High quality rooms and service at this hotel. This was my second stay in a week, and I stayed longer this time. Actually, the service has been exceptional. Being immediately given a cup of tea made me feel special. Both when arriving and leaving. All done courteously and with a smile.

The family room is well decorated and there is no odor in the room, but there is no purifier. Doesn't every room have a purifier? Then, can you learn from Four Seasons Hotel and get a coffee machine in the lobby?
