YyudagonThis was our first stay, and it was a fantastic hotel with a great location and clean rooms! The price was affordable, and they even had free lockers to store our luggage the next day. There's a restaurant right next door, which was perfect for dinner after the park closed. The rooms are shoe-free, which was excellent since we have a 3-year-old. We've stayed at Disney hotels before, but this one was just as convenient. While it doesn't offer 'Happy Endings' (early park entry/benefits), it was definitely a great hotel for enjoying our trip during the off-peak season. We'd love to stay here again!

KKristina SihuiWe arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

HHanson Z.The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle. There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying necessities incredibly easy. There's also a restaurant with very reasonable prices, much cheaper than inside Disney, making dining a great value. Overall, it's clean and tidy, and the service is good. I had a comfortable stay and give it a positive review.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. The hotel sits right by Bayside Station, which makes getting to Tokyo DisneySea quick and straightforward. A shopping mall with a good range of restaurants and shops is also only two stations away, which is useful for meals outside the parks. The room is much larger than a typical city-center hotel in Tokyo and offers strong value for the price. We booked a twin room, but the beds felt closer to a super-king in size and were very comfortable. The only real weakness is that the hotel itself feels a bit dated. The overall atmosphere and finishes show their age, even though the stay remains comfortable and practical. For a Disney trip, it is a solid choice if spacious rooms, convenient park access, and good value matter more than a fully modern look

ZzhangxiaotingTraveling to Disneyland with kids was a breeze thanks to this hotel. The free shuttle was incredibly convenient, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. The bathroom facilities were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries were POLA, which is a nice touch. It truly felt like a classic five-star hotel. We were very satisfied.

PPutaozhuerxiaoThe hotel is huge, and the rooms have cute cartoon decor that kids will love. Opening the balcony door gives you a beautiful sea view, like spring blossoms. The service is incredibly thoughtful; all the Chinese staff we met were so friendly! They even provide complimentary facial cleanser and lotion. It's super close to the Disney train station, just across the street. There are also free arcade games in the lobby, we had a blast playing Super Mario!

YYuwengongThe facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but for a double room, we could push the beds together, which made sleeping more comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, and it's very close to Disneyland, making transport convenient. However, on day 1, around 10 PM, when we arrived at Maihama Station, we found there were no more shuttle buses (though other hotels still had their last bus), which was a bit inconvenient. We ended up having to walk all the way, and it was quite a distance.

BBarton-HarperI was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too. The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay. The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel. The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride. The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options. Overall I was happy with my stay.

EErick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
