"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too.
When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a proactive room upgrade. The room was fully equipped, with ample hot water for showers, and even a mouse pad on the desk – a thoughtful touch! Welcome fruit was provided. They offer two washing machines and two dryers, conveniently located on the same floor as the breakfast area. The breakfast spread was lavish, offering a wide variety of options, and the service was impeccable. Overall, a truly excellent stay with absolutely no complaints!"

First, I have to praise the location. It's a prime spot—right outside the door is a bustling food street, and even an evening stroll lets you sample all sorts of local specialties. It's perfect for foodies! Transportation is also incredibly convenient, whether hailing a taxi or taking the bus, making getting around a breeze. I stayed there for two days straight to complete my Turpan trip.
The hotel's parking lot is huge, so those driving don't have to worry about parking, which is a huge plus.
The room was well-equipped with everything, including air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi. It was all very easy and comfortable to use. What really impressed me was the cleanliness. From the bed linens to the bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean, making for a truly reassuring stay. The breakfast was also fantastic. 👍🏻
All in all, it was a great value. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

I'd read reviews mentioning poor air conditioning and noise, which made me hesitate between this hotel and another for quite a while. However, upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It featured a balcony with a grape arbor, which the elderly absolutely adored, calling it the most pleasant room. It was great! I didn't encounter any of the problems others had mentioned."

"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly.
Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine.
Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area.
Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"The room was spacious and smart, and the breakfast was plentiful, perfect for a family trip. It's also very close to the Grape Night Market, within walking distance.
The welcoming receptionists, ”Xiao Di” and ”Rou Rou,” were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. From our first day, we immediately felt the warmth of Turpan.
The only downside was the housekeeping service. We stayed two nights, and on the first day, we found the housekeeping disinfectant in the sink. On the second day, they only gave us three toothbrushes in the toiletries bag, but no comb. I feel like the hotel's housekeeping service needs improvement.

Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either.
The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning."

I tried their self-service laundry for the first time, and it was a lifesaver when I didn't have the time or energy to wash my clothes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Turpan. The front desk staff were excellent; they were very helpful, answered all my questions, and even upgraded my room. It would be even better if the room upgrade had also included complimentary breakfast."

Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional!
Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels!

It's striking even from afar, with its tall spires visible right away. The moment you walk in, you're instantly transported to Morocco!
The vibrant, distinctive interiors are incredibly unique, offering endless photo opportunities – I kept taking pictures until my phone was practically burning!
A special shout-out to the sand therapy! Surprisingly, lying in the hot sand in the afternoon was incredibly relaxing. I emerged feeling light as a feather, my pores truly refreshed! (Tip for my heat-sensitive friends: go in the evening!)
The breakfast spread was plentiful and excellent! The watermelon was sweeter than sugar – so fragrant and delicious, it blew me away!
The hotel offers unlimited fresh fruit and chilled juices!
The staff's attitude was genuinely excellent; they're all such characters, so engaging and fun to talk to, haha!

Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling.
