The lady at the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free. There was a snow-capped mountain outside the room window, and the scenery was particularly beautiful. The guy was also very enthusiastic. He called in advance to remind us about dinner in the evening, took the initiative to help with the luggage, and the luggage was delivered to the room, and the floor heating was turned on in advance. The breakfast was also delicious. Today was Lantern Festival and the guy specially cooked glutinous rice balls for me in the morning, which was very thoughtful. The hotel location is 10 min away from huang long. They offer free pick up and drop off to Huang long. They also offer basic breakfast for free. We was having some challenge about our logistic back to song pan and they help us book a car with fare price about rmb150. We also have our lunch there which is delicious. We originally went to go to Huang long at 8am but they advise us that the cable car only open at 9am which is a very useful information cause on our way up we met so many ppl that went at 8am and have to wait one hour.

This is a very nice hotel located 2 min by car to the station. They offer free pick up services where when u catch a taxi from the station they will reimburse u the cost of the taxi ride. They offer a lot of toiletries including hand cream, hair tie. They also offer heat pack which comes in handy when it’s cold in e mei san. As we depart early, we couldn’t make it to breakfast. They offer to cook us noodles , dumpling and eggs. That was a miscommunication amount staff about the breakfast situation, but the chef make us breakfast in light speed and we are able to had breakfast before our departure. The services was so good that I will highlight recommend this place

It is a large-scale atmosphere with a shot~ 🚗 Self-driving friendliness MAX! There are charging piles in the parking lot, so there is no need to grab parking spaces like other homestays. The boss also took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and specially reminded us to check the car condition when we left the store, and the warm heart details scored full marks! 💁♀️ The service team must focus on praise! Every staff member is as kind as a friend. Because the stay was late, the boss not only helped parking, but also helped us upgrade the room type for free~ The attitude is also super good~ 🍳 Breakfast is a surprise to wake up the taste! Not a uniform buffet, but a casserole porridge cooked every day with four palaces, handmade buns and freshly ground soy milk, and small noodles are also delicious. I have made an appointment with my girlfriends in winter and come back for two brushes! The combination of snow view private soup + floor heating room + fireplace to make tea is heart-warming. It's a very nice hotel with very good service. The food in their restaurant is very good too! One thing though - my husband and I booked the room with the private bath, and it's great, but the screen is very see through. So if you turn on the lights at night, you'll be a public show! We just soaked in the dark...

It's a very ordinary express hotel room. The breakfast is not ideal. If you drive there by yourself, you must drive carefully. The last one or two hundred meters is really a test of driving skills. Also, the hotel is in the Jiaju ******* Village scenic area, and you need to buy a scenic spot ticket for 30 yuan per person for staying in the hotel. To be honest, it is not worth it. I have stayed in hotels in the corresponding scenic areas before, and they all have free admission. So for this room rate of more than 600 yuan (plus 60 yuan for 2 adults), the cost performance is extremely low The next day I wanted to visit the scenic area. I listened to the hotel staff and went to the No. 5 and No. 3 viewing platforms. What was too much was that after parking at the No. 5 viewing platform, an old lady came out to collect 5 yuan for parking. We asked for a receipt and said there was no receipt. In the end, she actually said it was a tip for her. If I didn't give it, she would hold on to the car and wouldn't let me go. In the end, I gave her 5 yuan and she banged on the car window and muttered something incomprehensible. She was probably cursing. It was really the first time I saw it. I was really disappointed with Jiaju ******* Village.

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.
