"Aside from the location, it was a very good hotel. There is a free shuttle service between Weishan Station and the hotel. When booking, if you tell them your high-speed train time, they will pick you up on time, and when you return, you can ask the front desk and they will take you back to the station. You need to walk about 15 minutes to Weishan Ancient City, a tourist attraction. The room was clean and very spacious, and you could control the curtains and lights with your voice. The toilet and shower room were separate, and all the necessary amenities were provided. If you are going to Weibaoshan, you can buy advance tickets at the front desk, which are cheaper than same-day tickets, so I recommend buying them in advance."

"Couldn't believe we found such a fantastic guesthouse in Weishan! The location is perfect, right next to Weishan's only park and very close to the ancient town. They have their own parking, which is super convenient. There are plenty of common areas to just relax and soak in the atmosphere. The rooms are fully smart-equipped, which is a really nice touch, and having two sinks in the bathroom is a major plus! The hotel breakfast is unique; you get to choose and experience a meal from one of the three most famous local specialty breakfast spots. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality. And finally, the owner is beautiful and kind, and the coffee flows freely! ☕"

The family can live on the 1st floor with inconvenient legs and feet. The large windows are also lighted. There is a large terrace on the 3rd floor to dry clothes. It's located in a great location within the ancient town. Service: The owner was very friendly, even though I was out early and back late. On my first day, I was working late and the main door was locked, but I called the owner to open it. Facilities: There are several tea rooms and rest areas, creating a feeling of being nestled in the mountains and by the water. The guesthouse itself has views and a courtyard. However, the bathroom's wet and dry separation wasn't very good, and the shower pressure wasn't very strong. The convenience of being in the ancient town is great, but the downside is that the old wooden structure has poor sound insulation, and the accommodation space is cramped. The tatami room, about 30 square meters, had a large area dedicated to a tea table. With two suitcases open, it was almost impossible to move around, and people were jumping around on the bed! 😂 The room had a courtyard view, and there was a guqin (a traditional Chinese stringed instrument) area right by the window where children would play and relax, which was quite noisy. Privacy was also poor; I could only keep the curtains drawn. The seats near the entrance were often occupied by people chatting and relaxing. Hygiene: It can't be compared to chain hotels. Small black spots and particles were found on the bath towels and bedding. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. Being close to nature, some small insects and moths are unavoidable. Suitable for travelers who are out early and back late, and who prioritize decor and convenience."

"The biggest surprise of my Weishan trip was the 'Xishe' guesthouse! The entire courtyard is charmingly antique, with a truly unique design where every step reveals a new beautiful view. Sunbathing on the wooden veranda upstairs was incredibly therapeutic. Not only is the environment stunning, but the hospitality is also exceptional. The landlady is warm, generous, and incredibly elegant. During our stay, she helped us with many small daily issues, making us feel like we were visiting old friends – so warm and thoughtful. Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady: while relaxing at the guesthouse, I heard her playing songs by Chang Chen-yue and Stefanie Sun! They're all my favorite artists, her taste is simply divine! Listening to my favorite tunes in such a beautiful courtyard truly set the perfect ambiance. Full recommendation, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weishan!"

The common areas are well-designed, with a fireplace that brings warmth on cold winter nights, plus a self-service kitchen and washing machine. The rooms feature 'Xiao Du' smart controls, automatic flush toilets, and a wonderfully comfortable hot shower on winter evenings. There's also air conditioning in the room, so it never gets too cold. Environment: The environment looks exactly like the photos, with tasteful design. Though the courtyard is small, it's very pleasant, offering delightful photo opportunities everywhere.
