First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

I stayed at the hotel during the National Day. Although the hotel is new, I felt at ease. Because the hotel apartments are finely decorated to commercial housing standards, they have been delivered for two years. Only a small amount of furniture has been added to the hotel. There is an induction cooker, and pots and pans can be borrowed at the front desk. There is a supermarket downstairs and the Nankeng Market opposite (quite a big one). Seafood is cheap and affordable. Go downstairs to two bus stops (Taoyuan Station, Nankeng Station), and it will take you around Zhuhai for 1 yuan. The public transportation at Guankou is open until 1 o'clock, and I will come back after watching the lighting in Macau. Stay safe and play in Ruiyi

This resort is extremely tranquil. It is one of the best designed resorts of its kind that I have been to in China. The Hot Springs are very peaceful, and the rooms are fantastic. The only downsides were - the food is poor for vegetarians. The Thai and ‘international’ options seem more like what a Chinese person who has never left China might guess people eat abroad (cold French fries or ham boiled in milk for breakfast anyone?). The hot springs play background music, which could be lovely… but the choice of dance and pop music completely clashes with the atmosphere… it’s the strangest decision. Finally, the hot springs are centered around a massive pool that has been drained, presumably for the winter. It is not taped up with warning tape which looks like the police are securing a murder scene. After investing hundreds of millions in the resort, why fail to make the pool accessible all year round? The resort is not cheap… but the murder-tape pool makes it look like a low-end budget resort. This is a real shame, because the rest of the resort is phenomenal.

We were tired when we first arrived at the hotel. It's an inexpensive hotel in an older area. It's near a KTV. The first impression wasn't great. But, the front desk was helpful. The room was clean, and the location is close enough that you can walk to SeaWorld in 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby.

Facilities: Very new, the quilt and mattress are very comfortable, very quiet, my mother said she slept very well! Hygiene: Clean, quite new. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

I'm so satisfied. The brand new room has brand new bedding. I stayed there last week and was deeply impressed. The young man was polite and helped with luggage. There is also a public tea tasting table. I heard that the owner is from Yingde. I took out the good Yingde black tea and drank it. It was very pleasant. The children went to the nearby amusement park for training. They spent a total of 60 yuan on three activities. The big ticket was free. We played for a whole day!

It is a student community or like that... 3 dorm room and common area with chair and tables. Stayed for transit 1 night. Everything I expected I saw. Not so bad. a Bed is hard but I like it. You can converse with boys from all over China and outside who try to find the best life....it is a very positive experience. Yep. ”simple hole” style Toilet is one for 3 rooms.sorry😁

Stay here due to business meetings at panyu area. There an area for food and drink that is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away

We stayed at Xi'an Hotel during our trip to Guangzhou. It is located near Changgang Subway Station of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. The transportation is very convenient. It is a very cost-effective hotel in the big city of Guangzhou. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the rooms are comfortable and cost-effective. When using the bathroom, there will be music playing, which is full of creativity. Coffee and snacks were served to us when we checked in, making us feel at home. The front desk service was proactive and enthusiastic, especially A Di Xiaomei. Considering that we took the high-speed train at night, she took the initiative to extend the check-out time so that we could rest more. This warm gesture touched us very much. It was a very happy trip. Xi'an Hotel was great.

The area is really beautiful (even though it was raining for the whole day) and the view from the capsule room is great! We enjoyed movie night on comfortable beds with projector screen in front and it was wonderful (small disadvantage is that everything is in Chinese and most of the movies you will need to buy). I also hope, that hotel can improve some small thing in the room itself but overall the experience was enjoyable and relaxing: comfortable stay, great nature, singing birds and sound of the raindrops on the rooftop at night✨

Overall it's OK. The housekeeper is very good and cleaned the swimming pool in advance. If there are any problems, they are also very proactive in helping to solve them. There are things for children and adults to play. Children play in the water, and adults play mahjong and sing songs for leisure. The WiFi signal is also good.

It's convenient and close to Chimelong. It takes about 10 minutes to drive there. There are many restaurants near Central Plaza. I think the decoration of the hotel is very simple and generous. Wanxiang Yuewan Hotel Apartment Changlong Branch is located in the ”Wanxiang World Phase I” community in Hengqin. Although it is not located in the downtown area, the newly built roads extend in all directions, making travel very convenient and fast; especially it is very close to Jinwan Airport, about a 20-minute drive away. A friend picked us up from the airport. We drove to the hotel by car. We relied on the car navigation system for self-driving. Due to the slow update speed of the car navigation system, we were mistakenly directed to the dirt road outside the south wall of the hotel. Although we were facing the entrance of Gate No. 5 of the hotel, we did not know where the entrance to the @Yuwan Hotel in the community was. So we backed off the dirt road (the bottom of the car was scratched by the ditch on the dirt road when reversing) to the main road, and found the south entrance of the community (in fact, the hotel is closest to the east entrance of the community), but we still did not know how to get to the hotel apartment in that building. We called the mobile phone number reserved by the hotel on Ctrip. It was the hotel manager Zhu who answered the phone. He immediately went downstairs to find us and helped us with our luggage all the way. We arrived at the hotel at more than ten o'clock in the morning. The guests of the room we booked had not left the hotel yet, and Manager Zhu upgraded us without saying a word. The above episode of our stay is to remind self-driving tourists that it is best not to use the car navigation system. The mobile navigation system is still accurate. If you can't find the specific location of the hotel, call the hotel in time. Their reception service is very good. The hotel started operating during the Spring Festival this year.
