Best Zaton Hotels

An excellent hotel near Dubrovnik. Very good service, all employees are smiling. A room with quality amenities. A very good private beach with umbrellas and deck chairs, the water is cold anyway. I highly recommend for rest.

Although the hotel is not in the old city, the transportation is very convenient. There is a bus to the old city at the door, which makes it quiet in the bustle. And there is one of the best local Chinese restaurants not far next door, and it tastes very good. The room is spacious, clean and bright, with charming sea views. The private beach is a great place to watch the sunset. Benjamin at the front desk was very professional and friendly. He gave us a lot of help, including booking airport taxis, arranging packed breakfasts, and patiently answering various questions. He deserves a thumbs up 👍 I highly recommend this resort hotel!

A Great place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning. The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night. There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town. The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon. Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel. Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

The room is nice with an outdoor balcony. The surrounding facilities are good, with a large outdoor swimming pool. Although it is not in the old town, if you want to go to the old town, you can also take bus line 6, which is a good experience.

In an area where hotels are concentrated, all hotels belong to the same group Parking is charged, it seems to be 10 euros a day. It is the peak time for taxis around 9 o'clock in the morning, and bolts do not accept orders. However, it is very close to bus No. 6, and the terminal is the ancient city pile gate The room is large, the facilities are a bit old, the bathroom is a bathtub, and a glass partition is erected, but the glue underneath is a bit detached, and it is not a sea view room. Toothbrushes are not provided proactively. You have to go to the front desk to get them on the first day. They will not deliver them to your room. On the second day, toothbrushes are placed in the drawer There are not many breakfast items, there are many coffee machines, champagne is also very good, and eggs need to queue up The waiters are quite arrogant

It is a large hotel not far from the old town. Parking is free at the hotel. If you are with a family of four, you are better off ordering an Uber or similar taxi for €8 than waiting for the bus in the heat. A bus ride to the city costs €2 p.p. Parking in the city is screaming expensive. The hotel breakfast continues to brunch until 13:00. That is nice for those who sleep in. The food is generally okay. Don't expect culinary surprises, just good enough to eat in the hotel. The pool is large, but for the beach you have to walk out of the hotel grounds.

The desk staff are friendly, but the service items are too poor to be considered a 4-star hotel. This was my first time in a hotel without welcome water. There was bottled water in the minibar for a fee.
