We especially appreciated the welcoming amenities in the room, including a great selection of coffee and the Ninja coffee pod machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms and bathrooms are impressively spacious, with plenty of room to relax comfortably. It never feels cramped, which really adds to the overall experience. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, making every stay smooth and enjoyable. Another big plus for us is the leisure facilities—the jacuzzi and pool are a great bonus and perfect for unwinding. On top of that, the on-site parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced, which is one of the main reasons we keep choosing this hotel when visiting York. "The location is easy to access and only 10 mins walk to old town. The hotel breakfast was very tasty. The room facilities were good and easy to control. If night light can be installed then this is good for walking to toilet without switching on any lights to disturb another half."

"Great value room in a lovely rural location, reasonably close to York. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. I had a good quiet night’s sleep. Evening meal in the restaurant was fine, but a bit overpriced for what it was and service in the restaurant was friendly but slow. I would definitely stay again though if I was in the area."
