"The room was clean, spacious, and free of any unpleasant odors. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room comfortable despite the hot weather. As someone who is allergic to dust mites, I found the room very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong, and guests could make use of the washing machines and dryers, with liquid detergent provided. The staff were extremely helpful, cheerful, and friendly.     The breakfast spread is varied and includes both Chinese and Western options.  Buses to the Flaming Mountains, Grape Valley, and Karez Paradise are conveniently available near the hotel."

"This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!"

"Amazing hostel! Clean rooms, toilets, and lots of comfortable spaces for hanging out. Also good AC and a clean washing machine. 💯 The location is pretty and lively, and there are many good and affordable restaurants nearby. The hostel service was kind and helpful, and they offer very good deals for seeing the sights in Turpan. During my stay, it seemed like this hostel attracts a lot of foreigners (unlike many other places in western regions), so it's a great place to get to know other travellers and speak English!"

"This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!"

"This hotel has a lovely French-inspired decor and a really elegant atmosphere. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly patient, thorough, and welcoming, even recommending a fantastic local Nang Pit BBQ spot. The hotel boasts a huge parking lot with charging stations, which is super convenient if you're driving. Plus, there's a beautiful park with a lake right next door – perfect for a relaxing evening stroll."

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"The hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service. Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution. Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay."

"We chose this homestay because it was the best fit for us. We're all a bit particular about cleanliness, so our standards for the environment and hygiene are quite high. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The owner, a very hospitable person from Chongqing, took great care of us. We arrived quite late, and the hostess even cooked for us personally. The food was absolutely delicious – home-cooked meals are always the best! You *must* try the dried long bean and pork soup; it's fantastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future."

"The hotel was on a back street in old Turpan so it was quiet and in a pleasant area. The hotel room was good and we were upgraded for free. There is a lovely and extensive garden/patio which unfortunately we could only make minimal use because it was cold. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without request and we were supplied with clean towels every day. The manager was very helpful, advising us on a number of matters, ordering a taxi for us, and permitting us to stay until 2:00 PM when we left because of a 4:00 PM train departure. The hotel provided a basic but very reasonably priced breakfast. And as all reviewers have noted, the hotel has a unique toilet."
