I had a great stay at this hotel. The entire place was very clean and beautifully decorated, which made for a comfortable and pleasant environment. I also appreciated the attention to safety; they even provided a fire mask in the room, which shows their commitment to guest wellbeing. The location was convenient, with it costing only 6–10 RMB to get to the West Railway Station by DiDi. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Super new and clean! It’s best hotel here. Very comfortable go to all tourist places. From train station to hotel only 7 rmb by taxi. Bus stop 4,6 near hotel and shops. They go to city center and tourist places. Only 2 rmb. In the hotel very friendly and helpful people work. They help with luggage and with all what necessary. In the room 2 bottles water free every day. I would like stay here again and recommend everyone.

Despite my very brief stay I could not recommend this hotel more. Extremely clean and very close to the train station it was a perfect stay in my opinion

Brilliant setting really clean and fresh. It’s near hospital and bullet train station. Perfect for medical access or the likes. The owners are great and really helpful. Highly recommended if the location suits you.

The inn is quite close to the high-speed train station, just a two or three-stop bus ride away. The surrounding area is mostly comprised of other inns. The inn itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. However, the immediate outdoor surroundings can feel a bit remote and somewhat deserted. In the evenings, you can find some street food stalls setting up nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful; she even drove me to the high-speed train station and mentioned she could have picked me up if I had informed her earlier. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean.

What a wonderfully cozy guesthouse! It's spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished, and incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful and delightful night's sleep. I was visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and luckily stumbled upon this gem on Ctrip – what a perfect choice! It’s located very close to Zhangjiajie West Station. The next morning, the proprietress kindly drove us to a convenient drop-off point near the park. From there, we easily caught a taxi, and for just 30 RMB, the two of us were taken directly to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The facilities are excellent, hygiene is top-notch, the surroundings are beautiful, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! 👍

There is a good place on the road to the park and close to West railway station. There is possible to eat something in restaurant. The homestay is very czy.

This hotel is very convenient,you can take public bus to reach here and just a little walk when you alight the nearby hospital. You can get a public bus to many popular destinations.The hotel owner family is very helpful. Room is very spacious and clean.They helped me to carry the luggage and bring me to the nearby bus station when needed. They served me tea when chatting.You can ask the bus number,they will guide you.

I had a train early in the morning so the location was convenient. The staff was very attentive and polite. She couldn’t speak English (as in most places) but communication worked smooth and she seems to be a caring person. The room and everything was nice. Closeby are several food options (restaurants, bakery, snacks/drinks shops etc), it’s in walkable distance to the train station and there is also a frequent bus to it (I think line 6), and there would probably also be taxis/didis around.

Very nice and helpful hostess!! Clean and comfortable room! The territory is very quiet and easy to find near the railway station!!! There are little shops and restaurants in a few minutes to walk.
