We had a great time throughout our 2 nights stay! The accommodation is perfectly equipped and very pleasant, it almost feels at home. A huge thank you to the staff for their responsiveness and warm hospitality. Free shuttle service is provided from hotel to jiuzhaigou (around 10 mins journey) Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. The lobby itself was beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of our stay. My room was nothing short of amazing—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with every amenity we could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful touches like selection of premium toiletries. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh options. The gym was well-maintained and were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every interaction we had was marked by genuine warmth and a commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect. They went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations for local attractions and even arranged a last-minute transfer when we needed it. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

The staff is good. The room is as advertised. When I went, the weather was very cold. It was snowing. The heater in the room could be turned on but I still felt cold. But I got an electric bed to make it warmer. I slept comfortably. The hotel has an elevator, so I don't have to carry my luggage. The location is a little far from the shops. I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know what it was like.

Although the staffs cannot speak English, they have tried their best to support us. The hotel is closed to Bipenggou Ticket & Entrance. Everything is good and new. They served snacks in the evening.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

An excellent hotel near Dagu glacier (达古冰川). It was the perfect place to rest our tired bodies after a day up the mountain peak. The hotel was clean and very spacious. The room also came with an impressively large bathtub which we did not use. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountain in the morning. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into the design of the room. Room price was also very reasonable. My only suggestion to the management is to include a few bottles of drinking water in the room.

The scenic spot is not congested at all during the off-season. My friend and I did not drive to ask the hotel owner because there are fewer guests in the off-season. They can also take us to the scenic spot. Their yak beef soup pot is delicious. The dipping sauce is ready. The attitude of the hotel waiter is also very good! Great! It snowed when I came these few days. The snow scene is very beautiful when I opened the curtains.

Everything else is good, but the hot water problem is serious. My friend and I stayed in two rooms for two consecutive days and both had this problem. There was basically no cold water, and the hot water was very hot (it felt about 70 degrees). P.S.: There was only a little cold water in the cold water pipe, and then it was very hot water. There was no warm water that could suit the water temperature of people. I hope the store can solve this pain point

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

The hotel is good. The location is only about 1 km walking to the national park and there are many shops and local foods nearby. The amenities are standard. The room I stayed in is big, the bed is so comfy and has good air-conditioning. The staff are also nice. The only comment will be the shower which is so unsteady but I can manage. Considering the price, location and cleanliness I will still give 5 stars. ^_^~

Location is great. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, and they open till late. Room itself is basic but no complaints there. Beds were very comfortable, shower has good pressure and hot water. The staff were really kind, and offered to send us to our bus pickup point.

The location is good. By the river, 5 minutes to the bus station and only 20 minutes walking from the park entrance and the staff is helpful, even though they can't speak English. My only complaint is about cleanliness. The bathrooms are the last thing to be cleaned, so you don't have a clean bathroom until late morning and they get pretty dirty during the day. I suggest to change the order and clean the bathroom before cleaning the rooms.

This stay was very good. The homestay is very new and beautifully decorated, especially the smart appliances, which are very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic and the waiter is very considerate. He also sent snacks in the evening! It is also very close to the scenic spot, and it is worth recommending [strong] [strong] [strong]

Jiuzhaigou is very beautiful. The boss is very enthusiastic. We were going to book a reservation the day before, but it snowed heavily in Songpan County and we couldn't arrive. The boss was very straightforward and canceled it for us. We arrived at the hotel as scheduled the next day. The hotel is great, with electric blankets, so we won't feel cold when sleeping at night. There are many foods opposite the hotel, and it is only 700 meters away from the scenic spot, which is very close.

This is a little gem in Jiuzhaigou area. Right smack in front of the romance show, lots of options to eat nearby. Room was comfy and warm. Cute little animals to play with in the Minsu. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I ever visit Jiuzhaigou!

