We enjoyed our stay at the Turpan Hampton by Hilton very much! Front desk 米然美丽 was very professional and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and provided lots of great tips on local attractions. The room was excellent as well. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a palace and a castle!! I stayed in the wine barrel room, which has more than 200 rooms. It is very creative. There is a special car 🚗 to pick you up every day, and there is a serious, warm and lovely 🙇♂️ front desk service, including breakfast. I stayed here for two days and was able to pick grapes 🍇 to eat. In the underground winery, I learned a lot about wine along the way. The facilities here are perfect, the hygiene is perfect, the environment is perfect, and the service is perfect!!

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

I arrived in the morning and gave two pieces of luggage to the front desk. The front desk said they would deliver them to the room. I went out to play. When I came back in the afternoon, there was no one at the front desk. I waited for a long time. Finally, I went back to the room and found that only one piece of luggage had been delivered. I went back to the front desk to ask and found that my luggage was placed on the sofa opposite the front desk, a public area. The front desk said they were always here. The problem is that there was no one at the front desk when I came. Even if there was always someone, is it really appropriate to put the guests' luggage in the public area? Even if there is no time to deliver it to the room, it is okay to put it behind the front desk. The front desk also apologized and sent fruit drinks later, but this low-level mistake really affects the experience and is very amateur. There were also workers working on the swimming pool on the first day. They set up an iron frame in the swimming pool to hang curtains... In short, it gives people a feeling of being unprepared and lacking management. But to be honest, the hotel is very beautiful, the details are in place, and several waiters are very enthusiastic. Overall, it's okay.

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

It's a very good hotel. It's very comfortable to stay. You feel at home. You can pick grapes. The boss is very nice. The swimming pool is very beautiful, and the lawn is automatically sprayed every morning, which is very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, but for me, who stayed for three days in a row, it would have been nice to have some changes in the breakfast. However, I feel that my requirements are a bit high. There are not many guests and it is not easy to run a hotel.

The comfortable room type is very comfortable and clean. I will choose it again next time I go to Turpan. The bed is soft and comfortable. It's very comfortable to rest at night. The sound insulation effect is very good. The hotel service attitude is warm and the facilities are complete. The breakfast buffet is included. I will come to this cozy Wanda Meihua Hotel next time!

I brought two children to travel with me. The hotel was very considerate and provided my son with toothbrushes and slippers. I was satisfied with the hygiene, environment and service. I wish your business will be prosperous.

Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Turpan Museum and under half an hour taxi ride from airport, train station and Jiaohe, the hotel was great value w very big room and bed, nice walk-in shower and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either. The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning.
