"Great service, easy check-in/check-out, pool was running on time reservations which was ok. Hard to get the hot tub unless you really tried to be on top of your reserved time. Lots of people bring their kids to this hotel btw. They did their best to accommodate our late checkout time, and were absolutely polite and helpful when answering everything.
Rooms were clean, one of the coffee cup lids did have a coffee stain on it which meant the cleaning staff didn’t change them from the previous guests maybe? But overall quiet and clean."

"I like this hotel very much. The room is big and has a kitchen so you can cook simple meals yourself. The transportation is also very convenient. It is next to Wayne's shopping mall. I stayed in this hotel for three days, went to Philadelphia and came back and stayed here for another 5 days. It was a great experience."

"Lovely place. Family friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable with a hob, fridge, iron, and hair dryer. They have a laundry on the 2nd floor, which is available 24 hours, which is very handy. I would highly recommend this place for families with children. My daughter has allergies to certain food, so this hotel was a blessing as I could cook for her without being worried about what she would eat."

"For what it was, it was an older cheap no-thrills hotel that got the job done. I was moving across the country and needed a place to stay for 2 weeks and Quality Inn served that role well."

"Cleaning is a big issue. When we entered the room we noticed a visible blood stain on the sheet. The room service changed it right away but we were so disgusted and asked to change the room, which they did. Overall, rooms needs many updates, Mattress squeak, desk chairs are old and one had a back zipper torn, bathrooms and shower towels also need update."

"Overall good, the new Indian general manager is amiable and hands-on. The water is hot and there is a bathtub to soak in. It's just that you can smell the odor after entering the door, maybe the new management will eliminate these odors soon. There is a restaurant opened by Fujianese next to the hotel, which tastes very good and is worth tasting."
