"The environment is good, close to the west gate of Taierzhuang Ancient City, not far from taking a boat, driving, and walking. "During my stay at your hotel last night, I made a request for a room change due to the wrong room type. I didn't expect the hotel to agree very readily and change a more suitable room for me for free. The front desk staff was professional and efficient when handling the room change procedures, and also enthusiastically helped me carry my luggage and patiently introduced the facilities of the new room. The room was comfortable and allowed me to rest at ease. This stay was great, the service of the Avilla Hotel was really impeccable! AAnonymous UserWe had enjoy our stay in this Hotel .It's location is great within the ancient town .Room was big and clean . The front staffs was very helpful she upgraded us in the bigger room and facing the lake scenery was beautiful and serene . The Only down side was after arrived from the car park we had to walked 15 mins on the uneven stone paving with luggage to the Hotel . It wasn't too pleasant ,Plus there was no Hotel sign . We had to asked several people for direction. Other than that this Hotel is very nice .Highly recommended .

Nnywang****It is relatively close to Ximen, has a beautiful environment, is in a quiet location in a busy city, and is not far from the main street. We live in the innermost part of the three-entry courtyard, which has a unique courtyard. The suite is large enough, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a study, making it convenient for a family to live in. The cleanliness is average, probably because there were more guests during the May Day holiday and the cleaning was rushed. Another problem is that the small bedroom is poorly divided and there is no power supply for charging. I suggest renovating it. The staff was warm and helpful. The hotel also provided breakfast. My hometown is Zaozhuang, and the taste of the breakfast soothed my homesickness. Before leaving, I also gave the child a bamboo dragonfly, haha... It was a bit of a surprise, I still have a gift at my age 🎁 (the 20-year-old child was a bit at a loss)...
Overall, the stay experience is very good and I will come again if I have the chance.

It's a courtyard building. The room is large, clean and has a terrace. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic. I especially want to praise Miss Song 🌹🌹🌹. She added WeChat in advance to communicate the arrival time, and met us at the door, helped us park and pull the luggage. She enthusiastically told us the characteristics of the scenic spot in all aspects. We had dinner at her house in the evening. The dishes were delicious. Because we were in a hurry and the weather suddenly turned cold, I would definitely stay for two more days. I will definitely stay here next time. I recommend everyone to experience it

She was patient and thorough during check-in. Not only did she offer breakfast, she also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities and nearby dining options. Her smile was perfect, and her responsiveness was incredibly positive. It truly made me feel at home!
The room was even more amazing! The bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up. The air conditioning was incredibly quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out any distractions. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view, and the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, with quality details evident in every detail. A good night's sleep and a comfortable stay completely remedied my travel fatigue!

The staff area pleasant and nice. They allowed a late checkout for me when I requested for 1.30 pm.
Room wise, it's spacious. The toilet and shower are together so the toilet will get quite wet. The room can also get damp after a shower.
A place that's value for money and alright for a single night stay at the ancient city.
