Pet Friendly Hotels in Sichuan, China

The hotel is absolutely superb! This visit was with my children. Nestled within the historic Qintai Ancient Path, its traditional Chinese decor seamlessly blends with the prime location. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I've visited Chengdu countless times, but this was my first stay at Wanjun Tower, and it absolutely exceeded all my expectations! I highly recommend experiencing it! Interestingly, the hotel attracts many foreign visitors (😉). I won't say too much, as I don't want to spoil all the mystery! Do come and experience it for yourselves when you get the chance! Oh, and a quick note: the hotel's Sichuan cuisine is incredibly authentic and will surely satisfy most palates. The pricing is quite reasonable too, far superior to those overpriced, influencer-hyped establishments outside. That's all I'll say for now, as there are actually many more highlights. Regrettably, I didn't have time to experience all of the hotel's services, so you'll just have to discover them for yourselves! We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.

Me and my friend staied in this hotel two times . Every time everything was perfect. For us it is the best hotell in China. Stuff menbers are very helpfull with every issues we has. Delicious food in the restaurent, spacefull swimming pool, and nice sauna. Perfection!!!＜3 we hope to stay here again in the future.

Great service with excellent location - walking distance to Kuanzhai alley, as well as under 5 minutes to the metro/subway line which was a huge plus, the line will take you to other main shopping/walking areas and the people's park (also walkable, about 25 minutes). The hotel was unique with ******* style, and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for our needs, overall a good value. Quaint and enjoyable stay. Rooms were adequate for the price and daily housekeeping is offered.

Originally, I found a place to open black with friends temporarily. I didn't expect the environment and facilities of this e-sports hotel to directly exceed expectations. After staying, I decisively joined the collection. I will open black here in the future! The environment is clean and surprising, and there is no clutter in the traditional e-sports space. The room was spotless, the desktop and keyboard gaps could not see half a little dust, and the headset also had a refreshing feeling after disinfection, so I felt particularly relieved to use it. The ventilation is superb, there is no stuffy smell of heat dissipation, even the bedding is neatly laid, lying down is full of soft feeling of sunlight, and you can sleep in seconds when you are tired. The overall color is low-saturated technology wind, the lights are not dazzling, the atmosphere is full when it is dark, and it is very warm when resting.

After much deliberation on which hotel to choose, I finally settled on this one, and it absolutely did not disappoint! The room was more spacious than I expected; I could spread out my luggage without feeling cramped. The furniture looked very new, with no signs of wear and tear. The bed was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too hard. Even with my back issues, I slept soundly through the night without any discomfort. The air conditioning cooled the room quickly and was incredibly quiet. When I left in the morning, I encountered the cleaning staff who proactively asked if I needed my room tidied. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient; it's just a five-minute walk to the shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly hassle-free. It offers superb value for money, and I've already recommended it to my colleagues!

Whenever I travel to a city, if there's an Ascott property (Ascott, Somerset, or Citadines), it's always my first choice; they consistently feel like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine – perfect if you prefer to cook a simple meal or order takeout instead of dining out. Having a washing machine also significantly adds to the comfort of the trip. Both housekeeping and the front desk staff are incredibly responsive and provide excellent service. During my four-day stay, the breakfast spread was impressive. Beyond the usual staples like bread, salads, and fruits, the hot dishes rarely repeated, offering something fresh and new each morning. We were also fortunate enough to experience a Southeast Asian Food Festival during our visit, which meant delicious Southeast Asian-inspired dishes and desserts were available every day. Ascott properties are typically co-located with shopping malls, and this one in Chengdu, part of Raffles City, is no exception. It's incredibly convenient with a Hema Fresh supermarket located in the basement, making it easy to pick up fruits, drinks, and other daily necessities. With direct access to the subway station right outside, transportation is incredibly convenient. Additionally, Yulin Road, just a block away, is fantastic for its food scene and a pleasant area to explore. And I highly recommend 'San Que Yi' restaurant located behind the hotel – their food is absolutely delicious and it's a must-visit for me every time I'm in town!

I booked a standard room on the 11th floor for three nights. **The Good:** The bellhops were excellent, very attentive and quick to anticipate needs. The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in a pleasant experience with some engaging small talk. The hotel staff I contacted via WeChat beforehand responded instantly and provided timely assistance. Room cleaning was meticulous and prompt; I drink a lot of coffee, and they always replenished it without delay. The overall facilities felt new, and breakfast was superb. The gym was absolutely fantastic! The Smith machine was incredibly smooth, and there were three bench press stations. Towels and bottled water were provided on each machine. I did fasted strength training every morning, and almost every time I visited, I saw cleaning staff wiping down the equipment. They even had Pilates equipment. My workouts were high-quality every day. The location was very convenient, with direct access to a shopping mall from B1. I was there purely to enjoy the hotel, and dining and shopping were incredibly easy. **The Not-So-Good:** 1. For all three nights of our stay, we heard someone singing downstairs starting from the first evening. After raising this with the hotel, we found out it was a street performer with a large speaker, who only stopped around 10:30 PM. After my initial feedback, I expressed hope that this wouldn't happen again the next day. The hotel even sent a fruit platter as an apology. However, the singing started again promptly at 8 PM the following day. That evening, the hotel offered us a room change, but it was quite late, and we were genuinely tired, so we just put up with it. I understand that the hotel can't control what people do outside on the street, and they are somewhat helpless in this situation. However, as a guest paying over 1,000 RMB per night, having to endure this unavoidable noise was truly frustrating. 2. On our last night, my mom was bitten by bed bugs. She killed the bug and showed it to the staff. I also believe that ”sh*t happens” and it's a low-probability, unavoidable incident. But it's genuinely something that shouldn't occur at a hotel of W's caliber. The hotel staff addressed it immediately, and in the end, they gave us two panda plush toys (which just made us laugh). **In summary:** I really liked this hotel overall, and it's truly a pity about these issues.

This is considered the best folk custom in Wufengxi. It shares the same shareholders as another place called ”Sanzhan,” and its positioning is quite similar. The location is great, right next to Guansheng Temple. Normally, you can park in the Guansheng Temple parking lot and walk a short distance to the temple. However, the parking lot has been converted into an amusement park in recent months, so you can only park at the visitor center, and the hotel will pick you up with an electric cart. The rooms are decent, and the service is excellent. The outdoor hot spring is quite charming. The hotel has a Hanfu room with free rental, and three sets of Hanfu are placed in the room, so you can wear them while taking photos in the ancient town. There are also activities like handmade soap making. The B&B itself has no flaws, but it's not ideal for summer. The temperature is as high as in Chengdu, and because the flood relief creek is at its lowest point, there are fewer tourists on weekdays, and many shops close early, making the atmosphere of a nighttime ancient town tour impossible. I think spring and autumn would be more comfortable.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel during my recent trip to Chengdu! The moment I stepped into the room, I was immediately impressed by how spotlessly clean it was. The bed was meticulously made, without a single wrinkle or stain. Even the bathroom faucet and mirror sparkled like new, utterly spotless, with no water marks or grime. All the toiletries were perfectly arranged and complete. The service was equally impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Not only did they swiftly handle my check-in, but they also thoughtfully sent me local food and travel guides for Chengdu, offering detailed recommendations for nearby specialty dishes. Throughout my stay, whether I needed extra bottles of water or had any questions, the staff were always quick to respond and resolve things efficiently. During breakfast, the waitstaff proactively checked in, anticipating our needs. This level of attentive and thoughtful service really impressed me and is a huge plus. I'll definitely choose Dorlanda again on my next visit to Chengdu!
