GGuest UserThe hotel has a view of the desert from the room. Remember to ask for a room on the 8th or 9th floor. The hotel is located in the south of the new city and is very close to the Desert Park. All aspects are good and parking is also convenient.

GGuest UserThis stay at Turpan Manxin Hotel completely exceeded expectations! Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional!
Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels!
I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it. It is truly a benchmark in the Turpan hotel industry! I hope to do better and better!

GGuest UserI came here with a colleague, and the staff kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade and even gave us hand cream, which was a nice touch. I really like the Qishan noodles at this place. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

JJiesuer520The decor has ethnic characteristics, the front desk service is excellent and very welcoming, and the room air conditioning was on, making the temperature just right and comfortable. My initially very satisfied stay was ruined by the attitude of the breakfast restaurant staff. The breakfast selection was extensive, but when I asked where my food was, the server clearing the plates preferred to stand there chatting rather than say a word. Otherwise, everything was fine. I hope the food service staff can receive more training.

GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

GGuest UserThis is a must-stay hotel for the whole family! Convenient transportation, super cool underground parking garage, and the hotel front desk staff are incredibly attentive. The receptionist upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary breakfast! Hahahaha!!! Awesome!!!

The location is very convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can travel without worries.
The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. It allows people to rest at ease. The facilities are complete. All kinds of daily necessities are available.
The service is excellent. The staff are warm and thoughtful and any problems can be solved in a timely manner.
The price/performance ratio is also very high. The price is reasonable and it is definitely worth the money. Highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserI was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

EErjueyeWanzhou Loulan Hotel is located in the center of the county. The hotel is of high quality, with all the facilities and services in place. The hotel business is very popular, and it is difficult to find a parking space, but it can be accommodated after all. To the south of the hotel is Loulan Ancient Street, where you can eat some local flavors.

GGuest UserStayed here on the night of May 5th. After the May Day holiday, not many people were in the hotel. The location is very good, right in the city center, and it is convenient to go anywhere. You can get there by taxi. And local drivers basically know this hotel and can take you directly here by taxi. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The shower facilities and so on are all good. The front desk lady provided good service. Although I only stayed here for one night, I had a very comfortable stay. I like the city of Turpan very much. I will stay here again next time I come.
