It was my first time skiing in Chongli. I read a lot of reviews and finally chose Yunzhen. I was very satisfied. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good, with special mutton soup and a variety of Chinese and Western food options. I also had a small hot pot buffet for dinner, which was also very good. The hotel's catering is very cost-effective. The hotel is very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient for skiing in and out with children. It was also very smooth to exchange ski tickets, ski cards, and rent equipment. The staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel's housekeeper Li Qianlan took the initiative to contact us before checking in to ask about our needs. During the stay, we answered all questions and the service was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel's guest rooms are clean and the service is also very good. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

Children love the Mike fox challenge inside the room. The hot spring is great. Staff are friendly. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. A small inconvenience was the hotel shuttle bus left without us despite telling the hotel staff with the sign board that greeted us at the train station. On our return trip, we realised that there was no signage on the hotel shuttle bus.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

The room facilities are complete, and the service and hygiene are satisfactory. In particular, the room has good sound insulation. Living next to the elevator entrance, you can't hear the sound of people coming and going outside. The hotel is in a convenient location. If I have to find a fault, it is that there are a few exit signs for the underground parking lot. It is recommended to add more and preferably add arrows to point to them. However, the parking lot should not be managed by the hotel. 🧐😛. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

The room was good except that it was a little far away (Building 15) and not so convenient for bringing children. The front desk was very friendly and gave 2 door cards + 1 power card when checking in. The check-in procedure was very smooth. Check-out was also very convenient and efficient! The aunties in the housekeeping department were also very nice. I would especially like to thank Mr. Xu from the concierge department for helping me solve the shuttle bus and luggage issues. I will go again next time, because it would be better if I could arrange a closer building with 2 children. Recommended!

The service is very good, really nothing to say, the plane at night also provides pick-up service and waits at the airport early. There is also a special person to help with luggage and greet at the hotel. The whole smile service is delicious, and there are many varieties. Breakfast has sheep soup and noodles. The taste is very good, especially the braised pork is certified by Shanghainese and it is delicious haha The room is hygienic, dry and wet separation, the mattress and pillows are comfortable enough, all aspects can be said to be the ceiling of the hotel here, you can choose here when you come to Zhangjiakou.

It was definitely the right choice! It was the first time for our family to go out in the Year of the Snake to end the holiday. We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

The single-family cabin on the mountainside of the fixed resort, bedding, furniture, decoration, furnishings can be seen very carefully, the quality is also good, although the Zhangku Banquet dishes inside are not much but exceed expectations, and it is not pre-made dishes, it is worth tasting. There is also a cafe in the resort that is very convenient. The sanitation in the room is not bad, that is, there are many garbage thrown by guests in the green plants around the cabin that affect the beauty. The fixed five-person bath towels and towels provided two people. There are many performances in the resort, and there are many play items, suitable for people of all ages, and you can see that it is designed with care. What needs to be improved is the service details. Although there is a shuttle bus, it is difficult to make an appointment. Although the scenic spot is not big, it is a bit difficult to climb the stairs up and down the room, so many projects have no experience due to the inability to climb the stairs, which is more difficult for the elderly.

The hotel network is very poor, even the TV is stuck. Before I decided to read the comments, the towels were flying, and I deliberately looked at it. Hotel facilities are very old, but the quality is very good, although the towels are not very good, but the bath towels are particularly good, with independent packaging bags, and the two bath towels are different materials, this is not expected, the quality of the bath towels is still good. And the problem service staff solved it quickly, the skin care products in the room were very complete, and there was no problem with nothing, very complete.
