding hotel areas, which was a pleasant surprise! 3) As the hotel is located behind a restaurant and the pathway to the entrance is a ramp. You can inform the hotel about your arrival time through WeChat, and they will come out to help with your luggage when you arrived. Good service and friendly indeed! 4) Honorable mention for their services and facilities: a) They were happy to change/upgrade my room when I told them I booked the wrong type. (Only when there are other rooms available) b) Other than floor heating, their toilet seat has a heating function too. c) They can reserve the afternoon teatime set until you return back to hotel but must notify them one day in advance. d) There is washing & drying machine available! Free to use for hotel guest! These overall experiences were too good that it truly worth my time to give long review with photos. Keep up the good work!
