They also organized and purchased all our tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and the Grand Canyon, making our trip completely stress-free. Every afternoon, the hotel offered complimentary tea, fresh fruit, and desserts, which was a wonderful treat after a busy day exploring. The staff were always friendly, responsive, and happy to help with any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. After our tours, we were able to book in room massages and it was soooo good. Omg. The staff were all so friendly and accomodating to my family’s needs. We had a late flight and the staff graciously let us stay in our room for a very small fee. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would be staying here again when we visit Zhangjiajie again! Thank you!"

The twin room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, not cramped at all. The hotel's internal facilities are also very complete, and there's a huge outdoor swimming pool that's kept perfectly clean. Swimming with friends in the afternoon was incredibly relaxing. The location is also a big plus. It's very close to the core scenic area of Wulingyuan, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The town downstairs has a strong local atmosphere, and it's easy to find places to eat and buy small things. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous throughout, patiently answering any questions and handling things efficiently. Overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend it for your trip!"

"It likes a homestay in a building but the whole floor is XiaDuo. The reception and kitchen staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They also can help you buying the Tianmen ticket and update information about Route exactly. Breakfast is just simple with noodle or eggs and buns but taste good and easy to eat. However, if you're in the room during housekeeping hours, remember to turn on Do not disturb mode, because the housekeeper might not know you're in and open the door suddenly :( Not much options for foods in this area, have to go 1-2km far. Also the car can’t park right at the lobby so if it’s rain, you may get wet. Driver here is also a bit scam, so be aware. But it’s quite clean and safe. Comfortable and reasonable price."

The front desk staff, Dudu and Xiao Zhen, were very friendly and handled check-in and check-out quickly, so there was no long wait. The room was spotlessly clean, with no stains on the floor or in the bathroom. The mattress was just right—not too hard, not too soft—and I had a very restful night's sleep. The soundproofing was decent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was consistent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both cooling and heating. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to catch a taxi. The price was reasonable with no hidden fees. Overall, it's a very practical choice and perfect for a stopover."
