Pet Friendly Hotels in Jilin, China

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Changbai Mountain Hollic Hotel was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, offering everything from hot Chinese dishes to Western pastries. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic, providing a perfect energy boost for an exciting day of travel. The hotel boasts breathtaking views, with lush forests and majestic mountains seemingly within reach. Witnessing the changing light during sunrise or sunset from our window or balcony was a serene and therapeutic experience. Furthermore, the hotel's layout is exceptionally well-planned. The ski slopes, hot springs, restaurants, and various activity facilities are seamlessly connected and easily accessible on foot. This efficient and convenient design made our vacation even more relaxing, truly blending leisure with practicality. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this place offers a comfortable and unforgettable mountain retreat.

I really want to give this place a big shout-out. It's just a three-minute walk from the resort, and there's plenty of parking downstairs. The rooms feel like a boutique hotel or guesthouse, with front and back balconies that both offer great mountain views – truly lovely! The breakfast, while not as varied as a big hotel's, is clearly made with a lot of care and thought. During our stay, my child got hurt and we couldn't drive that evening. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately helped us call a taxi. When I came downstairs with my child, I saw the owner frantically on the phone. I was so anxious at the time that I didn't express my gratitude, so I sincerely thank the owner here 🙏 Songhua Lake was great, and Yunlu was great too. We'll definitely be back next year!

Booked the Wanda Jin Suites Hotel for our ski trip to Changbai Mountain, and it was absolutely the right choice! From the moment we got off the car, our butler Kitty provided thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. The hotel had already informed us about their shuttle service beforehand, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. Our room was a suite, incredibly spacious, and the underfloor heating was so good we could comfortably wear short sleeves inside. The hotel also includes hot springs, perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing – we didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was extensive, with freshly cooked options too. Kitty's attention to detail was top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again for my next ski trip!

The hotel's environment is beautiful and its design is unique, making people feel relaxed and happy. The hotel staff were very attentive, and our requests were met in a timely manner, especially Song Ge and Zhang Yue at the front desk. Their high-quality service left a deep impression on us, as well as the hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment. , the breakfast quality is very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The children's playroom on the third floor is very clean, and the garbage in the trash can is collected in a timely manner. We stayed for more than an hour, and the staff even changed the garbage bags for us once, and gave them to the children. The children like to go there very much. The choice this time also added a lot of fun to our trip. We will choose an Ascott hotel next time. It feels comfortable.

This price completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very new, with a large TV, smart toilet, illuminated mirror, and remote-controlled curtains. The bathroom is well-designed with a wet and dry separation. The room was very warm, and the duvet was thick and clean. Toiletries were generously provided, and the hot water was plentiful and hot. I'm extremely satisfied, and the price was very reasonable too. It's also very close to the Folk Culture Park and Mao'er Mountain.

First of all, the location is great, and the parking lot is right next to the Public Security Bureau, so it's very safe. It's also a short drive from the zoo and shopping mall we were going to. The staff was very welcoming, understanding my accommodation needs and providing slippers and toothbrushes for our child. The housekeeper even helped us move the bed and get a bed guard (many hotels don't have them, so this was a great touch). The hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with delicious millet porridge and good dishes.

I always choose this hotel for business trips. The transportation is convenient, the breakfast is good, and the overall environment is clean and tidy! There are also many restaurants and restaurants to choose from nearby. I will come again next time!

Even tho we booked a windowless room, we were quite surprised how comfortable we were during our 3 nights stay here. The beds are super soft and the rooms are very spacious, comes with heater and a humidifier. The bathroom is the best with electrical hot water and a heating system. The furnitures are all very new and the place is generally quite clean There’s free pick up and drop off services from the railway station to the hotel. As a foreigner it was still easy to contact them via trip.com internet call, and follow up via WeChat. Once at the hotel the location is great it’s within walking distance to the main food areas and 5mins walk to the bus stop (free bus!) that brings you to the Changbaishan North slope center. - remember to book your tickets in advance! Overall will easily recommend to stay here if you’re visiting Changbaishan :)
