Excellent boutique hotel. Room was incredible, bright & airy, clean & brand new with comfortable bed & thick soft towels. Great staff, special thank you to the woman at check in, so very kind & helpful. Located at quiet leafy new neighborhood at edge of town. There were a few restaurants & stores nearby. Old town about 15 minutes walk away. A nice park right behind the hotel (down the steps) Do note that breakfast is at an outside eatery, their offerings were minimal.

This is truly a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, right in the heart of the ancient town. Strolling around, exploring the streets and alleys, and discovering some of Weishan's most distinctive snacks are all just steps away – making travel incredibly convenient. The courtyard is elegant and soothing, with white walls and lush greenery creating a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are attentive and friendly, responding promptly to any needs – truly thoughtful and considerate.

The guesthouse boasts exquisite decor and high-quality amenities. The beams and pillars in the second-floor rooms are refurbished from valuable antique wood, creating a clean and tidy space with a touch of historical artistry. The owner is extremely attentive to guest requests, patiently sharing his travel and shopping experiences with guests. Overall, the accommodation and service at this price point are highly recommended!

Facilities: The common areas are very spacious, and the lounge areas in the lobby and atrium are very comfortable. It’s perfect for making your own tea, reading, or listening to music! Plus, the entire guesthouse is very well-designed, with photo opportunities at every corner. Breakfast is provided daily, along with coffee☕. There are also complimentary welcome fruits and unlimited coffee available all day. Service: Both the owner and staff are excellent👌🏻. They are always responsive to requests and very well-organized! They offer recommendations for activities and can even help arrange transportation. It's really great! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Weishan!

It's super fast, super, and beautiful. The room is so new and everything is clean. The owner of the B&B is super nice. He even gave us his own tea as a small gift when we left. The yard is super beautiful, with a small pond and beautiful fish. In the evening, we said we were going to visit the ancient city. The boss also taught us how to close the door of the B&B (it was the kind of door that used to be bolted). I love Weishan so much that I can’t bear to leave. T T I will stay here again next time.

Weishan was a pleasant surprise during the trip to Dali, and Liang Family Courtyard was a big surprise during the trip to Weishan! Although the average courtyard in Dali is small, this is a big courtyard! It is also an ancient building with a name marked on the map of Weishan Ancient City. It is very simple and elegant, the room is spacious, and the lighting and ventilation are excellent. Open the front window to see the front yard, open the back window to see the back yard, just like a lady sitting on the railing and watching the clouds rise~ And the cost performance is very high. If you want to live in an ancient building, there is no need to live in Yunxi😄 The ancient city is not big, and living here is close to everything. The key is that you get a coupon for breakfast and can choose one of the four famous snacks in the ancient city. I ate Wangji rice noodles and Su Lao San Yi Gu noodles. Yigu noodles are really delicious! Remember to get there early, there won't be many people there before 9 o'clock.

I haven't stayed at a Hanting Hotel for many years. This time, I experienced the newly opened 3.5 version in Weishan. It was very simple, practical, and clean, with no unnecessary items, making the space very bright. However, they were very strict about the check-out time. I repeatedly emphasized that I had to check out at 12 o'clock, and they only extended it to 1 o'clock. After that, I had to pay extra. It wasn't peak season, and the hotel wasn't fully booked. I thought check-out was usually at 2 o'clock!

You don't usually expect much from a hotel near a railway station, but this one's actually pretty decent and the owners are super welcoming. We even got upgraded to a bigger room with a mahjong table and spent a good chunk of time playing card games. The room comes with TV, AC, hairdryer, few bottles of water, some tea, and toiletries. Keep in mind: all rooms have squat toilets. Still, for the price, I'm really happy with this stay

Before setting off, I was looking for various B&Bs and I was attracted by this courtyard as soon as I saw it. When I arrived, I found that the courtyard itself was much more beautiful than the pictures. Who knows about the rocking chair! ! ! And what I love more after coming here is that the B&B is very close to the ancient city but not inside the ancient city. Although the ancient city is not that commercialized, you will feel that you are not exposed to the real Weishan Mountain when you stay in the ancient city. In addition to looking good, the bed is also really comfortable! ! After a long walk, I lay down on the bed and melted away. With the sound of running water outside the window, I loved it so much! Moreover, the shopkeeper is kind-hearted and responsive to all requests, hahahaha

My best Homestay in Yunnan so far! The owner is really kind, he gives many recommandations, and more importantly he speaks English! The place is really well situated, and is also really clean. Definitely go there if you're going to Weishan!
