"The room is quite new and the decoration style is more fashionable. Facilities meet four stars and rooms are cleaned relatively clean. Breakfast was quite good for a four-star hotel, with beef sour soup dumplings, which were delicious. The only drawback is that the wash basin is a bit short and a bit small, washing your hands and face will have a lot of water flowing to the table. There are footprints where the main hall of the lobby enters."

"It was my first time staying at a newly opened hotel, and I was nervously dreading the minor quirks of the ”new hotel” break-in period. To my surprise, not only was there no setbacks throughout the entire stay, but I was completely captivated by the comprehensive care and attention to detail! Entering the room, the ”brand new” comfort instantly washed away any fatigue. The bedding was freshly unpacked, fluffy and soft. The moment I lay down, it felt like sinking into a cloud, and even my breathing became lighter. Even the air conditioning vents, where dirt and grime are most likely to accumulate, were spotlessly clean, with not a speck of dust to be found. This level of attention to detail surpasses even that of many established hotels. Even more surprising was the room's complete smart toilet and Xiaodu smart phone, which allows for voice control of the lights and curtains. The toiletries were also a complete set of high-quality items. From the moment I checked in, I didn't have to worry about any details. The service was truly heartwarming. Upon check-in, the front desk staff smiled and offered to upgrade us to a high-floor room with a view. They also handed us a hand-curated travel guide, densely packed with must-try local restaurants and off-the-beaten-path spots, even clearly stating the best times to avoid crowds. This saved us a whole day of researching. On my way out that afternoon, I casually mentioned to the staff, ”I'd like a hot drink.” When I returned and opened the door, I saw two cups of warm lemonade on the bedside table, the walls still just warm enough to hold in my hands. This casual thought instantly warmed my heart. The hotel's breakfast was even more exciting! The variety is so extensive it's hard to choose. The Chinese congee is perfectly cooked, soft and glutinous, and comes with refreshing side dishes. The Western bacon is crispy yet not greasy, and the fried egg is instantly melt-in-your-mouth. The best part is the freshly cooked ramen. The broth is rich and mellow, the noodles are chewy and smooth, and the fresh, soft-boiled egg is a perfect match. Every bite is incredibly satisfying. I give this bowl of ramen a thumbs-up! 👍 Overall, from the thoughtful details in the facilities to the warm service to the surprising breakfast, this newly opened hotel is truly touching. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!"

"The hotel is very upscale, only a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. It is surrounded by hotels and next door is the Internet celebrity store Baifu. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The room facilities are very good, and there are disposable towels and bath towels. It is very cost-effective and I am very satisfied."

"A warm hotel. The lobby and room service staff are all very welcoming and are trained in accordance with the service standards of a five-star hotel. The room is large, with welcome fruit snacks and hot milk. Bottles of Qiyi Glacier mineral water are provided in the corridor, which can be taken at any time. "We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again."

We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again."

"We had an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Although it is a 5-10 minute walk away from the large shopping malls and the city center, it has many amenities nearby. I would like to commend the service crew in this hotel, all of them were nice, polite and displayed professionalism in their work, they took care of my needs well throughout my stay and I really appreciate it. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices including local delicacies and some Chinese street snacks.
