Was attending an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is excellent location, within walking distance with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, amenities provided excellent and I was most impressed by the fuss free self service check in/out and the self service luggage storage. The hotel even has a weighing scale at the airport limousine waiting area, how thoughtful is that! Excellent all round, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and book again next trip!
Convenient hotel location near Daimon and Shibakoen. Near train station Hamamamatsu for Haneda Airport Monorail and Yamanote Line for Narita Airport Skyliner at Nippori. Clean and comfortable room. Spacious bathtub and water pressure and temperature were excellent. They offer pyjamas for sleeping which was a nice touch. Daimon and Shiba area have many restaurants.
The place is really close to the Kinshicho JR/metro station and is walkable to SkyTree, which is a huge plus. The concierge staff is extremely friendly and helpful and some of them speaks perfect English.
The room is clean (except for the air purifier which is a bit dusted). The only downside would be the room being too small, even for solo travellers like me, but I guess that's the norm here so there's not much to complain.
Little mermaid as breakfast is good for bread lover, and the pastries actually very good! Location is very convenient and near to travel spot too. It’s quiet and my fav spot is the make up area, many mirrors which is good for girl. Got free hair curler or straightener for girl to do hair style too!
I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho and had a wonderful experience. Although the hotel is a bit out of the city center, it is very close to a metro train station. This makes it an ideal choice if you plan to visit Toyosu Fish Market, TeamLabs, Gundam Base at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, and Odaiba, as you can reach these attractions with just one bus ride!
The room was super large and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The TV is smart TV and you can link it with YouTube on your phone if you are looking to cast or watch some shows.
One of the standout features of Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho is the range of amenities available at the lobby. Guests can pick up items such as lotion, hair mask, hair wax, razor, face mask, sunscreen lotion, and even bath salt. The hotel was impeccably clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job of maintaining the room and common areas.
Overall, my stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Toyocho was delightful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a location made it a memorable experience. I would recommend to consider this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Good location, just few minutes walk from Okachimachi JR or Ueno Hirokoji subway stations.
Lots of food choice around.
Very clean environment, nice and helpful checkin service.
You can choose between towel exchange only or full makeup room which is good.
The room is facing the wall of the adjacent building so there is barely any light going into the room, not to say any street view.
There is only a stool without the back, so it is not comfy enough if you have some work to do using notebook computer.
It's about 10 minute walk from Shimbashi station which is huge (many train/subway lines intersect there). The area is jam-packed with people and many food stores and advertising so it can get quite disorientating. But once you get your bearings, it's not difficult to find the hotel.
There are many and wide variety of food options and convenience stores within walking distance - from frills-free udon/soba places, Chinese-style ramen, fast katsudon, to drinking places that let you grill fresh seafood.
The hotel is clean, self check-in and -out were smooth. Amenities are available at the ground floor to be picked up if necessary. I did not opt for breakfast and unable to comment about it.

Perfect place to stay, highly recommended!
Location is really good, it’s easy to come to all places you want to see in Tokyo. There was rather silent on the streets near the hotel to sleep well.
Staff were very nice and friendly.
By the way, you’ll find everything you need there for beauty, not only shampoo and conditioner but also Japanese masks for skin, bath salt etc.🙈🫶

Located right in the heart of Ginza, it's perfectly placed to shop and eat. A nice walking distance away from the Tsukiji market for a fantastic experience. Room is on the small side, so a short stay is recommended.

Booked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station.
the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

GGuest UserThis store is very good and convenient. There is a 711 right outside and the surrounding is very quiet, but it is also very close to various subway entrances. The service and rooms are very good. There is a Haagen-Dazs with this flavor downstairs in the hotel. It is delicious. I will stay here again when I travel next time!
SSarlianiThis a nice hotel about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Get off the bullet train and your a short walk to the hotel so you can relax. The rooms are small but this is Tokyo and if you are not Mr money bags and can’t afford the Hilton, this a good place to stay on your way to other cities or if you are on your way back before flying home. You can easily walk back to Tokyo Station to catch the train or bus to Narita. I suggest the bus since it is half the price of the Narita Express and takes about the same time. A bonus is you catch the bus out front and don’t have to deal with confusing train stations. If you purchase the breakfast option be warned that it is very Japanese and not Westernized by any stretch of the imagination.
PPprrrrr6minutes walk to daimon Station via exit A5 , however was about 15minutes walk from the JR exit. Live the hotel hair mask! Room is small but ok for 2 pax , no problem opening luggage at the door area.
KKatana GozaAmazing hotel! I love to stay here again, near by to train stations and shimbashi yokocho! Clean and decent size. They have the luggage service also to send direct to airport so you can go around without the hassle of your luggage. They have 24 hour convenient store on their first floor. Love love it
HHazelGreat value for money, especially considering the perfect location. It's ideal for exploring the area with everything within walking distance. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but for the price and location, it’s still a great choice. Overall, highly recommend for a short stay!
