"Rooms were clean and comfortable. LO enjoyed the bunk bed and mini interactive encounter (lit-up pretend key hole and mirror) in the room. Staffs were all very professional and hospitable. Breakfast experience would be better if the items were not repetitive. Arrived at the hotel using the airport shuttle straight to the hotel. It's a short walking distance to bayside station for the monorail to Disneyland and Disneysea if u missed the shuttle bus. There is shuttle bus straight to Maihama station for the JR trains too. It saves the hassle of having to switch from disney monorail to city train with luggage in tow. Didnt manage to use the amenities. Outdoor pool was close for the season, indoor pool charges a fee for use for non club members."
"Very nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk."
"Family 6 person (father, mother, 7 age, 5 years old, 3 years old, 1 year old), stayed for 2 consecutive nights.
There are three bedrooms, decorated with each theme, and the children were happy to sleep in their favorite room of 々.
I am satisfied as an inn.
After that, there was a small child, so it would have been nice to have a baby circle installed on the stairs."

"Very close to Urayasu subway station, only two or three minutes away from the subway, the subway also has an elevator, friendly to tourists. Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour supermarket, which is very convenient. There are also many places to eat and drug stores downstairs. Luggage can be stored on the day of departure and needs to be retrieved before 5 pm. There are bottled water and self-service coffee. The staff is friendly. The hotel has an elevator to the floor. The accommodation area is relatively large compared to Tokyo. The three-person room can open two 24-inch luggage and can cook. The disadvantage is that the location is a little far from the city center."
The Pension Unbirthday provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Pension Unbirthday is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Urayasu. With JR Shin-Urayasu Station just 2km away and Haneda Airport only 25km away, transportation is very convenient. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Urayasu Children's Adventure Field, Oedo Onsen Monogatari Urayasu Mangekyo and 境川ふれあいの道 all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"I was very satisfied with the hospitality that was too much! I was able to take a bath according to the time to go home, keep the heating on, and besides, I was able to spoil the color 々. I feel like I was allowed to stay at my relative's house. I wanted to see the landlord again and go to stay.
■ access
Taxi is convenient from D. Bus is also available from Shin Urayasu Station. It is also close to the bus stop.
■ Amenities
Most of them are left. Since it is a rinse-in shampoo, we recommend that you bring it with you if you are particular about it. There is no baby shampoo.
You can also use a washing machine and bathroom dryer for an additional fee. There is a clothesline near the air conditioner in the room, so if you just dry something a little wet, even the air conditioner ◎.
The refrigerator also has paid drinks (tea, beer). It is a conscientious price.
■ segment difference
There is a staircase in front of the entrance and the width is narrow, so wheelchairs may be difficult. The entrance porch was wide and two strollers were placed.
■ buy い things
Convenience stores are also within walking distance, but we recommend buying and returning. I asked for delivery because it was late at night.
I want the landlord to be fine forever. I will use it again."
"I used this hotel the night before going to TDL.
Guests can leave their luggage in the coin lockers even before check-in, which was very convenient.
We were also able to check in 30 minutes early, which was great as I was able to rest before meeting up with the rest of my family."
"It's a good quiet and cozy location if you are going Disneyland. They have bus cater to Disneyland and back. The cleanliness are top notch as they are also relatively new. The staff are all friendly and try to help me whatever you need. The whole check in and out process was pleasant. Despite having small comfy room, they include bathtub, so there's still a enjoyment to it. They also have shoe dryer in the room, so there's no worry if you went out getting your shoe wet. At night the also provide unlimited small supper, my time was Chazuke, totally love it! Don't expect gym, swimming pool or anything but is one of the best place you can find if you want to hang around Maihama or having trip to Disneyland. Definitely would go and stay again! :)"
"amazing hotel for its convenience, cleanliness especially travelling with a toddler.
Location: maximum 10mins walking to Disneyland entrance
Room: large space, no issues with 2 large + 2 small luggages to be open at the same time. Toilet is also very spacious, perfect to bathe children. Clean.
Convenience: right opposite ikspiara with food court, restaurants, bakeries (to get breakfast during the queuing to the theme park). Hotel is attached to the JR station."
"Disney Official Hotel was the best!
The Disney amenities, the cute Minnie in the hotel lobby, the sofa, and the hotel staff were all polite and impressive!
The bus to Tokyo Disney Resort is free and it was convenient to go to the hotel by train!
There is also a paid service that delivers luggage to the hotel from Disney Store Bon Voyage at Maihama Station, which was convenient.
Before checking in at the hotel, I left my big luggage and enjoyed the first day slowly.
Compared to other official hotels, I felt that the distance of 20 minutes by bus was far, but the cost performance was also good, so it is recommended for families.
Best of all, we were able to use Happy Entry! It's only Disneyland, but I put it in 15 minutes before, so I was able to ride all the rides I wanted to ride in the morning.
I was impressed that I could get it just by this! Definitely recommend 🤎
My son was very excited with children's pajamas and toothbrush slippers 🏰"

Outstanding
EEileen LimI was pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in at around 12 PM. Upon arrival, I received a thoughtful welcome gift—chocolates—which was such a sweet gesture.
The experience at the hotel was delightful, especially being able to enjoy the Disneyland fireworks from the lounge. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, including both Western and Japanese dishes.
Additionally, the shuttle bus service to the station was very convenient and appreciated.

