Amazing experience!!! Excellent location. Very quiet area and at the same time convenient. Transport near by. In the hotel 24 hour convenience store. Greta gym, nice swimming pool and sauna, great breakfast and dinner! Totally recommend!!!

Booked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Central Park View was amazing, but room was not warm enough and 😱 previous guest’s smell (from specific region) ……

Breakfast was overrated and really they need to pick the game. 70 AUD for cheap quality breakfast is waste of money. Come on Sheraton.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

Worse than expectation.

This was a great place to stay at while waiting for Covid test results when returning to China.

Classic. easy to find. Nice park is near by, you can enjoy a nature-in-city.

I went on Children's Day. It wasn't a Central Park view, but the view was nice. There were so many people in the pool that I thought it was a bathhouse.

I moved rooms. The room next to the elevator was hard to rest because the elevator noise was transmitted directly. They told me to take out my luggage and come down with the key. And the room I was moved to had a city view. The sun rose in the morning and the temperature rose to 29 degrees. The air conditioner didn't work properly, so I was able to check out late, but I left early. I don't think I'll go back.

I wanted to see the Central Park view, so I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. The view was nice, and the staff was very friendly. It was so nice.
