GGuest UserThis is my second time staying in Erdaobaihe Town. Last time, I stayed at the more secluded Jingya Villa, but this time I'm in town, and the styles are quite different. Right across the street is the riverside green belt of Erdaobaihe, which is perfect for walking the dog. A short walk south leads to the Chinese Merganser Park, which is a bit busier, but thankfully, people there, whether old or young, aren't afraid of dogs. The guesthouse is located in an older residential area, and the only downside is that parking can be a bit challenging. However, for both days I was there, the owner and housekeeper went out of their way to find me the closest parking spot, making it convenient for me to get my luggage. When the owner's family saw we had a dog, they proactively invited us to let our dogs play together. Unfortunately, my super introverted dog gets very nervous and wary around all dogs, big or small. Plus, there was a hilarious mix-up when we first checked in, and my dog ran into the owner's room, leading to a little doggie squabble, haha!🤣 The housekeeper's service was also very attentive and responsive. They were always available via WeChat. The room felt very homey. On this trip, from Shanghai to Inner Mongolia, to Mohe, and then to Changbai Mountain, this was the most relaxing stay. It's the combination of the layout, cleanliness, and facilities that gives you this feeling. Dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, so I spent a day playing with my dog in the room and around the guesthouse, and it truly felt like being at home – relaxing and enjoyable. There are plenty of food options around the guesthouse, making it very convenient for both takeout and dining in. The summer weather in Changbai Mountain is truly delightful; the temperature is very comfortable, and it's not even too hot in the sun. On the day my family went up to Tianchi, they were incredibly lucky to have clear skies and see the lake. My fondness for Changbai Mountain continues to grow, and I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

MM492646****This guesthouse is conveniently located right at the end of the Daquan River rafting experience, making it super easy to head back after your adventure. The staff is really helpful and will arrange taxis for you if you want to go out for food or other activities. They even organize carpools for longer trips to places like Yanji or Xue Ling. The owner is a great person! Our room was very clean and tidy, and we had a really comfortable stay. You can even step right outside and play in the snow, offering a truly immersive experience.

MManish HKThis hotel have spacious service apartments, rooms are big, clean, hotel staff is always helpful. 10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station. Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long. As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast. For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all. 这家酒店有宽敞的服务式公寓，房间很大，很干净，酒店工作人员很乐于助人。 距离长白山火车站 10 分钟车程。 我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。 作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。 住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

OOuchaiI called the owner from the high-speed rail station, and they immediately arranged for a driver to pick me up. The journey was thoughtful and warm. Arriving at the guesthouse, I was instantly charmed – the small courtyard was covered in thick snow, and there was a plump snowman by the door. Every photo I took captured the perfect winter vibe! It's also very convenient to get around from here. The owner was incredibly enthusiastic. As soon as we put down our luggage, they brought us frozen pears, which were icy, sweet, and super refreshing. The driver who picked us up was an absolute gem; not only did he recommend fun local spots along the way, but he also suggested a fantastic and affordable restaurant. Six of us girls ate until we were stuffed, and it was less than 50 RMB per person! (It's definitely enough for those with smaller appetites, but guys might need to order a couple more dishes~) My biggest regret is not asking Master Wei to teach us how to ski! He offered, but we ended up going to the ski resort ourselves and 'fell into a trap' (made mistakes). I should have listened to him. In the evening, we even lit sparklers in the courtyard. For those of us from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, who are used to firework bans, this kind of joy is truly rare! From start to finish, everyone at the guesthouse was wonderful – warm and welcoming without being intrusive. This winter trip was doubly enjoyable because of this guesthouse, and I've already recommended it to other classmates! MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

SsydghazThe room was super nice!! Very clean We stayed there for two days. The tableware and supplies were very complete. The living room and master bedroom were equipped with air conditioners There were karaoke and billiard mahjong. We brought two children (not playing with mobile phones but playing other things was not boring) There were iron pots and barbecue stoves. The table in the yard was also super big. We had three or four meals and the atmosphere was super good The boss lady was very enthusiastic and tried to provide everything she could. She also gave me a souvenir mobile phone chain (made by myself) In short! It's worth it. The whole family was busy, chattering, playing, singing and eating together (After this experience, I decided to change to a house with a yard)

GGuest UserClean. Basic facilities. The single room is indeed as shown in the ad picture, with a low sloping ceiling (be careful of your head). The heating in the room is good winter. The mattress is a little too thin though. The supermarket behind the hostel has a variety of fresh fruits. There are many eateries within walking distance. Most of the supposedly scenic spots (wetland/ park etc) are all covered with ice during my visit.

GGuest UserThis place is a MUST VISIT, we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The homestay is a lovely setup, the concept is very innovative. The appliances and room accessories are technologically advanced. They offer transportation too, upon our arrival we were picked up from the train station then smooth check in with very friendly staff. The homestay offers breakfast, they deliver it from 8-10. There's a cafe as well, standard food and drinks are served, the atmosphere is very calming. We enjoyed our weekend getaway so much. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and different way to spend a weekend or short holiday.
