"My family and I had an excellent stay at Ibis. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. When I had a special request they were able to be of good assistance. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with many good options. The location was excellent as it's right next to the entrance to the train station, about 50m away. That means taxis were very easy to get, and there is a 24h convenience store and food options in the same plaza. Taxi to the main city center was a quick 20 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel if you're considering it!"

"The hotel boasts luxurious decor with a strong Southern Xinjiang vibe. There's a night market and vineyards nearby to explore. After touring Northern Xinjiang for 7 days, spending the last two days chilling in Turpan was incredibly comfortable! Although the outdoor temperature was high, the hotel's air conditioning was powerful. Even sipping hot tea at the hotel's on-site cafe, Putao Pub & Bar, didn't feel hot at all. The front desk staff, Ziba and Xiao Zha, were exceptionally professional. Every time we called, they responded quickly and enthusiastically resolved our issues. When we first arrived, we weren't familiar with the bathroom fixtures and thought they were broken. We used the smart speaker to call the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to show us how to use them. Their service during several follow-up calls was also patient and gentle, leaving a wonderful impression. They truly live up to a five-star hotel's front desk standards. The restaurant, located by the pool, has splendid decor and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was also delicious, especially the grape juice and lamb dumplings. This wasn't the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Xinjiang, but it offered the best experience."

"Facilities: The room is very clean, full of small flower tiles, very beautiful, the toilet is electric, the towels and bedding are also very comfortable. I wanted to try it out, and I immediately extended my stay after arriving. Service: Miss Adila is beautiful and cute. She found a chartered driver for us in advance. We had a whole day in Turpan and had a great time. Every day when we returned to the B&B, iced watermelon was already prepared. On the first day of our stay, the lady had already turned on the air conditioner in advance, and we immediately went from the big furnace of Turpan to a cool world. Environment: The B&B is divided into Blocks AB, which form an independent small courtyard. There are also two grape vines, pheasants and peacocks. The sincerity and romance of the B&B can be felt in every corner. Although we were only in Turpan for two days, the enthusiasm and kindness of the people of Xinjiang made us come again!"

"Amazing english speaking team on reception who help you plan trips in the area. Wandou the golden retriever is absolutely incredible and worth staying here for alone! Lovely common areas and cheap laundry service Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

We had a twin room, but even in this type of room the bathroom, including the shower and toilet, is built with glass doors. This means you can see each other while showering or using the toilet. We found this quite uncomfortable. After all, if you choose a twin room, it’s usually because you prefer more privacy. This is something that should definitely be reconsidered."

"This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!"

"This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!"

"This is a detached white villa in the villa complex. Hua Jun stayed there for one night and found it to be more cost-effective, so Yu Shi stayed here for the second night. It was clean and hygienic, and offered sand therapy. The owner was very nice, and the receptionist was very friendly. It was truly a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Turpan."
