Highly recommend this place to stay ! Stunning View ! Check in was easy!
They provide us nice welcome drinks, they also provide you parking if you are driving here without paying any fees.
A little unhappy with the gym room that do not provide water , i went down to receptionist and ask for water.
She said they are too busy, help yourself with water !
Breakfast is good, must get their breakfast this is because you cant find any restaurant nearby unless you grab yourself simple food from grocery.

The scenery is unbeatable, facing the snow-capped mountains and glaciers, nothing else matters in this view. Breakfast and dinner are customized, which is ok. The room is weird, but it doesn't matter. The VIEW on the balcony is a once-in-a-lifetime series, worth staying!

The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!

We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment.
Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason.
Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

The staff was extremely friendly and competent, very nice new central hotel. Price performance very good. What we also enjoyed was that if you don't need room service, which is not the case at a weekend, you get credited 5€ as credit to the room bill 👍🏼 Also otherwise in the room and generally efficient and good will be sure to come back here or to a hotel in the chain at another location.

GGuest UserThis hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. However, although this place is small and well-equipped, don’t expect any service. When we arrived, we were greeted by an Asian girl. I will tell you about the facilities and equipment that I should tell you about, and I will also help you carry some luggage. It is tiring to drive three and a half hours to the hotel, but when you suddenly see an Asian face, you feel friendly instantly. You have to take the initiative to ask her how to turn on the heater. , otherwise it will be extremely cold at night and early in the morning, even in Austria in early October!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the small town of Upper Traun, 5 kilometers walk from Harstadt Town, you can walk there, you can also take a train 2.8 Europe, then cross the wheel, you can also ride a bicycle (the hotel provides free) or take a taxi to arrive. The hotel owner lives upstairs in the cabin, the first floor is for accommodation, clean and clean, can cook, there is a sauna, and the bedroom can live in 3-4 people. The scenery is beautiful and the owner of the room is enthusiastic, but remember to check out at 10 o'clock the next day. Overall very good.
