"As soon as I arrived, I called the front desk because the window was open, and there was a lot of dust. They took care of it quickly, and even helped me stay more comfortable. I was very satisfied with the beer and wine coupons. They even gave me access to the 20th floor. The view and music were the best! I've been traveling a lot, but I don't think there's a place like this for this price. You can enjoy wild fish right in front of the port. It's really the best."

"I stopped by as a transit point on my way from Busan to Gangwon-do.
I was looking for a room for a couple with an elementary school child, and I chose Alto Hotel because it provided two large beds.
In conclusion, it is a hotel with great value for money.
The staff is friendly, clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The bathroom and shower are nice.
I would definitely visit again."

"It's new and clean. It's a shower, it's a new hair dryer, it's a big TV, it's connected to YouTube and Netflix.
But I hope you turn off the music in the hallway at night, and I'm worried because I can hear it at night for generations.
There are food and entertainment around."

"Located in Yeongju, it is accessible to the surroundings, and there are cup noodles and toast in the lobby on the first floor for free. (I expected that I would provide Kimbap for breakfast in the previous review, but I didn't provide Kimbap because of summer food addiction)

"A luxurious and yet affordable hotel with friendly staff and a very nice owner. He gave us many tips about what to do in Yeongju and helped us plan our activities. The breakfast was delicous and they have an excellent Café Latte. The tea and the apples were also very delicious. The hotel also regards sustainability as very important, grow their own salad and offer many eco-friendly products in their rooms. The rooms itself are a pleasure to live in, with a comfortable bed with smooth sheets and a clean and well-equipped bathroom. We can warmly recommend staying at this accomodation!"

"When I booked with Trip.com, I was a little embarrassed at first because there was no room information or check-in method, and when I told you that the smell of cigarettes was smelling at the hostel, he changed it right away. I liked the bathtub and TV because it was big."
