With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

We stayed for a total of six nights. The first night, we felt that the room air-con was not cold enough and we asked for another room which was granted. A fan and a Wi-Fi router were even supplied to us. All in all… it was pleasant throughout. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Should we visit Wuhan again in the future, we will definitely stay in this hotel.

Come to New Year’s Eve, so happy! The manor is located in a valley, and you need to walk down the road. There is another village with dark flowers and trees, which is very magical. Luggage needs to be sent down by cable. It has the feeling of a primitive village and is a very interesting experience. The rooms in the manor are Japanese style, simple and clean. The toilet and rain experience are great! All service staff are healers, warm and peaceful. The 450-minute gong bath in the healing activity was shocking and magical. I felt like I didn’t sleep much, but I felt refreshed the next day. It was a rare experience and I will come back again in the future.

There is a bubble party at 6 o'clock in the evening. The children like ～ There are lifeguards on the shore when it is normally open. I like it so much! 🥗 Hotel breakfast buffet style, not many varieties, but can meet basic needs, and eat very well ～ also specially prepared breakfast for the dog ～ pet friendly ٩ (•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑) ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ 🟡 There is a small tent in the parent-child milk dragon room. The baby likes ～ but the female treasure is not very interested in milk dragon 😂. I personally suggest that the light in the milk dragon room needs to be improved. The light on the first floor is too dark for the child... In addition, the refrigerator sticker for the souvenir is really not good... It is recommended that the hotel improve ～ Small fans may be stronger than this 😂

Had a fantastic experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which came with a sofa, and was upgraded to a City View King Room. The upgraded room was a bit larger than my original booking. The view from the room was also excellent, offering expansive vistas. The room was spotless, and the decor felt quite modern. The service from the front desk to the support staff was excellent; they always went above and beyond to help resolve any difficulties. Moreover, the metro station is incredibly close, making it super convenient to get to different areas from the hotel. It's a perfect tranquil spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful!

As soon as I walked into the hotel door, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the service staff. Whether it was the front desk reception or the room service, every employee was smiling and friendly, making me feel at home. Especially Aaron at the front desk and the room service, the room was cleaned very cleanly, and any needs could be met in time. Once I returned to the hotel at night and found that there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room. I called and the engineer came to help solve it in less than five minutes. This efficient service quality doubled my favorability for this hotel. The facilities of this Shengyun Hotel are really all-inclusive. First of all, the room is fully equipped with TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, comfortable bedding and spacious bathroom. In addition, the hotel also has public facilities such as gym, swimming pool, restaurant, tea space, etc. to meet my needs in all aspects. I especially like their gym, which has advanced equipment and spacious space, so that I can keep the habit of exercising during the holidays. During the days in the hotel, I really experienced what comfort and enjoyment are. Whether it is a soft big bed, a comfortable sofa, or delicious food, every detail makes people feel happy. Especially in the restaurant, there are not only a variety of food to choose from, but also an elegant environment and thoughtful service, which makes people linger. After this stay, I deeply understand why this hotel is rated as a five-star hotel. A homestay run very carefully, very close to the Heart Valley, the homestay is changed, every angle is exquisite and stylish, with the mountain view in the distance, it is pleasing to the eye. The Chinese food at the homestay is great. We arrived at almost three o'clock in the afternoon and we can still have a rich and delicious lunch. The entertainment facilities of the homestay are also a lot of choices. Our family of three loves their billiard hall. The scenery outside the double-sided large glass is exquisite. The air in the billiard hall is very good. After lunch, I spent the evening here without feeling bored. The service of the homestay is really nothing to say. From the staff to the boss, they are enthusiastic, patient and meticulous. They come to help us with our luggage and provide us with detailed travel advice (the young supervisor is very familiar with the surrounding attractions and takes the initiative to help us plan a reasonable itinerary). Wherever the tea is delivered, a young man took the wrong room card to us, more anxious than us, quickly ran to help us change, out of breath to apologize to us, so enthusiastic, we actually don't mind at all. I wish you better and better business!

First of all, I would like to thank Shi Long, Xiao Yu and Xiao Xue for their service, which made my four-day trip to Wuhan Airport Music Festival super smooth and perfect. I have been to many cities and stayed in many hotels. I am very satisfied here. Not only is the room true, but also provides pick-up and drop-off and meals. The overall price/performance ratio is beyond my expectations. I will come back next time I go to Wuhan.

I have been out for a few days and this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The service staff are very considerate and the hotel's sanitary environment is very good. It is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures. The room is very warm and comfortable. I just gave you Garden Expo tickets just in time for the Spring Festival. Watch the lantern show for free. I originally booked a one-day stay, but decided to extend my stay the next day. I rarely write reviews, but this one is really worth recommending.
