Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.
We are family travelers with 2 young kids and booked the tatami room, however when we reached, we found the tatami room is not the normal tatami style with traditional futons. In website, it’s indicated as “Tatami room (Dog Friendly)”, we thought it’s just a tatami room, but it’s actually the room is dedicated for those bring dogs, so the information in website is a little bit misleading. There is a dog cage in the room and it’s not able to remove.
We booked for 4 pax, only one bedsheet was found in the room, and we have to set up the futons by ourselves, which is not convenient for foreigners.
We feedback to the staff on day 1, after that, they immediately attended to our issues. Here we would like to specially thank Mr. Shekhar Bhandari. He is patient and nice. He helped us change the room on day 2 when available. On day 2, he also provided us a free drinks during dinner.
The food has a few selections. The staff here are polite. Overall, we are satisfied with the service.
The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car.
The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appointment with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨
The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆

It's nice to have it 🎵 The BBQ was voluminous with big meats, sausages, and fish ♡ No bath, no toilet (separate toilets for men and women and a large public bath are available outside) 4Bed room Capacity: 2 to 4 people Shared Fire pit (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only) ◉Room facilities ・Internet (Wi-Fi connection) ・Air conditioner ・Refrigerator ・Hair dryer ・Humidifying air purifier ・Kettle ・Kotatsu (winter only) Very mellow water quality as it uses underground water from Mt. Fuji 🎵 is said to be the attraction, and the large public bath warmed my body and felt good ♡
The hotel is adjacent to Lake Yamanaka, and there are direct buses from Shinjuku and Gotemba. Each room is a trailer, and some rooms face Mount Fuji. Although it is partially blocked, the overall environment is very good, with a bathtub, a sauna, and firewood and charcoal for barbecue, which is a great experience.
This hotel is completely self-service, including check-in procedures. You check in at the machine by filling in the 6-digit number obtained by the reservation, and then the machine will tell you the designated room and door lock password. I booked it on Ctrip Business Travel, but the order did not give me this 6-digit number, so I couldn't check in on site. Later, I called the hotel and communicated for a long time. The hotel sent a guy to help me complete the check-in. It is recommended that Ctrip report this problem to the supplier and solve it.

I could not set the temperature of the shower in the hot spring room. It was too hot and too cold and there was only water. I am troubled. The shower in the room was still better.
It was a nice view of Mt. Fuji from the window.

AAnonymous UserThis is a family-run inn run by an elderly couple. The rooms are very clean and tidy. We booked a Japanese-style room with a warm and soft quilt on the tatami. We don't have to worry about not getting used to it. We can see Swan Lake and Mount Fuji from our room (if the weather is good). Grandpa and grandma run this inn very attentively. When we went there that day, it happened to be the Yamanakako Fireworks Festival. Grandpa and grandma introduced this event to us and gave us free tickets. It was a bit rainy that day, so grandpa lent us an umbrella and drove us to the event venue. The drone show and fireworks were beautiful! He also said that if we wanted to watch the red leaf festival at night and the sunrise in the morning, he could drive us there. The hot spring in the public bath was very comfortable. After washing my body, I soaked in it and all the fatigue of the day disappeared~
The location is only four minutes away from Hirano Beach, which is very convenient if you want to watch the sunrise at Yamanakako.
In terms of transportation, we took the express bus from Shinjuku, Tokyo, all the way to the terminal: Yamanakako Hirano. After getting off the bus, it takes five minutes to walk to the B&B. There is a 711 next to Hirano Station and there are also some restaurants nearby. You can check the business hours on Google Maps and choose one.
GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant staff. It was the season of autumn leaves, so I had to clean up the dead leaves outside early in the morning. Thanks to such a staff, it became a good memory of this trip. I was very happy with the little consideration. My son was very happy with the potato chips he received while waiting at the reception. I would like to use it again. It's not the service and facilities of a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a sticker, but it takes time for hot water to come out. Please wait patiently as it is a problem with the equipment. It may take 3 to 5 minutes... The usage time of the communal bath is posted at the entrance, but just in case, it is better to tell them that you will use it and the time you will use it. It's a shared bathroom, so I don't know if you can use it at your desired time, but I'm sure the bath will be ready by that time. There are two entrance doors, so it would be nice to have a sign for the reception entrance. There may be individual differences in the evaluation of this pension, but for me it was a good place to relax.
GGuest UserThe location is near the mountain lake, the facilities are complete, there are parking spaces, the room has a separate toilet and bathroom, the wet and dry separation is very good, there is an induction cooker for cooking, and you can barbecue the stars, opposite to Mount Fuji.
カカルピンチョA quiet inn in a forest about a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Yamanakako. An inn with an image similar to that of a youth hostel. This stay was for 5 adults and was a room with a board space between 8 tatami mats. The cospa was the best because it was split by 5 people. The check-in time was told in advance, but when the schedule changed and we arrived early, the front desk was absent. It seems that only one person is responding, and the phone seems to be difficult to connect. If you have any questions, it seems better to ask them all at once. Reception until 10pm. Room facilities include TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea / cup, and bath towel. There is no yukata or toothbrush. It was not cold at all because I paid a heating fee of 1000 yen and put a stove in the room in winter. Baths and wash basins use shared facilities. The bath is available from 19:00. There is no meal service, but there are several restaurants if you walk to the lake. At the inn there were cup noodle sales and vending machines. An inn with a style that you do yourself. There is no excess service, and I think that is reflected in the price. Comfortable enough.
