The cleanliness is average, probably because there were more guests during the May Day holiday and the cleaning was rushed. Another problem is that the small bedroom is poorly divided and there is no power supply for charging. I suggest renovating it. The staff was warm and helpful. The hotel also provided breakfast. My hometown is Zaozhuang, and the taste of the breakfast soothed my homesickness. Before leaving, I also gave the child a bamboo dragonfly, haha... It was a bit of a surprise, I still have a gift at my age 🎁 (the 20-year-old child was a bit at a loss)... Overall, the stay experience is very good and I will come again if I have the chance.

Check-in was super quick, and she patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was great, so I had a really peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back, especially because of May's wonderful service!

One of the best hotels in Tengzhou. Rates were competitive. But most of all, the accommodations were nice and service was excellent. Many thanks to Manager Sunshine who took good care of us and our needs. The restaurant was not busy, but the food was delicious, service was quick and attentive. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up after the kids' mess. Location was optimal, being close to the mall and other businesses. We will certainly stay here again when we visit end of this year in the fall.

Traveling by car during Chinese New Year, the room was clean and cozy. The front desk staff were highly professional; every time we left, they'd proactively ask for our license plate number to waive parking fees. The breakfast, for a small local city, was quite varied. While there weren't many types of fruits, salads, or pastries, they were available. We couldn't eat much anyway during Chinese New Year, but the kids loved it. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety. Below the guest rooms were various ring toss games – it seems like ring toss is the most popular activity in Tengzhou! The kids tried a few activities. There's also a cinema and fast-food restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We live in the No. 3 yard, and the Sky City is a boss, the space is very large, just near the Guandi Temple. The hotel service is in place, especially warm and patient, and also planned the tour route. The facilities are very complete. The lake view is booked. You can see the lake from the window. I had an amazing stay at ELVIRA last night! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had a great view. I especially loved the comfy bed and the cool feature in the room. The location was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will 100% be back!

Located near Fuxing Square where you can see the fireworks across the river and take a Boat ride at the quay. The boat shape structure is just a few hundred metres away where performances are held at various times. Near the east gate and various other attractions. The room is clean and the receptionists at the counter were very helpful, providing me with a map and guide and helping me set up Wechat communication, extend my checkout time and help to call a transport for me for my departure. I've always wanted to visit Taierzhuang Ancient City. I found this Wenhuilou Wangfu Courtyard on Ctrip. The room looked nice in the pictures. It was very nice when I arrived.
