Hotel staff is friendly room is clean & hotel come with breakfast.

The room was quite large, but the service was average. The front desk staff didn't speak either Chinese or English, making communication difficult. My first time there, I spent over an hour trying to find my booking number. Even with my check-in confirmation email, they refused to process it. I contacted Ctrip customer service, who then called the front desk, but they didn't answer. My first time abroad, I was practically devastated. The service was minimal, the towels were yellow, and there was no laundry service. The breakfast was average, and the room was often forgotten to be cleaned. First-timers, be cautious and don't recommend it.

Breakfast is delicious. Especially the beef noodle soup is no different from other restaurants, the rest of the dishes are ok. The downside is that it is near a main road so it is very noisy, the soundproofing is not good. I heard the dogs barking and children playing from the hotel's backyard. The toilet flushing system is also very noisy, after going to the toilet, it sounds like a blender.
