"This hotel is very distinctive in an old building, so there is no new hotel equipment except the elevator, and even the door lock is an old key door lock. Breakfast is very good and worth trying. The room is spacious and hygienic, but I am not sure if all the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Our room is not, so the hotel has two fans in the room. The traffic is also very convenient, two minutes downstairs to the tram stop to go to various attractions and stations."

"Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him."

"We really liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was great, the coffee as well. We got a quiet room, which we enjoyed so much. The location is excellent, everything is within easy reach by underground. We really missed the fridge in the room as neither lunch nor dinner is available at the hotel. The mattress of the bed could have been harder. All in all, we recommended the hotel to everyone if you want to stay at a good place for a reasonable price."

"The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem."

欢欢乐鱼10/10 rating. The quality of a top-notch hotel is shown in a crisis. I had a fall and head injury at the hotel, and their handling has been exemplary. Thanks to Mrs. Trivanovic who administered first aid and contacted ambulance. Thanks to Ms. Anica Bauer and the front office team for checking with me every two hours to ensure I’m alright as I was a senior traveling alone. The reception picks up the call immediately whenever I feel dizzy and insecure. I feel very safe at the hotel. As I don’t speak German, special gratitude to Anica, who helped with buying medication, follow-up communication with the ambulance and hospital, translation, administration and all my needs, always responsive, thoughtful and patient.
This aside, the hotel has direct train from airport, the breakfast is outstanding with even diet jam, delicious omelette, tomato juice., etc, the room is spacious. Highly recommended.

Hotel service is OK, conversion head is free to borrow. It is all rooms that want a view of the Danube River, you have to add money!
European hotel rooms are the same size, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is OK to buy fast food.
DM supermarkets can buy daily necessities!

Rich variety of breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Vienna Main Station, and there is a tram passing by the door. The Belvedere Palace is next door, which makes it convenient for us to explore this beautiful city.
The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem at all with luggage storage.
We had a great time here and look forward to visiting again in the future.

LLivvyirvThis hotel was lovely. Very clean and good decent sized rooms. Good location from the train station, just over the road so although we found it was a little walk to get to places which we didn’t mind we also had the option to take the metro and train which all located very close. Staff helpful and have a luggage storage. Beds in the room very comfortable.
There are takeaway close by and restaurants for bite to eats and reasonably priced as outside the centre.

Communication with the team was excellent and instructions to gain access really simple. The app based comms and smart card makes everything speedy and really clear.
Ideally located in centre next to the main station, it's bright modern really well equiped and spacious high end studio apartment

SSinan OtluThe room was nice, but card was needed for the lights to function. Air conditioning was not working. I liked, that guests could receive drinking water at reception. I did not like, that the reception had to ask about the reservation confirmation and see that we reserved breakfast. My expectation is that they see it on the system already. Breakfast variety was nice, everything was to be found except olives. But the food on the buffet was not replenished at all or very slow. Every food refreshed on the buffet vanished in 2 minutes, because people were waiting for it for ages. Near the end of the breakfast, coffee machines were covered, so that we could not have one last coffee before leaving.

GGuest UserThere is no reception to help you to check in or check out. We do not know Germany, it is difficult to use the translation to fill in the form to complete the self-help check in. The room has everything you need to cook. It is very useful. There is no cleaning or rubbish bags. We need to clean the place and even to mop the house.
