"Facilities: The room is very clean, full of small flower tiles, very beautiful, the toilet is electric, the towels and bedding are also very comfortable. I wanted to try it out, and I immediately extended my stay after arriving.
Service: Miss Adila is beautiful and cute. She found a chartered driver for us in advance. We had a whole day in Turpan and had a great time. Every day when we returned to the B&B, iced watermelon was already prepared. On the first day of our stay, the lady had already turned on the air conditioner in advance, and we immediately went from the big furnace of Turpan to a cool world.
Environment: The B&B is divided into Blocks AB, which form an independent small courtyard. There are also two grape vines, pheasants and peacocks. The sincerity and romance of the B&B can be felt in every corner.
Although we were only in Turpan for two days, the enthusiasm and kindness of the people of Xinjiang made us come again!"

The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"The location of the hotel is very good, very eye-catching, just on the road. The front desk service is enthusiastic and proactive, and the check-in procedure is very fast. All questions are answered and patiently explained. The room is clean and hygienic, with dry and wet separation. The parking space is huge and the breakfast is very poor. A waitress eats peanuts directly with her hands, and there is a dedicated person to guard the boiled eggs. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time I encountered this."

"We stayed here for four days straight, highly recommended.
We initially booked a one-day stay to visit the Karez wells. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations, and I've stayed here ever since I've been in Turpan. We stayed in a family room on the second floor, and it was exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get. It must have been renovated in the past two years. There was a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family of four with two children.
My favorite feature is that the hotel is located within a scenic area. It's like a small scenic area with a back garden. There's a grape arbor, a beautiful Xinjiang bed, and the coolness of the Karez wells. When it's really hot outside, the little ones can go out and play. During the day, we can go out for a walk or walk the kids around the hotel. In the evening, we can go to the sand therapy hospital, which is about a 20-yuan taxi ride."

PPsymondExcellent facilities, service and breakfast. One thing to note is the hotel's air-conditioning is centralised, so it stays at 23°C and it got rather hot at night (25°C), and we weren't able to change the setting in the room even though it has a control unit on the wall. Another to note is that this hotel advertises that it provides pick up and drop off service to the train station, however this might need to be changed or removed because when queried, we were told their transport isn't able to enter the train station. No worries though as the hotel is walking distance from the train station, and they offered to send someone to help with our bags if necessary. Otherwise the staff were all friendly and we had a good stay.

The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room.
Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels.

The water pressure in the bathroom was really good 👍 The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Chinese breakfast items. Location wise, its quite central with a big supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the main street of Turpan. Taxi is needed to reach the main sites. Would definitely return here.

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

22morrowsworldThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast.
On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests.
I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days.
Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor).
There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