The hotel/motel is conveniently located in Pengfeng Village - a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley Entrance. Lots of food around the hotel. The room has everything you need for the night. The boss is friendly and helpful. If you need a ride from the bus station, you can contact him. The hotel also can help with transportation and day-trip to Huanglung.

The hotel lobby smell bit stingy with strong cigarette smell, adding some room spray/perfume would make the first impression a lot better. The location is perfect as it is very close to the East railway station perfect for those who has train to catch. I made stupid mistake by booking a room without realising it’s a smoking-allowed room, so i had to endured the cigarette smell the whole night.

I must give a big thumbs up to the hotel! I came out this time because I was traveling in Yunnan and then transited in Chengdu on the way back to Beijing. In fact, the purpose was to save money. The hotel's guest rooms are relatively new and the air conditioning is good. The service is really good! Free airport pick-up and drop-off. The big brother who picked up the airport was very good and the location guidance was very detailed! There was a small episode. I left my iPad in the guest room in a hurry on the flight back to Beijing the next morning. I didn't find it until I passed the airport security check. I quickly called the hotel. The sister who answered the phone arranged for the room to be checked and immediately asked the driver who picked up the airport to deliver it to me. I am really grateful for the help of the hotel!

Previously stayed here and found it good close to airport and for free airport shuttle and was  clean ,great hot shower and lovely staff This  time very short layover only had from 0120-0445 therefore little interaction with staff . Rooms remain clean and great showers

The location is excellent, just upstairs in Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and there are so many delicious foods downstairs. It was a rainy day when I arrived. The little brother called me kindly and told me how to get there clearly. He probably heard that I was tired from the journey and said he would pick me up downstairs. I was touched. I dragged a big box, and he took over to help me pull the box as soon as he met me. It was so warm. The hotel is not only exquisite, but also has considerate and careful designs everywhere. It feels like home. Next time I bring my children and family together, I will definitely stay here again. Environment: Severe cleanliness means it is very clean, and there are disposable toilet mats, slippers disinfection, and high-demand services everywhere Facilities: It can be seen that the owner of the business is a caring person in life. Not only did the refrigerator enter the cabinet to surprise me, but there is also an oven (clean and tidy) and a kettle that is very petty, and several umbrellas☂️ are spare Service: The little brother not only treats people and makes people feel like home instantly, but also sends me warm reminders and suggestions for eating, drinking and playing around. They are all so thoughtful.

The ******* female boss is young, beautiful, and hospitable. She also helped me upgrade to the same floor as my friend for free. The hotel is located in Qintai, with unique decoration and a terrace for drinking tea. The location is quiet in the bustling city. There is a subway station next to it. It takes only ten minutes to walk to Kuanzhai Alley. There are many food options on the streets. It is a good choice for travel!

Great service. Offering free pick up and drop off service from airport. The staff and drivers are helpful. The container typed room is spacious and beautiful landscape.

The hotel I stayed in this time was really good. The room was small but clean. The bedding was a big plus, which made me sleep well all night. I was in a hurry to check out, and I found that my ID card had fallen when I arrived at the airport. I contacted the hotel and the front desk immediately asked someone to deliver it to me without saying a word. The trip was not delayed. The service is excellent. I will choose this hotel next time. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

This place is directly beside nanqiao and outside is also the street market. It is located in the ancient town making it super convenient to walk around. Although it is smoking permitted, we found no trace of cigarette smell in the room. Room is also controllable via voice which makes our trip fun. downside is that price is slightly high compared to other hotels in china. Breakfast is also average - we were quite upset when we ordered the noodle but it was taken away by another customer who ordered later...

This place met our basic needs for 5 people. The heater was powerful for the chilly nights. The in-suite washer made it convenient to do laundry. The staff were consistent with restocking the toilet paper and emptying the trash. The location was very convenient, close to the metro, People’s Park and many local restaurants. Unfortunately this place’s hygiene was rather poor. There were stains on the walls, the white sheets were yellowing and the bottoms of my slippers were black from filth on the floors. The living room also had a lingering cigarette smoke smell.
