"A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~
The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂
Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!"

I stayed for two nights and felt very quiet and could sleep well.

The breakfast was not very good. There were many people on holidays but few seats. There were only large tables, no small tables, so everyone had to eat together. The table turnover was slow, so you might have to wait for a seat if you want to go out early~

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!)."

"We stayed at Passton Hotel for a two-day weekend trip to Thaiwoo Town, and it was a fantastic experience! Getting there was a breeze; direct navigation leads you straight to the underground parking garage right at the hotel entrance, which has plenty of spaces and even charging stations on B1.
Our room, decorated in a charming European vintage style, was fully equipped and offered excellent views of the entire town and its surroundings. A big plus was the complimentary hot springs available at the hotel!
The staff provided truly exceptional service; anything we needed was just a phone call away and promptly delivered to our room.
You absolutely *must* try the hotel's complimentary breakfast – it's so extensive, it could easily double as lunch! They offer a rich spread with both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted excellent.

"Big thanks to Eva for upgrading us to a suite; she was incredibly warm and friendly. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and helped me find a buckwheat pillow. It's really cool up here in the mountains, about ten degrees cooler than Beijing, making it perfect for a summer escape from the heat.
There's a shuttle bus service to the high-speed rail station and the forest park, though we didn't catch it. Taxis are also very convenient, so if you prefer more flexibility, you can easily just take one. Breakfast was good, and dinner featured Southeast Asian cuisine, along with some sashimi – pretty standard fare for a Crowne Plaza. The balcony was nice, but there were a lot of bugs due to being in the mountains. I imagine it would be better in winter.
There are a few restaurants within the resort, though dining options are a bit limited. We ate out one day and at the hotel the other, and both were decent. There's also a small convenience store where you can pick up some drinks and alcohol.
There's a library at the top of the mountain, accessible by the resort's cable car, and the views from there are absolutely stunning. The forest park is great for hiking; it's not too hot and the sunshine is lovely. You can also drive up to the summit for photos, where the scenery is beautiful with lots of trees – truly a natural oxygen bar. We'll definitely come back here for our next vacation!"

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

GGuest UserIt was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues.
My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient.
Breakfast spread is good too with international spread.
The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too.
This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

PPato LuI stayed at Yushe Hotel for two nights during my visit to Zhangjiakou and had a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is in a convenient and accessible location, making it easy to get around the city.
However, one downside is that there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, so dining options nearby are quite limited. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend either ordering delivery or being prepared to travel a bit for meals.

This stay at InterContinental Chongli began the moment I stepped into the lobby, where I was immediately struck by the unique blend of mountainous grandeur and refined quality.
Upon check-in, the warm welcome from the front desk staff immediately melted away our travel fatigue. Learning we were ski enthusiasts, they not only swiftly processed our registration but also proactively informed us about the hotel's ski equipment storage, drying service, and shuttle bus schedules to nearby ski resorts. These thoughtful details truly enhanced our positive impression. Our mountain-view king room, situated on a high floor, offered breathtaking panoramic views of the distant, snow-capped peaks the moment we opened the balcony door. The sunlight shimmered on the snow, creating a picture-perfect winter scene. Inside, the furnishings were both stylish and practical. Warm lighting paired with plush bedding made the room incredibly cozy, a welcome retreat from the cold. The mini-bar was well-stocked with a wide variety of drinks and snacks, and there were even local specialty treats on the coffee table, all reflecting the hotel's meticulous attention to detail.
The hotel's buffet restaurant was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was incredibly comprehensive, ranging from freshly prepared pancakes and noodles to Western options like bread and bacon, alongside fresh fruits and yogurt – truly something for every palate. Dinner was even more impressive, featuring not only local specialty stews and roasted meats but also exquisite seafood and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors authentic. The restaurant itself was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the snowy landscape, making dinner feel like a magical experience in a fairytale setting.
The hotel's amenities are equally commendable. The gym was well-equipped and meticulously maintained, with windows offering beautiful snow views during workouts, making exercise a truly pleasant experience. The SPA center provided professional services, and after a massage, all fatigue simply melted away. For families with children, the kids' play area was an especially thoughtful addition, allowing children to play freely while parents enjoyed a moment of peace.

SShengjiyouxiang1858We made a last-minute decision to visit Chongli and were lucky enough to get the last available room that day. Upon entering the town, there's an underground parking garage, and hotel guests can park for free, without needing to buy a ticket to enter the town. We arrived at 4 PM and quickly checked in. Our room was on the ground floor, featuring a queen-sized bed and a single bed, comfortably accommodating a family of two adults and one child. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom area was also very large. The bathtub was great, and the bathrobes were soft and clean. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was certainly worth the price. Overall, we were quite pleased and would definitely return given the opportunity.

GGuest User**Facilities:** During our summer escape trip, from Bashang to Chongli, all hotels we stayed at featured wet/dry separation in the bathrooms, which was very convenient. Towels, bath towels, and bath mats were all provided. What was most commendable was the presence of disinfected bathrobes, which we could use with peace of mind.
Children's toiletries were provided and proved to be quite good. They also offered adorable children's slippers.
The front desk provided a luggage cart, and a staff member proactively offered to help us with our bags. Although we didn't need the assistance, we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of Fulong Town. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and we even bought some local strawberry tomatoes and grapes, all of which were exceptionally delicious.
The mini-fridge might not have been cooling properly, but we didn't need it, so we didn't bother to inform the front desk.
The breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight. It offered a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. The wontons were especially delicious, and the coffee tasted authentic. The service staff were very observant and proactive.

GGuest UserThe room is really clean. It's not big, but it has all the facilities you need. The service is also very good. The front desk and the cleaning lady are very good and can meet all your needs. Because the sanitation is cleaned in time, you can check in early. There is a bus pick-up right after the high-speed rail. Wanlong Apartment, Shuanglong, and Yulong are all connected by corridors and are very close to the ski resort. I was very worried about the cheap price before the trip. I didn't expect to live in such a cost-effective hotel during the peak ski season. It's great! Wanlong is the first choice for skiing!

Spa on site with decent massage and excellent hot pool, dry sauna and barrel tubs included with our stay. My partner and I were traveling by bicycle and were able to keep the bicycles in the room with us, which was great! The bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaint was we ordered room service for dinner and the food was old or made from frozen and not very appetizing.

AAnonymous UserOn my first visit to this town, I opted for a lake-view room at the Huanhuo Hotel, and the views were simply breathtaking! 😊 I could watch the lake fountain right from my balcony, and what truly made it special was the giant yellow duck installation that recently appeared in the middle of the lake. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The room facilities were excellent, and the decor had a distinctive character. Plus, easy access to and from the hotel made exploring a breeze. Choosing Huanhuo was definitely a fantastic decision!
The hotel's lakeside location is perfect. From the ground level, guests can enjoy picturesque lake views, watch various performances, and admire the Western-style streetscapes, all while dining. Heading downstairs, the underground shopping street offers a relaxed ambiance and diverse dining options. A major plus is that the cable car 🚡 station is right outside the hotel, and you can even catch young riders training at the pump track. Additionally, the town shuttle bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel lobby entrance. This level of convenience is truly remarkable!
Overall, I couldn't be happier!!!
