We enjoyed our stay at the Turpan Hampton by Hilton very much! Front desk 米然美丽 was very professional and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and provided lots of great tips on local attractions. The room was excellent as well. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is simply the best homestay we have ever stayed in Xinjiang, no doubt about it! The environment is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the decoration style is a bit like a fusion of old money style and ethnic style.. I feel that this is even not inferior to the luxury star hotel we stayed in Sanya... The details are full, the service is super thoughtful, the front desk clerk always has a smile on his face, very friendly and professional, and very good-looking! Always care about the requirements of the guests, and also sent us welcome fruits and desserts! The breakfast buffet is also very good! There are many varieties.. When I left, I also sent delicious rice dumplings for the children.. Overall, this stay experience is really perfect! We will definitely visit this homestay again!

Location wise, its quite central with a big supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the main street of Turpan. Taxi is needed to reach the main sites. Would definitely return here.

The front desk also apologized and sent fruit drinks later, but this low-level mistake really affects the experience and is very amateur. There were also workers working on the swimming pool on the first day. They set up an iron frame in the swimming pool to hang curtains... In short, it gives people a feeling of being unprepared and lacking management. But to be honest, the hotel is very beautiful, the details are in place, and several waiters are very enthusiastic. Overall, it's okay.

It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!
