GGuest UserStaying four times in a row for three consecutive years, you can see the absolute affirmation of Minyue Xiaozhu! The location is excellent, one step away from the bustling ancient city; if you don't want to be too noisy, it is also very comfortable to bask in the sun, drink tea and chat in the yard. I want to move it, there is a table tennis table on the first floor, and the whole family likes it very much. By the way, the beautiful boss and family are very friendly, and the sugar water and rice cakes on the first day of the new year are very amazing!

In the end, I still tried it. The stay was very good, the boss was warm and polite, and fully showed the essence of our Yunnan people, Dali people, simple and kind. The room is comfortable, I don’t know if it’s a new decoration, but the cleanliness is real, the refreshing is also true, there are free snacks and small happy water, the children are very happy, not worth a few dollars but people feel very good ～ The location is really good, that is, not in the core old city, The house will not be so old and cramped, it is on the edge of this small ancient city, and it is also in the ancient city, and the check-in points of the park, the Confucian Temple, and the Pioneer Bookstore around the ancient city are basically covered within ten minutes. Finally, let’s talk about those bad reviews. Can you say that everyone has their own standards, some bad reviews are indeed a bit critical. FFaiza LeithTo escape the frenzy of Kunming ancient town, we took a 2.5 hr train ride to Weishan - an authentic, uncommercialized old town with the splendid Yuan Chuang Yi Su hotel.
The bed is super comfortable, and the window seat great for relaxing after a truly hot shower. Sanitized towels are delivered daily in sealed bags and CGTN for foreign guests is available on a huge TV!
Yuan Chuang Yi Su's owner is a Mensch. His fluency in English and passion for his adopted town enriched our China trip. He sensed my vegetarian needs and whisked me off to the local market!
Yuan Chuang Yi Su is the smartest, but the least expensive of our 28 day trip in Guangdong - Yunnan.
We relished the smart set-up, the gleaming interior and delightful neighborhood of eateries.
The hotel is truly a train-rider's dream: just 25 minute walk away from Weishan Railway station and 5 minutes from the inexpensive tourist buses that take you as far as Weibaoshan and East Lotus Village.

zhaoyueI really like Donglianhua Village, which has a strong Islamic style. The owner of the inn, Pony, is super handsome and enthusiastic. He invited me to have dinner. His courtyard is clean and beautiful, and the rooms are also full of ethnic style, with small horse lanterns. The caravan culture is very authentic. I feel like I am a Ma Guotou. It is very convenient to go to Weishan Ancient City from the village. There is a minibus at the entrance of the village, which goes directly to Weishan Ancient City. The bus runs every half an hour. If you catch up with the market day, you can take the minibus. Go to Dianzhong Street or Temple Street to see the rich market. There is cattle and sheep trading. It is very interesting. It is a good place to learn more about Weishan County. The people are simple and warm. I like it very much.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous! The courtyard was so cozy; it was so relaxing to just sit there and daydream when I didn't have to go out. It's located in the old town, but not too close to the main road, so it was very quiet. I slept soundly every night for three nights! It's also very close to the main road of the old town – just a one-minute walk to the right after you leave. It's also very close to the popular Fan Ji Spicy Restaurant. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and they provided disposable toiletries. Since it's a guesthouse, the soundproofing isn't the best, but the manager thoughtfully provided earplugs. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserConverted shop house into homestay inn, along the major highway outside the train station. Location is just opposite the station of about 500m. Room is spacious and clean with squat toilet. Water for bath is hot essential during the cold weather. Waking distance of about 1km to ancient town town or take electric shuttle if RMB 2 per trip.

The reason I fancy this inn is that the room is very comfortable and the traffic in and out of the ancient city is very convenient! Very close to famous attractions such as the museum, and very close to the snack street! Especially the handmade fried dough stick shop is right next to it! Very recommended! I will book this next time!

XXinyueIt was my first time to stay in a youth hostel, and I met a group of very interesting friends. I went to a nearby village with my friends. We all bought food, cooked, drank tea and chatted together. We ate hometown dishes from all over the world, such as Yangzhou fried rice, Northeastern cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, the bathroom in the girls' room is very clean, the quilts and covers are very comfortable and clean, the facilities are complete, including a hair dryer and the ability to wash clothes. In short, it is a comfortable and happy stay. Weishan is a small town suitable for slowly experiencing life, boss The shop is a warm place to stay. (By the way, when I pick vegetables for cooking every day, it is really the most lively place in the whole street. Almost every wave of tourists passing by can't help but take a look inside, haha)

The room was clean and tidy, the decor was cozy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful sleep.
At night, the courtyard glows with warm yellow lights, and you'll occasionally run into other guests and chat. Everyone is so friendly, and you never feel lonely.
Overall, this stay was truly wonderful. If you're a solo traveler, or simply looking for a quiet and beautiful place to relax, I highly recommend this courtyard and will definitely stay here again.

The room has little to none surfaces to put your own stuff. Room had no table, I had to ask for one, and it was delivered. So at least they tried to deliver an acceptable service.
You can hear how your neighbors from all sides take shower or use toilet. Constant sound of loud running water. Sound isolation is terrible. After listening to all that for few hours, I packed my stuff and went to a nearby hotel.
Would not recommend to anyone.
