"Very satisfied with the service provided by ホテルきくゆう, the room is well equipped and provides wireless network (WiFi), the bathroom provides toiletries (towels and shampoo, shower gel), the daily meals are attentive and delicious, the boss and the proprietress are amiable, for foreign passengers who have just arrived in Japan. Can immediately feel at ease. The hotel is in a good location, the train station is next to it, and the bus station in front of the station has almost every route, and can reach various places in the city of Farno. The sightseeing association is nearby, it is convenient to ask about travel and car information nearby, and you can wait for your trip slowly without hurry. Thank you for your help during my stay. I will visit again next time I go to Farno."

"The room is clean this time. It was a beautiful room. It was good to be a twin as a wide 々. However, it is a pity that I couldn't want a non-smoking room because there were only ”partial non-smoking” or smoking rooms on the reservation site at the time of booking. As a result, I was glad that I was able to call directly and change to a non-smoking room, but I felt that I wanted you to prepare a lot of completely non-smoking rooms. I feel unfair when I think that I could use it at a cheaper price in a smoking room. I am satisfied because the breakfast was very delicious in the buffet style. The correspondence of the staff was also kind."
