We absolutely loved the apartment! It was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed: a kitchen with a large fridge, a washing machine, and a balcony with a great view! We checked in before leaving Tokyo, and it was so convenient for packing our suitcases. We had plenty of space to spread out, with room left on the floor. The location was incredibly convenient. We could easily and quickly get to all the places we wanted to visit. On our departure day, we simply took the monorail to the airport. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Traveling with family, we booked a larger suite and it was incredibly spacious with a great kitchen and bathroom! It was very clean and well-equipped. The transportation is super convenient, with a subway station and two JR stations just a two or three-minute walk away, covering all the main city lines. Downstairs there's a department store, a drug store, and a convenience store, which is very handy! If you don't feel like cooking, there's also a food street downstairs, which is a huge plus!

Location: Very close to Mita Line's Onarimon Station, and the area is very quiet. There aren't many restaurants around, but it feels very safe. Room: The room space is quite good; two 30-inch suitcases can lie flat and open. The window is a bit small and doesn't open. There's a small sofa. Overall, the space is excellent for the price range of 900+. Service: All front desk staff can communicate perfectly in English, which is fantastic and completely barrier-free! They are responsive to questions and proactively provide information about the hotel's facilities. Next to the front desk, the coffee machine, soft drinks, and small snacks are all provided free of charge, including alcoholic beverages during the evening happy hour. The hotel isn't large but has a gym and a sauna. The sauna requires a reservation, offering a private space.

The hotel is very close to Yushima subway station, but transferring there isn't very convenient. We ended up using another station which was further away. It's quite close to the University of Tokyo. The area around the hotel lacks a commercial street, so it's pretty quiet at night. The room itself was large and new, with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for buying some Wagyu from the supermarket and cooking it yourself. The shower pressure wasn't great and the water was a bit cold. Daily housekeeping for extended stays costs extra, and after just one day, the trash bins were overflowing.

A wonderful place to stay in Tokyo! Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa is within walking distance, and there are also several metro stations nearby. It's very convenient to get to from the airport, with a direct metro line that requires no transfers. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washer/dryer, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances. There's also a capsule coffee machine on the first floor where you can make excellent coffee. Everything was clean, modern, and well-thought-out down to the smallest detail. This is an excellent option for both short and long stays. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Even though there are two rooms per floor, we weren't easily disturbed. While there was some noise from upstairs and downstairs, it was within an acceptable range. The location is excellent. There are drugstores, electronics stores, and restaurants nearby, all within a short walk even if it's raining. Transportation is convenient. Suehirocho Station on the Ginza Line is the closest, with all four exits being very near. It's about a 10-minute walk to JR Okachimachi Station, and close to Ueno Ameyoko, where you can eat and shop, and it's not a long walk back to the hotel.

We booked a premier one-bedroom for the two of us. It was smaller than it appeared in the photo. I'm glad we didn't choose one of the smaller options. Surprised that there was always someone at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. I hoped there were more towels though. Only 2 bath towels and 3 smaller ones. I made use of the kitchen to cook several meals. The ikea knife was very dull and I had to sharpen it. No oven mitts provided even though there was a toaster oven and a grill tray under the stove. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Very quiet, especially at night. Beware of tourist trap restaurants in the area though.

The hotel is more like an apartment, with a stove, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. It's perfect for families who like to be self-sufficient. You take off your shoes before entering, so it's quite clean. I think you need to tell the front desk if you want room cleaning, otherwise, no one will disturb you. The room size is great for three people, and there's a large table that can hold a lot of stuff, also good for dining together. Tsukiji Market is right outside, very lively. Ginza is just a short walk away, and Mitsukoshi is even closer.

Room had everything that we needed. Location may just be a little out of the way but the nearby Izakayas are great. Konbinis are very near as well. Would definitely recommend for families looking for an AirBnB style hotel.