DDatsun95It is now my 4th stay here at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay.
I like to visit Japan every few months and Hyatt Tokyo Bay is such a great location. There is a free shuttle bus to the station and the Disneyland and Disney Sea stops almost every hour.
The staff are incredibly helpful as soon as I enter the Hotel. Greeted nicely and promptly. Check in is very quick and all questions are answered right away. The staff speak English well. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby which is useful for when I need quick cash.
Just being greeted by cleaning staff and lobby staff when I walk around is great to see and very comforting.
The location feels very local compared to downtown Tokyo. There are a few convenience stores around the area with some shopping centers and local department stores in the area. Some are a 15-20 min walk but you can take some buses that are scheduled at certain times. If you can research what is around the area and the bus schedules, you will not have any issues if you think that this location is too far from the city center.
I found that there are Buses from major downtown stations that bring you directly to Tokyo Bay as well. I have not had any issues getting back to my hotel when it gets late.
The room is always impressive and I always get a smile whenever I return. There is free water, coffee, tea and other amenities available. I really appreciate that they include an Iron and Ironing board. Something I’ve noticed not available in some other Hotel chains that cost much more.
The Bathroom is impressive as well. Hyatt Tokyo Bay set the standard for me and I always see myself comparing other hotel chains to Hyatt Tokyo Bay whenever I stay elsewhere. Roof deck is amazing. Gym is very nice, clean and convenient. Hotel restaurant is amazing. I cannot say enough about this Hotel.
Bravo,Bravo, Bravo Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay.
Will always be a staple stay in my Tokyo Travel itinerary.

BBrock.DownsDuring our visit to Tokyo DisneySea, we stayed here for two nights. Check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The hotel’s location was quite convenient for getting back and forth from DisneySea as well. Our room was comfortable, with a large bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disney Resort.

AADOPTfamilyAll good except badly need an extractor in the restaurant for breakfast. After every morning's breakfast meal, come away smelling of hamburger!😝
Good location near Shin Urayasu train and bus station, bus limo to/from Haneda and Narita @1300yen and 2300yen makes it convenient. Parking is expensive so need to price in if renting car. Shuttle to Disney offered
Free drinks (including bee and sparkling wine) and snacks available in the evening which is a nice touch

EEnyu GongI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located just a short monorail ride away from Tokyo Disney Resort, this hotel is an ideal choice for families, couples, and solo travelers looking to explore the magic of Disney or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway.
The hotel’s proximity to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea is unbeatable. The complimentary shuttle bus and easy access to the Disney Resort Line make it incredibly convenient to travel to and from the parks. Despite being so close to the bustling Disney area, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat, offering stunning views of Tokyo Bay.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I stayed in a Bay View Room, and waking up to the sight of the bay every morning was absolutely breathtaking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring. The only minor drawback was that the decor felt slightly dated, but it was still well-maintained and cozy.

AAnthony YeowThe room is very spacious for up to 4 person staying. Inside the room had leg massage machine too.
They had public Onsen but very crowed as expected.
They offered free transportation to Disney Land or Disney Sea. Very convenience for those going there.
Down stair level 1 also have convenience store.
Breakfast is nice and full of choice. For the remaining 4 days, I booked all the breakfasts with them.
Spoilt for choice.
Only setback is, if you need to get to the train station, you need to take public bus no 3 to train station . About 8 stops. Other than that, it is value for money with such spacious hotel in Tokyo especially
A dream land for kids as there are small play ground for them as well

JJoyxxIt's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.

JJenna4PeaceGreat location. Busses to and from the hotel, Disney's, and trams are available and come around often. The facility has many restaurants, a Disney store, and a convenient store, but I do suggest getting extra amenities or dine around Maihama Station if you're on a budget. The room are quit retro and have everything you need. Sleeping wise beds are okay, pillows though are like flat sponges. Staying here is fine if you're looking for affordability near the parks.

Ddfung17Walking distance to DisneySea, about 8mins. 5mins away from Lawson's and 10mins from a Ramen restaurant with a Family Mart beside. A nice selection of ammenities at your disposal and the leg massage was a nice touch (from all the walking in the parks). Simple but good breakfast!

GGuest UserWe knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney).
The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping.
We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.
