"A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!"

"I would like to remind you that this hotel is a so-called five-diamond hotel by Ctrip, not a five-star hotel, and does not provide five-star services. Although I called them to confirm, they said they were of five-star standard. But it is not. Five-star hotels provide free use of gyms and swimming pools. But they charge for it. Secondly, their breakfast is very poor. There are three waiters in the huge breakfast room, and even the chef cannot be seen. The cold dishes are not fresh. I have pictures. I spent the money of a five-star hotel, but in the end I consumed the services of a fast hotel. Ctrip is playing a side ball again, and the hotel is playing a side ball again. "Room was warm and stuffy. Staff did not mention the air conditioner was not in use prior to check in. There werent enough ventilation through the night as there only one small window that could be opened, and there’s an air purifier, which they mentioned could function as a fan but with minimal efficacy. Staff did mention about changing room at night when we informed then it was warm, but we dont think that would make any difference at all. All in all, we suggest they provide a proper electric fan which serves a good alternative to switching off the main air conditioner due to autumn."

"We stayed at Passton Hotel for a two-day weekend trip to Thaiwoo Town, and it was a fantastic experience! Getting there was a breeze; direct navigation leads you straight to the underground parking garage right at the hotel entrance, which has plenty of spaces and even charging stations on B1.
Our room, decorated in a charming European vintage style, was fully equipped and offered excellent views of the entire town and its surroundings. A big plus was the complimentary hot springs available at the hotel!
The staff provided truly exceptional service; anything we needed was just a phone call away and promptly delivered to our room.
You absolutely *must* try the hotel's complimentary breakfast – it's so extensive, it could easily double as lunch! They offer a rich spread with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted excellent.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

"Big thanks to Eva for upgrading us to a suite; she was incredibly warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and helped me find a buckwheat pillow. It's really cool up here in the mountains, about ten degrees cooler than Beijing, making it perfect for a summer escape from the heat.
There's a shuttle bus service to the high-speed rail station and the forest park, though we didn't catch it. Taxis are also very convenient, so if you prefer more flexibility, you can easily just take one. Breakfast was good, and dinner featured Southeast Asian cuisine, along with some sashimi – pretty standard fare for a Crowne Plaza. The balcony was nice, but there were a lot of bugs due to being in the mountains. I imagine it would be better in winter.
There are a few restaurants within the resort, though dining options are a bit limited. We ate out one day and at the hotel the other, and both were decent. There's also a small convenience store where you can pick up some drinks and alcohol.
There's a library at the top of the mountain, accessible by the resort's cable car, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The forest park is great for hiking; it's not too hot and the sunshine is lovely. You can also drive up to the summit for photos, where the scenery is beautiful with lots of trees – truly a natural oxygen bar. We'll definitely come back here for our next vacation!"

The store owner was very patient to take me to see the room first and then adjust it. "The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice."

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

MMusaThis is the fourth year I have stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. The hotel's facilities and services are excellent. This time I slept on the buckwheat pillow in the hotel room and I felt it was great. I even bought two to take home. During the stay, the staff decisively changed the room because of the noise problem on the floor. As long as the problem was raised, the staff would help solve it as soon as possible. It was great!

YYunqianma-yanI go to Thaiwoo Town every summer. Since my second visit, I've always chosen to stay at Xueluju, and this was my third consecutive stay. Both the service and the hotel's environment are consistently excellent. This year, I was in such a rush checking out that I accidentally left my trunk's cargo cover in the underground parking lot. To my utter surprise, with just one phone call, a front desk attendant went all the way to our parking spot, located it, and even arranged to have it mailed back to us. I was incredibly touched by this gesture! This level of dedication to service truly deserves a big thumbs-up!

A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

SShengjiyouxiang1858We made a last-minute decision to visit Chongli and were lucky enough to get the last available room that day. Upon entering the town, there's an underground parking garage, and hotel guests can park for free, without needing to buy a ticket to enter the town. We arrived at 4 PM and quickly checked in. Our room was on the ground floor, featuring a queen-sized bed and a single bed, comfortably accommodating a family of two adults and one child. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom area was also very large. The bathtub was great, and the bathrobes were soft and clean. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was certainly worth the price. Overall, we were quite pleased and would definitely return given the opportunity.

Tthe.travelerGreat hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is good, but traffic started building up as soon as we got close. The main issue was that the traffic lights didn't have separate lanes for going straight and turning, which led to cars jostling for space and causing significant congestion. Once in the town, we couldn't find the underground parking, and the security guard at the entrance was completely unhelpful, giving us incorrect directions. The room had a dark color scheme and was very comfortable, and the front desk service was good. There was a loud speaker in the plaza in front of the building repeatedly playing the same song from morning till night, which was quite disruptive. The breakfast selection was very limited and just average. However, the complimentary hot spring access or movie tickets were a great bonus. Overall, a positive experience!
